Hi Shannon, ive been on 3.2a doing 7 plus loops each night around many attractive women that i find attractive and the sniper doesnt seem to be doing much so far or the aura. For me it seems im pretty much invisible to all women.

Internally i cant see any change since i started either any advice or just keep going and hope something changes? i have been using hybrid and masked so far.

Try 6 loops of ultrasonic A per day.
Thanks will try that after i finish this run on a in 2 days, would ultrasonic be best through the night or during the day, also if i use my phone for it while moving around during the day will it still be effective, sorry never tried ultrasonic and most of the time have used the speakers through the computer, but read the speaker on the phone depending on what phone i have might not work well?

And here it goes,
Day 1: running DMSI 3.2 b US two loops with head phone
Day 1: tiredness whole day
Day 2: off DMSI _ extreme frustration
Day 3: off DMSI - normal feeling
Day 4: off DMSI - great execution plus morphine drip after workout with relaxing sensation on chest

Tomorrow is day 5, should I run 2 loops of US b again or observe what's going to happen next with the initial run 4 days ago?

Okay, so you are running two loops and then spending three days off the program before you execute. That is one hell of a lot of internal resistance there buddy.

It's also a hell of a lot of time wasted. Why not see what happens with more loops and less time off?
Yes and it was very nice to see the execution taking place in a close minded society.

I'll try doing 3 loops a day of US B with headphone.
Anyone knows an app on Android that allows you to choose the number of rep?

Poweramp for android allows you to do playlists as well as overrides the system's tendency to quiet music for calls. It can make poweramp the primary app so you can play another music app like spotify or VLC without affecting your sub playback. 4 years of subs, no problems.. worth the 7-8$

Shannon, is it ok if i do 7 loops, but grouped in two sessions in different times of the day? For example in the morning i do 4 loops and night i do 3 loops? 5 days of the week I have work and on those days its impossible to do more than 4-5 loops, which is a bummer because I want to try 7 loops.

Hey bud

So I have 1 more exam left and then ill be jetting back to the UK for the summer.

Its not ideal, but ill have to now listen to DMSI 3.2 using my samsung phone and not stereo speakers.

so may I ask...

1) From my understanding you advise we start listening 1 loop for first week and increase by 1 loop each week until we notice a change in some way yes?

2) What will the ARSB please in this case? (im gearing more towards track B).

3) Will using my samsung phone reduce effectiveness by alot for 3.2?

It'll generally be a bit less effective on phones because the speakers are low quality. It's better if they are stereo speakers too and not mono. But it's better than not listening.

1. It's up to you, that's probably the easier way to built up slowly but some people have gone straight to the amount they want.

Thats kind of normal, well depending on the situation. If it's unwarranted for the situation like it's just something simple then it's likely something around your beliefs and programming. I could see that AM6 would help if it's an unwarranted level of fear in these situations.

Yes 7 loops for a month using trickling stream on headphones at medium volume overnight.
How were you listening to it?

Can you define medium?

And was that masked or hybrid?

The normal formats not hybrids. When I say medium volume I mean it was loud but not loud enough to damage my hearing. I found the sub more effective if I played it louder then normal. You are going to have to experiment with what's best for you. As I said I played listening through head phones overnight.
