Iirc, the 'soon' here is for Shannon himself, for us it's approx gonna be in a week.

For you it's going to be the same amount of time it will for me. I'm giving myself a week because of the delays, but I'm trying for the 6th. No time to mess around, I have WAY too much to do this month. I have to get this baby done and out there so I can move on to UMOP2, and then keep going.
@
Shannon if you get a chance do have a look at my last entry in my journal bro.
I've summarised what I feel and maybe it's data you can use for UMOP2 &/or FMR.
1) no fapping
2) sleep cycle messed up
3) huge fear = zero motivation & avoidance.
Thanks

The 6th isn’t too far away. I am looking forward to trying the new FRM 3.1. I know FRM2 has consumed a lot of energy and has made me more tired.
Hey Shannon, here's a thought
I'd say H and C as a module would be much more effective if it encouraged a user to proactively release their own unresolved emotions / unreleased emotions (known as "pain bodies") through their own means.
Such means would include meditation, yoga, and other methods.
I can say from personal experience that releasing my own "pain bodies" has made me much more attractive to women as well as increasing my overall enjoyment of life and inner peace. Releasing this "emotional baggage" has done wonders for my life and for my relationships.
To give more information about pain bodies, they're unresolved/ unreleased emotions that a person has experienced at some point in their life. These include anger, sadness, frustration and anxiety and other past traumas. For those who are accustomed to "bottling up their feelings" (as many men are who don't truly understand the value or importance of emotions and emotional release/ expression) these unresolved emotions get in the way of genuine connecting. For example, anger is the emotion the body sends when a personal boundary has been transgressed. If a person learned that "anger is bad" they may repress their anger as a form of appeasement and store it inside where it lingers in the body.
When these emotions are unresolved, they accumulate in the body and it's quite apparent in a person's appearance and vibe. For instance, when a person has an "off vibe" or "feel weird" they're usually harbouring many unresolved pain bodies which they carry with them into their interactions. These can manifest themselves as blocks and hinder genuine connecting (which everyone one of us here desires).
It can be observed that some men here who are easily triggered (being triggered is the mere pressing of a pain body) have unresolved past traumas which they may or may not be aware of.
I personally used to be the type of guy who'd "bottle up emotions" as I used to believe it was a form of strength but now I understand it's just a weakness (not expressing emotions). Women are naturally better at expressing emotion as they're far more attuned to it, with crying being a form of emotional expression. Better out than in.
In summary, H/C would be far more effective if it encouraged users to proactively remove their own pain bodies to become more wholesome and emotionally healthy beings. I believe that H/C as a subliminal instruction alone fails because it doesn't allow the proper processing of the pain body. If the instruction is changed to one that encourages the user to proactively remove their own pain bodies, then it'd be far more successful and users would become far more attractive to women as well as becoming far better and healthier versions of themselves.

I definitely want to express my emotions more proactively. I want to put in the effort in being more emotionally communicative.
Is UMOP2 going to be the same and/or higher tech than USLM3, since it's being made after USLM3, even though it's one version "behind" (2 < 3)?
Question for Shannon, and anyone else who has used both (if there are any)...
What's the differences and pros/cons between USLM and UMOP?

I would guess that they will be just about the same tech, but what do I know. In any case, why does it matter? Can you not just pick the sub that is right for YOU and execute, as both programs are high tech "enough"? This may sound like an "attack" but rest assured it is not. To see what I mean please look at this post:

Now that is a question I would like to get some answers to as well.
Hi guys I had a question for UM/OP, I just purchased it yesterday and immediately from listening to it I starting doing all my chores and getting stuff done lol.
I was wondering do I need to listen to 3 loops back to back without interruption? Or can I listen for 30 minutes at a time, then pause, then resume.
I'm thinking of using this at work and I know I'll be interrupted here and there for meetings and talking with my boss, but still want to use it to be a powerhouse at my job.
The description on the page says, "Long term use should be at 3 loops per day" so I assumed as long as you do 3 loops a day you're ok.
Correct me if I'm wrong, thanks and I apologize in advance if someone asked this already I'm in a rush and don't have the time to look up the answer through the forums.

Hey Geist! It would be best for you to find the time to listen to your loops back to back. Your results may get degraded significantly if you break them up. Note that the number of loops is likely to change with the new version coming out soon
