Can only remember he said 7, 4, 2 were best in order of decreasing effect.

However, if I am wrong and 2.3 blows everyone away... well, I'll be glad to be wrong in that case!
By the way, optimal loops modeling is as follows:
1st place/best results: 7 loops per day/night.
2nd place, good results: 4 loops/day
3rd place, alright results: 2 loops/day.
Many thanks.
How are things with the PSL btw?
Shannon I have a question for you. What is the last, toughest, thing that you've been through?

Like coffee replacement in the morning.
Awakener for late-night work or study as well I am hoping. Many people could really use that, me included.
Anyone who isn't listening to a sub that has state shifting could always listen to isochronic tones, bilateral harmonics, or even brain.fm to wake up and/or focus.

Have you seen good results ?

Yes. That is in the works also.
In the near future?
That depends on whether I release it in 5.5G or 5G. In 5G all I have to do is rebuild it in all three tracks, and calculate the ASRB ratio. In 5.5G, I have to basically revamp it from the ground up. I was planing to release it in 5G first. Maybe in a month or two, or perhaps less than a month, depending on how things go.

The reverse of the 5G sleep aid. It was originally created to help test the sleep aid (making it reversible at will) and also as an effort to create a program that would be useful on it's own.

Last toughest? Having my trust and heart demolished repeatedly and pretty much completely by a particular woman I was so in love with that I could not bring myself to leave her until I was destroyed by not doing so, and forced to outgrow the beliefs that allowed that destruction to happen.
Overall toughest? Cancer. Hands down. I don't know how people do that more than once. Seriously.

If that was recent, sorry, but I could not tell at all through these forum discussions. I'm sorry to hear that happened. It gives some hope that even Shannons human heart can be broken and things still turn out ok

I was told by my advisor, concerning the experience with the woman, "It takes a diamond to polish a diamond. Nothing else will do. How else did you think you were going to be able to outgrow that, given how strong you are? Now you're that much closer to being what you have the potential to be. Something truly spectacular."
When I saw it from that point of view, I realized, he was right. It was a necessary experience. I could not have outgrown those things otherwise, and now I am much stronger as a result. And when I realized that also, I was able to forgive her, let go and move on with my life. Now I don't have to worry about being treated like that anymore as a result of that growth. So she may not have been a pleasant instructor, but she was definitely a valuable one.
RE: Shannon's Journal, Volume 2
Recently, in developing the 6G prototype, I have come across an idea which is being developed into a couple of new technologies which seem very promising for helping to overcome and possibly even reverse resistance. I am really looking forward to testing this IRL.
Guessing Game time: so IRL = Internal Resistance Leave! = or = Internal Resistance Leveled!!
Plumetted to the ground!
Haha i'm pretty sure it's "in real life" as in seeing how it goes when people use it.
Couple of general questions I was hoping the community could answer.
I'm currently running E2 (DAY 153 of 192) and wanted to get my parents on it too. Think it could help with my mums past abuse and my dads fears regarding his health and his insecurities. Was thinking of setting up the speakers to run ultrasonic while they sleep in their room.
Question is...do I need to buy 1 or 2 additional copies (they sleep in the same bed so they will be exposed the same)
Secondly as it's rather hot in the evenings they have their fan on. When calibrating the ultrasonic track do I need to take into account the noise from the fan? Don't want to damage their hearing by setting the ultrasonic so high.
Appreciate any suggestions
