I know what Shannon will say
He will say stick to 5 loops. Usually it will get better over time, usually i'm more tired when I first start a subliminal or a new stage but it gets better. Also more so with newer technology. It could also be that something is being worked through.

Yeah, I'm on day 5 of USLM3. I'm tired, not firing on all cylinders mentally and having really horrible dreams and nightmares. It's part of the healing process I suppose.
The dreams are likely part of the healing yes. I've noticed, not just with subliminals but with other methods also that it'll process through dreams. Usually when I have a fear based dream and wake up feeling the fear it means that something has discharged/shifted around that.
I nearly forgot the T in shifted, and that would have had quite the wrong meaning.
Shannon does use programming to help process the changes through dreams too.
Did USLM 1 and 2 make you as tired? Or you only started with 3?
I dont have dreams that i remember but i feel tired and i am stressed which wasnt the case in v2. I am using hybrid through speakers but i am considering to use earphones. Maybe i can force myself pass through what is going on
Blth,
If you are using hybrid format I suggest you to try ultrasound or masked versions. Hybrid made me sleep all day and extremely tired.

I was tired with USLM2 as well and because it was 8 hours it was affecting my sleeping pattern quite badly. The bad dreams seem to have started with USLM3.
Edit: Looking back I was even a bit tired on USLM1, even with just one loop, but it ramped up on USLM2.

Benjamin It's been fine, nothing drastically noticed, maybe I need more than 3months. I will start listening again in January. Thanks

I am running E2 right now, but I already know that USLM 3 will be my next sub.
There are emotional issues I have to deal with first, which made me think: Would E2 be the best choice for emotional healing, or will USLM, with all the new tech, OE and FRM3.2, do a better job in this area? .
Thanks for the answer.
With the inclusion of the FRM, USLM now competes effectively with E2, even though E2 is specialized on the issue at hand, because the FRM will clear away the fears that result in a lot of the blockages to your success, and a lot of emotional issues are likely to fall into that category and be cleared at the same time.
Plus, E2 is ancient technology by comparison.
I recommend USLM3 if you have narrowed the choices down between E2 and USLM3. Otherwise, you might want to wait for LTU, which will have E3, USLM3, UMOP2, FRM 4+ and a host of other goodies, some of which don't even exist yet.
Thank you Shannon, that's the answer I was hoping for...
Once I'd read about the new LTU I was truly excited. The problem is the price - you said that it'll be for more than $500, which I can't afford right now.
However, I am going to set goals that should deal with this problem. I might buy LTU when I have enough money for sure.
One more question. Should I use USLM B, or is it better to use the USLM A with the healing from the beginning?
Someone didn't read the instructions.

I would advise to stick with 5 as per the instructions. The tiredness should start passing with further use as the program continues to work on removing fear and other things that don't jive with its goals. While you could technically listen to fewer loops, it will degrade effectiveness.
I noticed that when the night time comes, my mood is way better, that "high on life" shows up, my brain is less foggy. I think the 2 days break will be the best days.
What? Day two and already you're wussing out and lowering your loops? Jeez, whatever happened to letting the program do it's job? You guys want faster, I give you faster, and then you run away.
I understand you would want to do something different if it's weeks on end, but day two? Come on, man.
I Love Love following the protocol of USLM3 as it presently stands & damn shure looking forward to LTU...with what all its projected to have in it...from soup to nuts...geez....what a program!!

I am using hybrid because it is the strongest. I assume any negative side effects will decrease eventually

I prefer slow and steady
I can't have a incapacitating brain fog if I want to be productive. With other programs (like MLS and E2) in which one can pick the amount of loops that works the best in a particular range of loops, I usually choose the amount that is on the edge of being too angry, or too tired, or too depressed (I tend to unconsciously resist a lot). Usually the subs start to really work when I beat the 1 month mark.
With MLS I often took breaks or lowered the loops before you recommended the 1:1 ratio of use and break and it worked well for me. Usually I feel better on the break.

Shannon brain fog/ speech incoherence is the issue being experienced
Hi Shannon,
Something that has been occurring to me more and more over my time using your sub programs (even more so lately now that I seem to be breaking some ground) is that feeling of what happens after I achieve success (accomplishment of a specific goal or overall success).
It’s a feeling of what else will there be to do after I finally achieve this thing that I’ve been wanting to achieve for so long. This thing or things that I’ve been thinking about, talking about and yearning for what seems like many years now- that if I finally do achieve all or even some of what I have been working towards and/or wanted that that will be it and I will have nothing else to do after that- so then I end up finding myself just staying in this phase of wanting/thinking/working towards that goal because if I were to achieve it then what else really is there for me. For me personally this seems to be rooted in weight loss/physique goals as well financial goals (something that I hope USLM3 and the new FRM will be able to take care of for me)
Let me know if you need me to be clearer in any way and if there’s perhaps something already included in your programs to combat this.
