(10-19-2018, 07:36 AM)maxx55 Wrote: [ -> ]Hey Shannon, just a couple questions.

Is FRM in DMSI 3.3?

Yes, that's what I was working on in the DMSI script: DMSI 3.3 will have v3 of FRM, instead of the V2 in USLM2.

Quote:And is there anything in DMSI 3.3 that will cause girls to feel frustrated from lack of attention (primarily sex) from the user?

Not at this time. I am going to remind you again that DMSI is something men and women can use, and any way that it can affect them, it can affect to you if they use it. I designed it this way to make sure nobody goes too far with it. Ask yourself, would you want a woman to use DMSI and have that effect on you?

This is a very complex issue, and it must be approached carefully. We are not trying to manipulate women into sex here. Females are not animals or aliens. They are people just like you, and what is good for the goose is good for the gander.

Quote:I'm kind of surprised that 3.3 is finished so soon.

I did not finish DMSI. I finished one module in DMSI.
I actually thought about that. I already experience the frustration so it'd be more like balancing out on both sides.

And I guess I misunderstood the post above, my bad. I appreciate the time and effort you're putting into 3.3, take as much time as you like.

Taking as much time as I like would mean we had 2-3 more months of work on DMSI 3.3. That's not reasonable, given how much crap has already delayed us. So I've decided that I'm going to tie up whatever loose ends are left and start building it around the 20th of November, if it's not ready to build for some reason before that.

I would say take 2-3 months if needed then see how well it works. That would save you time for 3.4

I agree with this. If it's not a financial strain on the company, it'd be best to just take time with 3.3 if possible.
A little US/LM 2 update:

I don't have a journal so I'll leave it here. The first cycle of 6 loops for 6 days went pretty well, I was able to get all loops in pretty easily. During the week it seemed like the sub really helped level out my confidence and getting in my own way internally, which I do a lot since I'm an introvert. This week however I didn't overthink anything and had a more laid back attitude and less caring about how I thought people perceived me. Also had one of the more productive weeks at work that I've had over the last couple of months.

Now that I'm on my second off day, I feel like all of my anxieties and worries about not being included in things are popping up again and are really starting to bug me. When I feel this way, I tend to think I'm alone and have nobody to turn to. Hopefully this goes away with more time on the sub and the FRM.
Nov 20th? Damn another month to go lol.

That's a good thing, IMO. We want a 3.3 with enough new stuff it'll be worth running for another 7-10 months as we wait for the next after that, right? Wink

Save time for 3.4??? The testing process has been around 3-6 months per version...
A friend of mine wants to try DMSI. I told him v3.3 will be out soon. Can he switch from 3.2 to 3.3 without a break?

I meant the development time for 3.4. If Shannon doesn't add them now, he'll eventually have to add a couple extra months to work on them anyway in 3.4. Why not do it now and make 3.3 as near perfect as possible?

I would guess that adding too many new modules would make the testing process much more difficult. It would be difficult to tell which ones work and what the exact effects of each one are.

There are also other subs that need to be worked on such as LTU and perhaps a few focus fires to keep the business going.

In the beginning, that is normal. Over time you'll note that that stops happening on your days off.

The key is that the FRM has to make the changes permanent, but you also need to take breaks for rest and processing time.

I strongly suggest that you stay with a sub that has FRM for at least 3 months to make the effects long term.

It would be much more useful to be for testing data if he waited for 3.3 to come out, as we have very few who haven't used DMSI at all yet.
