The one I am working on, and almost finished with, is Disconnect From Negative Stress. I am experimenting with various tweaks to the specifics of what all will be affected.

After that, I don't know yet. I have the first custom to work on, and it may turn out that LTU needs to be upgraded to 5.5G soon. We shall see.

I never used LTU before. What is it’s main goal or objective? Specifically.

It's main goal is to make your life better by simultaneously attempting to improve as many different common sticking points as I could identify when I created it.

I am considering running MHS for some acid reflux. I just stopped SE about five days ago. I know the 21 day rule but I am wondering how adverse the effects will be if I start running it due to turbulence?

It's different for every user. Why not try it and see?

Ok. I haven’t used MHS too much so I don’t know how’ll I react to it

I know K Train has had luck with it for reflux.

ARA is an option, Disconnect From Negative Stress (soon to be released) is an option, and there are others, but there is too much complexity to the scripts and too much time since I made them for me to really have all that information in my head at a time. LTU might be a good one also. E2 provides me with a lot of relief.

Yes, it definitely is. Most of the script is available in the scripts files, and the script is quite large, so 5.5 might fit it very well due to its speed.

I'm glad Shannon is looking into this, considering his workload.
Hi Shannon, when do you think LTU will be released by? because i was planning to buy LTU but i rather wait for the 5.5g one as it will be much powerful. also had some good reviews so I'm quite keen to use this.

Why not just start improving your life now as Shannon hasn’t even started the upgrade of LTU yet??!?
In the Next Version of DMSI the wall should Close up Sleeping as a Resistance Measure, I didn't realize this but in order to comfort myself and not face my fears during E2, UD and now DMSI I would sleep Excessively. And not do anything, I rationalized it as giving the Subliminals time to process the information. Indescisiveness also is a big way that my mind resists the script, by not being able to make and stick to a descision, my mind delays me having to do anything indefinitely.
On a Side note my fapping has gone down and now I am getting sick of it but Spontaneously I have gotten the ability to have multiple orgasms/Dry orgasms, seems like the sexual performance module is working well. Older people seem to appreciate me more than younger people though on DMSI now. Haven't gotten a Girlfriend yet though and it doesn't seem like women are sexually attracted to me just as yet on this program.

He didn't say for sure he was starting to build it, just that it may be on the cards. But he will likely post it here or in his journal when and if the time comes.

I've noticed some of that. It depends why it's happening. I can see some of it might be resistance, like a depression type response.

But some of it can also be needed due to the extra input. I mentioned in my journal one night I went to bed at 8pm and got up at 9:30am. I felt much better that next day after feeling horrible like I really needed the sleep. I've had that happen a few times with other programs too. In that case it's not an escape response.
