my advice is approach the question with an open mind and make experiments and stick to the approach works best for you....
In the Next DMSI i think Hormonal Optimization should be in there, knowing that our hormone levels have alot to do with attraction and sex appeal.

The eating junk food and sugar is a reaction to increased fear and very likely resistance to the goals of the program. If DMSI is having the effect on you of causing grey hair then you either got that from 3.1, and 3.2 is working to reverse that, or the both of those (sugar cravings and gray hair) are signs of reversal resistance.
Fear and resistance there of as well as the reversal resistance are both going to be dealt with by 3.2 and The WALL, yes?

Basically when you ejaculate you lose energy now that does not mean each time you have sex or masturbate you also have to ejaculate. It there a way to stop ejaculation.
Anyways back to your discussion. I used to think the same but after having sex with different women I found that there is a huge difference. When you have sex the harmony and the cycle of energy between you and your partner transform into a really positive energy afterward. While when you masturbate you just you know lose the energy.
You can observe this in real life. Many people when they have fights or problems or whatever... everything seems fine and good after they have sex.

Here's the delineation and I'll put this here for other guys who don't know this.
There's a difference between "ejaculation" and "male orgasm".
That difference is 30 minutes of foreplay. After 30 minutes of foreplay the brain is sufficiently primed with oxytocin that only after this is ejaculation beneficial to a man's energy and aura. For guys who've felt this, it's that feeling of heavenly bliss after good sex which lasts for 2-3 hours.
Ejaculating on it's own doesn't achieve very much except as a release.

I read this book many years ago and put it to the test. It works and surprisingly it's not hard at all to have an orgasm without ejaculating. BUT, I found out that I was still pretty tired. 2-3 orgasms without ejaculating was my limit, with each of them making me more tired and lifeless. Sooo, I had mixed thought about that technique. But maybe I was doing it wrong.

I had once read that there is benefit to men from sex that there isnt from masturbation. When we masturbate we ejaculate and thats the energy or qi/chi going.
When we have sex, i read that the female vaginal secretions actually assist the penis in retaining some of the zinc or another valuable mineral rather than lose it all. It makes sense that sex would assist the female and the male in some mutual beneficial manner but I cannot be sure of the information or where I had come across this. I couldnt find it after a little googling either.
I have been on DMSI 3.2 for 10 days and believe me I have fapped like 4-5 times a day. Not daily but after 2 days of gap. Its kinda hard to control it.

Conclusion? It's not only about porn, but also spilling the beans. I don't want to go into rule 4 things but the amount of mental clarify I have now is totally insane. I can testify to the benefit of having mental clarity. My mind and intuition is super sharp. I can also tap into people's emotions and know what they are really feeling. I can sense people's energy, like I'm very sensitive to it. This is something I got 2 months in. It's hard to explain in words, but just one of those things you need to experience to understand.
There is a reason why we have urges, it's because of our biological nature to reproduce. But this does not mean we have to use it for that reason. You can decide to keep all that energy in and let it turn you into a beast. I'm not saying masturbation is bad, but it just makes you more powerful when you don't do it.
Personally I believe it does increase testosterone, even if so-called science experiments say it doesn't. What I feel when I do is more dominance and assertiveness. More energy and motivation. Our beliefs self-image and self-esteem or whatever do affect how we feel after ejaculating from masturbation. Before I discovered subs, and i was trying to quit fapping, one relapse and i'd feel terrible for days on end, at least one week of feeling like shit and confidence lowered etc. It permeated my entire being. However, after i discovered subs, and my self esteem self image etc were better, relapses didn't have as much of a negative effect. Still does, but it didn't damage my self-esteem and confidence and mood as much as before.

Zane, I am sorta having similar experience. At the earlier time of starting DMSI, my masturbation frequency increased a bit, and my frequency of watching porn and the preference of porn expanded.
Now, my masturbation frequency decreased (early stage was like once per two days, now I have been abstaining for 5~6 days), and the porn preference and taste decreased quite dramatically.
About 99% of the porn do not interest me or turn me on. I still find some turning me on, but I noticed that there are very strict criteria. The girl must be very attractive to me, and the guy has to be reasonably good looking enough. The sex is such that both of the performers are genuinely enjoying sex, and they must seem like they are an actual couple having sex (looking like sex with real love), and not super hardcore. I am finding that my taste in porn has significantly decreased within last week and a half or so, but this is what I noticed.
It may be my subconscious having an interesting behavior on executing DMSI (one side is having reversal resistance, the other is having resistance to the reversal resistance), but at the same time, I am consciously trying to fight the reversal resistance; trying to abstain, and try to stay away from porn. Therefore, it's quite difficult for me to really understand what's really going on.
On other note, ejaculation/masturbation never made me feel tired. It just felt to me like I am having a good release of pressure.
