I'm currently running UMSv2 Stage 1 and had to interrupt it to combat an illness with MIR. So after running MIR for 5 days with no symptoms, should I restart the UMSv2 count at day 1 or continue at the number of days I was at before the interruption?
Thanks for your help

Which subliminal would you recommend to recover from post covid? I.e. Tiredness, high immune response and fever if exercising, etc

Then a few months ago MLS 5.75G came out and I don't think anyone raised this issue. So can you say is it still happening? Also does anyone else remember when Shannon said this, I can't find it, it was probably in one of those deleted/archived threads.
If you believe that MLS 5.5G did not do its job for you, you can request a coupon for $114.95 from Ben on the back end and you can do with it whatever you like. But you can only do that once.

If I were in your shoes, I would have been running MIRv3 the moment I found out I had COVID, and until all symptoms went away. And make sure you run it according to the instructions if you choose to run it.

Not sure you got my question right, what I'm talking about is someone with symptoms that lingered a year after they "recovered", having low levels of energy and easily get a fever and have problems with their lungs. My bet would be on MHS, would you agree?

No. I understood your question. First, if I were in your shoes, I would take a nice long hit of MIRv3. 2 weeks at least, and see if that has any effect. If that does nothing, then and only then would I try MHS.
The key is, you don't know if the symptoms are being triggered by a lingering infection. And this person should consult a doctor, if they have not already.
Glad to see E5.
It will be tough to decide whether to run UMS 2.0 or E5 when I finish OFV3.

Understood. It's not for me but for a friend.
Btw - the link to E5 in the news section and your journal leads to a dead link
Is anybody else having trouble accessing the E5 sales page?
