@Shannon just finished my first run-through of MLS4 with a 9 days on - 3 days off schedule. How many days should I take off before starting UMSv2 stage 1?

Sorry to bother you with this. I checked the sales page of UMSv2 Stage 1. There was no instructions pdf in the downloads section. Neither found the info in this thread, could have missed it here.

From a man's point of view, too big might be a size at which he has trouble finding women who are willing to have sex with him because of how big his penis is (for the reasons above), or a size at which getting hard becomes difficult because he simply doesn't have sufficient blood in his body.  All of these are subjective.  There's no hard and fast rule.

Sounds like there would be no benefit from running this, only potential downsides, and that mine might already be too long for some women.

Some guys are not going to need to run it.  If that's you, then that's probably good news!

If you woke with a feeling of bliss, that means it's working.  Why would you immediately change variables around?  Don't do that.  You don't need more intensity.  Don't change anything right now.

If I wake up every morning feeling stressed and anxious with tension in my neck and shoulders, should I increase exposure, or just keep going? I’m following the base instructions of 1 loop for 2 days, followed by 3 days off

I suggest that you increase the loops by one for the next ASRB2 cycle.

A week off should be good.

After reading your post, I don't know what feedback you want.

It seemed that I had overcome procrastination yesterday atleast to me it seemed that way. Today whilst listening to the sub in the day its causing disturbance, frustration and agitation in a mild to medium way though.

It seemed that I had overcome procrastination yesterday atleast to me it seemed that way. Today whilst listening to the sub in the day its causing disturbance, frustration and agitation in a mild to medium way though.

Overcoming procrastination says that you are having periods of significantly less fear in that direction, and the disturbances today indicate that some part of your subconscious is upset that it has to cooperate when it doesn't want to.  I see that irritability and crankiness in myself and Kristen occasionally as well.

Thanks alot mate. Makes sense. Its been a challenge today thats for sure. Im glad though that this is more proof im executing!

So for the ME sub will we have any sort of metrics to go by? For example expect 1 inch increase if listened to for 6 months or will just have to listen to it forever until we see results?

With a penile traction device, you could expect to gain 1-1.5 inches and some girth over 8-12 months wearing it 10 hours+ per day.

Perhaps use that time frame as a baseline.  Otherwise, you'll have usage instructions given by Shannon that the models determine are most effective.  If you don't get results using the prescribed looks during that time frame, you'll be eligible for a refund, obviously.

Currently I don't know. We will see what comes out if the models for time per run. Otherwise we will have to see what it does by ising it. I suggest no expectations. Just let it show you what it can do.

Does this sub focus on growth and growth only? What about the shape? If it bend, can it make it grow straight? What if the growth make it more bend than it already is? It is certainly concerning Lol
