When it's not included as a direct tag, it happens when you feel joy at accepting and sometimes executing the script, because it brings hope, happiness, etc. to do so.

Shannon I feel like I'm going through a lot of strife this AM6 run through. What are your thoughts on this? Will I always go through internal challenges as per programming?

Every run will have one of two effects on you:

A) It will grind away the parts that you don't want or need in the process of becoming an alpha male, or

B: It will enhance and refine the qualities you have that you want in the process of becoming an alpha male.

Strife is a sign that something is being overcome, challenged, ground down, removed, upgraded, improved, outgrown, etc.

I feel like v3 will be the one where shit will get crazy for me. So excited. I just got my friend to introduce me to a girl who i saw took some sexy pictures for a photoshoot, tonight I'll meet her. Then i plan to go to a club for the first time in a long time.

In a nutshell that's what it is don't know wether I should be aware of these changes or focus on external things don't know if you can help give any more clarity to my specific situation

I am hoping that V3 is where shit gets crazy for a lot of you. I'm expecting that it will by the end of this branch, but 3.0.1 will definitely be a LOT more powerful, capable and difficult to resist than 2.5.

Let's put it this way: I am fully expecting that sometime between 3.0.1 and the final, I will have to have a legal disclaimer that you must agree to in order to buy or download DMSI.

You mentioned that there is little to no waiting time in between DMSI v3.0.1 A and B. My impression is I can use both A & B, say during sleep I'll use the healing version then before going out, the more aggressive version. In a single day I'll benefit with the incredible healing provided by version A as well as the out of this world power of version B. Any opinion on this?

I don't know exactly what that will do, but I will say that it is not designed for use that way. I recommend not trying that unless and until you have experience with and understanding of at least the A variant.
