I’m pretty sure it’s not but just want to be sure.

Sure. If you want to run from DMSI, that's a great excuse for doing so. It sounds like it makes great sense, too.

E3 is healing and clearing, and we have already established that the best way forward is going to be FRM on it's own. If the root is fear, then you pull out the root. Anything and everything else is going to be an escape mechanism.

Then what is the purpose of E3? Surely it must have it's uses, otherwise you wouldn't bother with it.

H&C and FRM are both valid on their own, but H&C fails for removing fear. FRM takes over for that.

E3 is designed to trigger emotional healing and provide protection from the pain of doing so.

Both may have effects that overlap, but FRM is designed to prevent people from escaping execution for the excuse of "I need more healing and clearing". E3 is designed so that execution IS healing and clearing.

DMSI can deal with any and all of those, but uses self optimizing polymorphic scripting to do so, with the exception of perfectionism, self criticism and maturity.

Thank you Shannon.

So E3 will have the FRM in it too, right?

Now that I think of it most of my behaviors/habits make sense. I also told them that I just subliminal, affirmations and hypnotherapy for overcoming various issues. Thanks Shannon btw.

Now I am.gonna have to go for psychotherapy session. Idk what kinda talk they do in there but who cares.

I asked the Psychiatrist to help me with Memory and Focus issues as I really struggle with it and he said within a month I will start noticing improvement in my cognitive functions. I was like okay.. One month is like nothing to me... I can wait..

OCD is as far as I understand so far, a two part issue, one of which is fear. It should go away once FRM works fully, as long as it is pointed at the root cause of the OCD... but I doubt they're going to sit around and wait for me to finish FRM.

Correct. I am almost done upgrading and optimizing the script of E2 and turning it into E3.

Well, I can wait for you to finish FRM. Take your time. No hurry!! Cause in the end its all worth it

FRM is so complex, and fear is apparently so slippery, that I have no choice, because right now I have no new ideas yet for how to deal with it.
Hi Shannon, I remember you saying a while back that E3 will be something other than "forced march" as in AM6 and "go at your own pace" as in E2. Is this still the plan and can you share more about it?

By the way, a few pages back I recommended a video with Tim Ferris interviewing Gabor Maté. I found another video with Maté which is a lecture he gives about our beliefs, how our childhood memories direct how we respond to events in our daily lives, and in general the mind-body connection. I found it truly profound and wanted to share it with out, may it be that what he talks about is obvious to you, may be it give you some interesting insights: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LsBRrVqAAs8
I’m kind of torn here. I had originally been planning to go straight from USLM 3 to 4 as soon as it comes out, but I might be able to afford to go right onto LTU instead. Here’s my quandary. I know that LTU has USLM4 in it, but there are a bunch of other things in there too. I still need some solid real world results that USLM is aimed at to happen very quickly, and those are going to be my focus for a while before I can really pay as much attention to internal things. Would it be a good move to go to LTU, or would that spread the focus too much and slow down my USLM results?

Further to this, a sense of competence would come primarily from a well functioning, rational mind with high levels of intelligence and ability to learn, as such the cognitive enhancement from MLS and improvement in ones ability to think /learn would be really important for LTU. At the time you said these were good ideas but it was too early to be worrying about what goes into LTU - hopefully now it's a better time.

Have you read Nathaniel Brandens book "six pillars of self esteem"? It covers that topic pretty good. Energy wise that is connected to your solar plexus Chakra if you are interested.

I did read that book and I concur that it is probably the best resource to understand what self-esteem really is.

Plus every chapters ends with automatic writing behavior introspection questions?

To me, it is a candy field for someone looking for ideas for good self-esteem related affirmations...

For me it provided a whole new paradigm and way of living - just the commitment to reality, responsibility and to asserting your mind alone are so life changing.
Will E3 be in DMSI 3.3C when it comes out?
@Shannon

Will E3 have an enhanced version of OGSF in it?

Will it have everything from E1 and E2, plus more?

Thanks
I'm tempted to run E3 next instead of AM. H&C with FRM will be a beast.
This FRM thing may have you 'temperariliy stumped' but I Believe,Shannon, given your phenominal track record" for doing your "Sherlock Holmes' thing, man, that in time, that your're gonna 'bust this thang wide open" and FRM 4.4 or wha'eva ya call it will be created, plugged in and electrified ,Like Dr. Frankenstein did with his Monster! its alive, its alive!!!

The version of E3 in LTU relies on the effects of the other titles to pull us faster than "go at your own pace", but still relies heavily on "go at your own pace", since the program is so complex and there is so much going on. So the goal here is to heal at the right speed for you, but with some urgency added in to speed it up a little bit, but not so much that it detracts from the effectiveness, comfort and success of the healing.

E3 stand alone will have some changes from the version in LTU that will make the healing and clearing faster still, but again without reducing the effectiveness, success or comfort of the healing, or making it less safe to use.

Neither will be a forced march. Think more along the lines of "We have to operate at a higher speed than usual, but there is no slave driver." I'm relying on urgency and motivation.
