Edit: it is actually snail speed growth like now I challenge myself to not have to use the GPS and rely on my own memory recall after briefly studying the directions on how to get to destination without the temptationg of glancing at the GPS; I guess its a way that the sub wants me to learn to strengthen my memory and recall?

I still play games on my phone that are more like "time wasters" but lately I have been thinking in my mind what has the game ever done for me to make my life more meaningful that I could benefit from it aside from wasting my time playing on it; that might be from the sub too..

Any advice what I could do to hit the target marks of all the bullet points on your description page of MLS 5.5? Thanks

Roughly two weeks ago I finished my 9 month(ish) run of MLS 5.5, right around when Shannon released the info on secondary on/off ratio (I forgot the term for it). So I have been running it every day doing the 9 months, and I was occasionally getting bored of running it. Since I have been on the break I have started executing more than ever and I feel my brain is integrating all the growth and gains I got from running it. If you run it daily without secondary on/off ratio for several month like I did, the break might be good for you as well...and when going back to it with secondary on/off practice in place, you might start executing more of it. But you know better what to do for yourself, just wanted to share my experience in case if it helps.

Thanks for commenting, Romeo. But how can you do 9 months when are are requested to do it at 3 months at a time?? I'm going to let you in on a little secret (shhhh don't tell Shannon) lol jk but I understand he makes rules to follow how to listen to the subs to the exact specifications for a reason. But just last night I just wanted to experiment......instead of listening to 5 hours (4 loops) per night, I went ahead and sucked in a full 8 hours of exposure, and you know what??? I discovered a breakthrough. I had memorable dreams and was drained upon waking.....something I didn't get while going through 4 loops a day.

Read the instructions more carefully...MLS is meant to do in 3 months blocks, 12 months at most in a row. So you do it either 3,6,9 or 12 months (the more the better) , but not, say 2 months or 5 or 7 months.

Thanks for the tip tho. I´m having a break from MLS...if Shannon decides to create and makes that UM/US/(LM) combo sub soon(ish), I will purchase and start to use that, if not I will most likely go back to MLS with the secondary ASRB in place and see how it goes. If I don´t see significant improvement with secondary ASRB I might experiment with number of loops. Right now I enjoy the break, and the increased execution of script that the break has brought.

Makes sense. Yeah instead of the standard 4 loops, 6 loops (near 8 hours) got me feeling drained and memorable dreams started happening again. And that is also not with the 2ndary ASRB....that is daily listening. So can you give me some details of what you are experiencing with the execution of MLS 5.5. Also just curious is that really you in your avatar?

Are you using the secondary ASRB?

Well for a short while (less than a week) when I recently saw you post a message about it. I know that isn't enough time to execute but I am wondering if I should take a break for a few days and then start fresh again with ASRB.

Same here, i am using MLS for almost 3 months but i find very hard to see any obvious breakthrough, i use it secondary ASRB a couple of days and didn't see any improvement, although continue to have lots of nightmares and its not rare that i awake up with crippling anxiety that only get better after one or two days off the program.

I am glad to know that I am not the only one not seeing any outcomes.....correction I did see "some" scenarios that lead me to believe the sub was working to a point.......and ASRB for a few days is not going to get immediate groundbreaking outcomes either. What I am doing now is listening daily and increasing the loops and now I feel "drained" and have memorable dreams. Try and see if it helps you
I am just gonna post here.. Too lazy to write on my journal.

Yesterday I went to a restaurant and I was parking my bike outside and there was a Policeman standing there. As soon as I took off my helmet.. He greeted me something like "Salam Sahib(Sir)".. He was about 55-60 in age and I looked back and there was no one except me.. So I was like "Sup"?..... What does this mean? Respect from Authority?.... Interesting..

It's a good sign of what you're starting to project if that's happening.

I'm getting this a lot in sales recently too. People assuming I'm the owner of the company.
I decided to post here aswell.

I'm studying for my finals and I have a bad case of pure exhaustion and not wanting to study. Procrastination, depressive thoughts/feelings. I have this feeling that i'm gonna fail hard because I can't concentrate/study properly. I have no idea if this is the DMSI 5.5G 3.2A or this terrible hot weather.
It's 86 degrees Fahrenheit and I can't sleep properly. I'm sweating like a mad man and sitting in my underwear all day cramming for my finals.

This combination of hot weather and studying + the program is killing me. Maybe I have to quit the program? But on the other hand I don't think I will have time if my semester begins in september. It's like a continuous progress. In top universities you don't have vacation.
Should I wait with the program until i'm done studying? That's like 5 more years at least... So i'm stuck here lol. I'm listening to 1 loop right now. Can't imagine to do 7-8 loops overnight lmao, my brains would be fried. I guess I have to push through all this. Does the exhaustion thing ever stop? Like will this be something I have to endure my entire study program until I graduate? That would suck hard! Well, nothing worth having comes easy...
Ive noticed that Ive started to let other guys hit on girls while I sit back, being cool. It makes them come to me while other guys do all the work and disqualify themselves by talking too much, dominating conversations that dont need to be dominated, trying too hard, boring the girl and not reading the girls body language to the fact that she dosent want to talk to him anymore and is doing it just out of politeness..

DMSI's working and not just externally. Just the epiphanies you get from it are worth the price.
I've been resting from 3.2 A for 8 days, i didn't listen to it at all. Today i had a bit of anxiety at work, but nothing serious. Now im going to do it again but gonna do 4 loops tonight.

I usually simply disengage in such situations, and go do something else. If a woman likes you, she'll come after you sooner or later.

Yes shagged a waitress too also got a list of numbers to call from girls but i dont have alot of time at the moment.

It's pretty hot here in NYC as well (my weather app says 84 F right now) and I'm sweating like crazy these days but I'm still listening to DMSI 3.2 nonetheless. My suggestion is that if DMSI is what you've chosen to listen to to help you accomplish a particular goal, then DMSI is what should stick with for that goal.
