whats the latest recommendation to run OFv3? im not feeling much.
currently on 2 days on 2 days off, 2 loops per night.

Hi Buddy, you can increase it to 3 loops a day, 2 days on and 2 days off
Try that for a few full ASRB2 cycles (ie 2 days on and 2 days off = 1 cycle).
So after a few times you can then see how you go and if you need more then come back and ask again as thats when you will need Shannon's bespoke instructions for you. For now Shannon said to all to go upto 3 loops before asking how to progress further. For many 2 loops works, for some 3 loops works and for others hes been particular for them and their case.

thanks dude.. ill try that.. im feeling a little flat and was wondering maybe that the resistance, maybe the resistance isnt as strong as my last sub MLS 5.75g..

Yeah dont worry about that. 1 thing thats kept me motivated is what Shannon said around the time of the release which was we all have to find our "sweet spots". The loops and cycles thats best for us to really let this sub work and then let it do its thing. So realise maybe you havent found it yet which means its there to be found for you and thats the adventure. It will work and it can work so just find your sweet spot bro!
Now that the coronative regulations are loosening up in many parts of the world, I'm running DMSI again and I'm very interested in when to expect the next update! Any Plans?
IMO you're better off running OF v3, the reduced fear is super attractive to women. At least in my experience I've had better results now then when I was on DMSI. Then when the new DMSI comes out, you can use that.

İ will use Sm or wm next time, İ have less to no social anxiety, will try to do some sexual stuff, though didn't think of Dmsi, but it is indeed might be interesting the new version

Interesting, I noticed that my attachment to results has more or less disappeared.
Regarding OFv3 , I am noticing that other subliminal programming (all IML) that I listened before and that I was not aware before got somehow unlocked when I started listening to OFv3....I am gonna do LTU after this one, so, I cannot wait to see how will it go when OFv3 removes all of the obstacles standing in the way

[B] You can run through stages 1-2-3 one per month just once and then run through Stage 4 for the rest of your usage.

Copied from the sales page. A, B and C are from me so I can relate to it easier.
So in my understanding it works like this:
A:
one month stage 1
one month stage 2
one month stage 3
return to stage 1
B:
one month stage 1
one month stage 2
one month stage 3
unlimited cycles of stage 4
C:
one month stage 1
one month stage 2
one month stage 3
one month stage 4
return to stage 1
That is my understanding but here in the forum I read that it is also possible to go earlier from stage to stage while you just finish the listening cycles with days on and off. Is that correct?

1. I don't know enough about qigong to answer that definitively, but I don't think it should be an issue.

I have given a set of instructions for that at least 10 times. Here goes again.
If your current number of loops isn't sufficient, increase your loops one per ASRB2 cycle until you either become exhausted or run out of time to run it in a day. If you still don't have any success, start decreasing your days off one per ASRB2 cycle until you get to just one. And if you're still not getting results, start increasing days on by one per ASRB2 cycle until you hit exhaustion or achieve the goal.
