Hahaha I hear you man. Though I believe that in order for DMSI to get to that level of power it would need to allow a normal dude to be able to get approached quite regularly. Now the good news is that we've seen the Sniperfrog module work for a couple of guys but (IMO) that module would need to work on a far more consistent level before a warning label would be warranted. Plus I am getting fatigued with the DMSI line. Not gonna lie. It's been a long road trip to the DMSI promise land and I hope we start seeing the exit so we can get out, stretch our legs, and go play on all the fun rides in DMSI land.
I am happy though that Shannon is taking a more...aggressive approach to DMIS. I feel that this sub is going to warrant some high grade quirples in order to work. That may require perhaps going deep, deep, DEEEEEEEEP into the toolbox. It may require a little bit of glitching and maybe even some Gameshark level shit to make this work.
EDIT: Just wanted to make sure I add that I knew that this wasn't going to be easy nor quick to get DMSI right but I do think in the past months this forum has definitely become a lot more close-knit. Hopefully we'll all get to pop some champagne when this beast is finished.

Power is a big part of getting past resistance. Power isn't what you might think of in this sense. It's not like the definition of the power of a car's engine. It's a measure of how effective a script is, how persuasive it is, how much it by passes or undoes and gets past resistance, how effective it is in general, how well it achieves the goal, how fast it achieves the goal...
On the volume I have added a module direct from the 6G prototype that is designed to help with the volumetric stuff. Just for you.
Making a test version would not be a bad idea, but I think having your subconscious directly tell you what the optimal volume to play it is a better idea. *runs off to take notes for 3.1*
Have you seen any difference since you stopped playing it?

This is my job. I don't get paid unless I work. And nobody else is gonna do it, because nobody else can do it. But the end goal is going to be a vastly better world. And while I have even recently suffered some serious dings to my incentive to be caring and altruistic and try to make the world a better place, I still see that it is a fact that what I am creating can and will make the world a better place for everybody. I'm still trying, even if I do get my hand bitten when I try to help.
I journal what I do so you guys can see what is going on, and not just think, "Meh, nothing happening. Shannon's asleep at his desk again, or playing XBox."
Xbox isn't as much fun as creating these...
It's just really tedious sometimes, in the not so fun parts.

Yea i'd love to see a free/cheap track for ultrasonic/masked and volume testing similar to the ultrasonic test track. Nothing fancy, just some heat, hunger, euphoria, etc but something that you can quickly and physically see a response in so you can know which format and volume work best for you.
I'm going to add a module in 3.1 that causes your subconscious to direct you to the optimal volume automatically.

3.0.1-A is going to have less scripting for healing, but a much better and more powerful support system behind it. It will also be much more highly focused, and there will not be "at your own pace".

Based off Shannon's patterns throughout the past 6 months of DMSI/AOSI testing I think its reasonable to assume that he'll release V3.01 and allow people to test it for at least a month or so before he begins preparation for the release of the next version.
I remember Shannon saying that he may eventually require people to sign a legal agreement acknowledging the potential effects of DMSI. It'll be nice if it becomes that powerful.

That is exactly why we need a legal disclaimer. And the sooner the better. I'm probably going to put one that you have to agree to before downloading and purchasing in 3.0.1.
Higher authorities don't understand what makes a subliminal tick, or powerful. They, if they did anything, would attempt to either legislate the whole field out of existence, or severely limit what you're allowed to do with them. The current laws (for most countries) already cover that. So hopefully we don't end up with more stupid "gun control" legislation, where we already have the necessary laws in place, but the people are screaming for something to be done, so the legislators add more laws that say the same thing but limit you further.
I don't think that it's going to be much of an issue though. We just need to have a disclaimer in place.

E2 has me feeling okay with not being on subs. It did the same thing last run too. It's such an interesting beast, in that it makes me completely whole from the inside out. Now instead of seeing the subs as "I NEED THIS, TO GET ME TO THE NEXT LEVEL", I see them more as "oh, sweet! A tool to help me get to the next level!"
I sort of feel E2 is on par with some of the goals of alpha male. Like self validation. And wholeness (Benjamins E2 journal!).
As if E2 unlocks the potential I've always had inside me, but only clears away the crap that blocks me from being at my best. And here I am a week after finishing e2, in a completely subliminal free state, in a state of bliss.
Last time i was in this euphoric subliminal free state of mind was amazing... at least until I started BASE, when it all went away and BASE kicked my ass hard.
E3 is going to be a welcome addition to this world, and if e2 just begins to scratch the surface of the capability of what e3 has in store..... well, I only wish people would not be butt faces and just give in to the notion that e3 would solve most of their inner most problems for good and all.
BAMM is a guide. It only works when it's in use. Without it, I am watching my goals drift off further and further into the future again, so I need to get back to it.
E3 is going to really get some attention for what it does. Shame E2 probably won't.
