The former is the result of what you have accomplished with the FRM. The latter is the result of what you are doing to make the FRM achieve its goals.
Over time, the former will be improved and the latter will fade away as the "hard work" is finished up.
The FRM is no joke, it is very demanding, and it is so because to accomplish what it is trying to do, it has to be. V4 is going to make v3.x look like a piker in comparison, and that may include being even more demanding of energy.
My goal is to make it work so fast that there is little to no inconvenience. So if v4 does what I have designed it to do, it shouldn't take very long at all to accomplish its goals. The idea is to knock it out too quickly to be inconvenient.

The script of USLM3 and USLM in LTU are not going to be the same. The titles in LTU are going to be adjusted to prevent interference and competition for resources. So taking a week off is probably a good idea, but you can do it either way. Either way, I learn something, and any issues should not take long to have LTU overpower.

You would have to be VERY careful about phrasing your goals, because the subconscious is absolutely literal. For "I keep encountering beautiful women who want casual but meaningful relationships", you have a contradiction... casual is not meaningful. It is casual. So you're likely to end up with relationships that are self contradictory and which drive you crazy. Or women who are and do...
And for "I find surprising connections with people I meet", what does that have to do with sex and relationships? You might start meeting people who went to your school, or long lost relatives.
You aren't going to finish making the necessary changes in less than about 3 months, but the LTU has USLM in it also.
If you go for USLM, I suggest you aim for goals that are more broad, like, "My goal is to improve my sex life, increase the frequency at which I have sex, and improve my ability to perform sexually."

I have been trying to phrase a goal I have for friendships. Basically I want to be able to meet more people in my age group and to have a meaninful relationships with those people as opposed to come and go relationships. Is there a certain way I should I phrase this goal?

I disagree about "casual but meaningful" being a contradiction; I have a specific feeling in my gut that it refers to. But you're not wrong about my phrasing otherwise being unclear. Let me back up.
Fear runs my life. I see it as a general fear of existing and connecting to others, showing up strongly in my social life (both sexual and friendship).
I'm looking forward to the new DMSI as I imagine that the fears removed by the FRM in it would be most of the fears I am aware of in myself (and because I already have DMSI). But as you're still working on DMSI, the question arose in my head of whether I could figure out statements to use for USLM3 so that I could use its FRM to target my fears.
Is targeting the FRM in that way a good idea? If so I'll try to come up with better statements; if not I'll hang out and wait for DMSI.

Shannon This FRM (that's in USLM3 (so far)), is your greatest achievement yet. I haven't reached my goals set for USLM3 yet, but the FRM, I can tell it's absolutely fantastic. I've been able to sing karaoke even though my voice is just ok, and I never would have done that ever before. I didn't care what people thought, I was just having fun. There are other ways that it works and is very subtle. It's like a happy little ZFG attitude, not a$$holish, but very smooth and balanced.
Can't wait for DMSI 3.3.

Yeah, man, I feel ya, FRM itself is very valuable investment, like yours, I could sing freely because of it and people enjoy it when I sang a rock song.
I'm not stated it in my journal, but, one of my main goal is become a singer that made people feel energized when listening to my voice..and looks like I'm on my way there.

Shannon, It'll be my 3 months on MLS on Nov 27. I missed only 2 days and have a plan to add 3 more nights to compensate for the missed days. I haven't executed MLS very well at all. I started off with one main goal and had some other secondary goals that would be based off of the first one. Up to this point, it looks like other than some healing, my learning and execution has been very poor. Please suggest whether I should keep going or give it a rest after 3 months or move onto something else. In the third case, will I be able to get a refund for not succeeding on MLS? I feel so bad that MLS turned out to be a great sub for other people and I bought it thanks to the rave reviews it got. I've used two 5.5G (DMSI and MLS) and gotten no positive results. Rather my life took a huge turn and made me a soft guy that is almost invisible.
