Basically what I read was "Sex guaranteed!" Making it difficult to stay on E2 Shannon!
Stay. It'll make AOSI and everything else work so much better, and without dealing with the fears and pasts hurts first, it'll struggle to work of course. Plus, you can still get increased results with women ON E2, as the fears and past hurts vanish, you will naturally become more assertive, confident. Win-win. I may be starting to finally notice some things, so if it can turn THIS ship around, it can turn any around, trust me, lol!
I wasn't actually going to change, just said it jokingly. E2 and ASC 6g are the only things in my near future right now. And I do agree, E2 has the most potential in overall long term improvement among the single stagers (for me).
Glad you changed your opinion on moving to AOSI
Don't feel bad, half of the reason that post was done...was to show myself I need to stay on E2, lol.
Honestly, I've seen a few things that are making it hard to chalk up to random occurrence with E2, sure. But, the reality is, I doubt I'm ready to truly get benefit from AOSI, anyway. I need a little while longer at least, which is just as well because V2 isn't going to be out for weeks. I'm surprised with how fast some things have changed, but I need two more things dealt with before I can move on.
I don't know if this has been brought up but there's a pause at around 1:00 with trickling stream on E2. The track is 1:06 long, I wonder what that pause is about. If I understand correctly the actual track is 1 hour long and the 6 minutes are just silence.
Also, what happens if I stop listening to the track half way through. Say on a random time like 0:23 (since when I wake up I can't wait for half an hour for the track to stop). Does this interrupt the results in any way?
And when I do this, should I start the track from the beginning when I want to listen to it again or continue from where I left off (this considering that I run the ultrasonic track for a couple of loops during the day)?
Just a few things I've been wondering about.

I have a mac book pro 2015 laptop. I did play this at the volume id normally want to play the silent track and it worked without any hiccups.
For the past 8 days I've played the silent track again without any issue.
I used frequensee and it showed that my signal was around 19KHZ and about -50 to -30db from speaker to my ears and further behind.
Today however I played the track at full volume as I was away from my laptop and wanted to make sure if reached my ears. When I sat down at the laptop I then could hear crackling.
When I played the free silent testing mp3, at this loud volume (full volume both on my laptop and my iTunes player), then I could hear crackling very very low and only if I bring my ears to the speakers of the laptop. My apartment is super quiet and this is why I could hear this but its only when Im sat at the laptop.
Is there any issue with my laptop therefore playing silent tracks? i hope not now
Play it at the same levels of audio you would anything else.
All you need to do is calibrate.
Thanks Shannon
Im using iTunes player which came pre-installed onto my mac book pro.
Ive turned the volume lower and the crackling has gone, but I'm worried that the volume is too low, especially for when I'm not sat at the laptop. I walk around my room and leave the laptop at the table that I'm sat at to get to the sink (same room).
So using frequensee this is what I got at the laptop itself. (see image attached)
What do you think?
The issue I have is whether this volume will reach me if I'm not sat around the laptop, so shall I use frequensee with the phone held next to my ear and walk around my apartment and see if how the graph changes? and if so what should I be looking for?
thanks

Hyper Success 5.5G/6G? Yes please!
Let's agree on making a subliminal priority poll, once Shannon is done with AOSI v2 and the MIR/GPR/MHS health-related subliminals that he seems focused on making at the moment.
For Ultra Success, in my view it needs to be combined with Ultra Motivation and perhaps Maximum Productivity. Something like BASE but stripped down to the basics and without all the business modules, so that one can use it to succeed in the areas they choose. That gives more flexibility.
Alternatively, if Shannon wants to prevent working on all these programs, he can incorporate Overcome Procrastination and Ultra Motivation together in Maximum Productivity 5.5G or whatever. Then he can do whatever he wants with Ultra Success 5.5G or 6G.
I've read this on Shannon's journal today:
Quote:Those dominant in emotional focus and have the corresponding physiology will be most receptive and responsive; those people who are most dominant in the physical/sensual focus and have the corresponding physiology will be second most receptive and responsive; those who focus through their passions and energy will be third most responsive, and those who will be the most difficult to affect will be those who focus mostly through their minds.
My question is how can I know which one of those I am? For example I would say I am both emotional and thinking, both in uneasy balance. Also if so what could I possibly do to make the auras more effective? Giving more to my emotional side? Can I control my emotion and restrain them or should I do the opposite, even then it hurts and just embrace it? Any thoughts?

Actually there already was a subliminal priority poll made and Shannon took a few notable things from the list. Thats why he started working on AOSI to begin with because it did get a few votes. The poll was here:

The list he will be working from was on page 55 of this Thread:

Yes. It is being built in 5.5G.
I cannot know if it will help her with Lyme disease until some people test it on that and I have evidence as to what it actually does over a number of trials in the real world.
But, this version is being designed to enable your immune system to be effective in detecting and removing bacterial infections, viral infections, fungal infections and yeast infections, as much as that is actually possible.
So all I can say is, it is designed to work against all types of infections except maybe parasitic, and it is designed to scale to whatever degree is necessary to enable your immune system to overcome and eradicate the infection. What it can actually do, and what is actually possible for your immune system to do, I do not yet know.
I would absolutely love some feedback on Lyme disease, though!

Should I just limit it at 12 hours Shannon? Am I just investing those extra hours at no benefit in this case?
In this case, I think you will be able to feel what is the right path for you. You suggested 12; try that and see how it works for you. Remember that 5.5G and especially 6G will require less time listening.

You need to stop taking those hallucinogens, buddy. I never wrote that.
I can't make guarantees. But I can
design the program for the best possible results. I mean, why not, right? So no guarantees. But I'm trying.

The pause happens at 30 and 60 minutes. It's the fact that I use a 30 minute masked track for 30 and 60 minute tracks, which has fade in and fade out. It's nothing to worry about.
As for the second part, nothing happens. It's best to start from where you stopped it, but it's not going to kill you to start from the beginning.

Well I can say that for me, at least 14 hours is necessary. I've lowered the hours over the past couple weeks or so and I went through some really bad emotional rollercoaster rides. It happened less often and with less intensity when I was getting in as many hours as possible.

Play the trickling stream track. Set it, while you are sitting at your computer, to a comfortable volume. Now go to every point in the room, and listen. Just listen. And then to other areas where you will commonly be.
If you do that, you'll find that you can hear it at surprising distances from your laptop. I can hear it playing on my phone, in my bedroom, through the master bedroom, through the bathroom that leads to the hallway, down the hallway and in the living room in my house. And that's at the standard volume I use at night.
The subconscious is MUCH more sensitive to volume than the conscious mind is. I have done experiments where I played a test track only phone at a volume of 1/15 (minimum volume possible), with a lifeproof case on my phone. It still gets results. Not very far from the phone, probably within about 6 feet or about 2 meters, but they are
still there. And consciously, for me to hear anything even from an audible track at that point, I need to have the speaker right up to my ear!
Just relax. Calibrate as instructed, then reduce the volume until there are no crackles if necessary, and you're done.
