That means that, to express the whole script at least once, it requires 20 minutes of exposure. Definitely time to re-compress. I like to keep the MTOSE down to a maximum of 5-10 minutes if possible."

Shannon,
Will this result in lower listening times for 6G programs if everything goes right?

I think I forgot to put this into perspective.

If it were not compressed to the degree that it is, that 20 minutes would be 16 hours plus of audio. It would take more than 16 hours of listening to hear the entire script just once. That's how beastly long the damned thing is.

So the fact that it's 20 minutes long and still comprehensible is amazing, but for my purposes, 20 minutes is the outer limits. I have to achieve the goals of the 6G prototype within 20 minutes, or the test fails.

So to answer your question, yes. Higher compression means faster input means lower listening times. Although that by itself is not the reason why it would require lower listening times; there are two other things along with compression that I use that, taken as a whole, result in these very low listening time requirements.

Wow 16 hours in 20 minutes. That would save us a lot of time in terms of listening of you are successful in the tests.

Reaction after reading this whole thing: Deeee-ammm!!

Yeah it's impressive isn't it ?

I would say. It would be intense to listen to

Makes sense, I do around 12, about 8 ultrasonic and 4 masked. What was yours back then?

Yeah about the same. I've dropped my hours a bit since then.
16 + HOURS worth in 20 minutes. dang! in 2G it used ta take days..for things to start to show up...even back then SHannon's work was more effect than most of whats out there! Wow! Even Still,

Whats to come AFTER MIR & GRP? hummmm perhaps some or ALL of thee abouve???
Just wanted to put this here as well in case it wasn't seen in the other thread, Shannon. I think it's a really good suggestion that could make a very big difference for DMSI:

Shannon, facing some resistance on E2 that is very specific. I'm usually able to feel the module that connects the subconscious and conscious mind together kick in, but I haven't recently and when I try to do it manually they connect for a short time, but then it shuts down and it feels like internal resistance.

Not sure if that is important info, or if you have already found a way around that.

Well it's going to depend on a lot of variables I don't have nailed down yet. Remember that with these super advanced scripts, I have to model 10+ ways to phrase everything... because the subconscious is extremely sensitive to phraseology and I don't understand all of why it accepts and executes one choice of wording over another. There does not appear to be a lot of correlation observable on that point, except on certain key trigger words. I literally could not hope to be as successful as I am with scripting right now, without relying heavily on the models to figure out phraseological specs. Sometimes, the same word fails when used in two different statements! It only works on one, and not the other. Very confusing.

So even with a skeleton script, these programs will require a while to build.

It is important info. This is being developed still.

I assume that was the EIP post I saw earlier?

I figured the negativity at times can be dealt with by implementing RNW 4G. Good to know we're thinking the same thing, cool.

Shannon, is it okay if one of my speakers is louder than the other? Will it affect my results? If it's a big deal I will buy another pair because I take my listening seriously.

I have a similar problem where, for no good reason, the left channel plays at ~-40db and the right channel plays at ~-30db on the ultrasonic track. Is this a big problem?

I've mentioned this kind of thing before.

Shannon has said the channels are balanced for the subs. However what is peculiar, is that I've always had the right channel louder than the left, on every source I've ever listened to my subs on. I mean headphones, earbuds, sleepphones, speakers, you name it. Both of those volumes you mentioned, are more than loud enough for results, so I wouldn't worry about a minor calibration issue.
that's normal, i've noticed the exact same thing with all the subs i've used, and I use Ultra almost exclusively.
