Sometimes they are more stable than others. Sometimes I can get answers I trust, and sometimes not. I was getting answers I trusted today until I got back from lunch. Now I see they're not giving confidence ratings high enough for me to use.

It is improving. But it's unfortunately a slow process. If I wasn't already bald, I would pull my hair out over it sometimes.

from 5.5G and 5.75G programs I get sleeping problems after a while. So around 2-4 weeks in I can no longer fall asleep that easy (nearly the whole night awake) and it goes away around 2 weeks after stopping the program. How would you approach this problem, carpet-bombing or listening way less (like 1x1 and 6x0) and then going up slowly (maybe one day more or one loop more every 2 weeks)?

I Have a suggestion for a sub title,but In case it bombs here,I thought I'd save time,over placing it in the subliminal suggestion box.... the title would be DMZ = De-Militarized-Zone... a subliminal that would cause an appamatox or sorts. in other words.... the create a scenario or scenario's where real peace and understanding can occur,a healing type of 'mending the fences' with some one or someone's...that the subconscious mind could create the oppurtunity and right circumstances for such a thing to happen....where repentence, apoligies and healing could happen for the sake of both parties or all concerned - Hence a Demilitarized Zone of peace,of an 'opening' of space and" holding a space",mutually,for hearts to mend and heal. I had this with MHS, LTU4 and LTU5 as well as UMS.
I used it according to the instructions, except UMS where I listened to it 1 loop more every week. I used for some the trickling stream, for some the trickling stream hybrid with a physical MP3 player and headphones. MHS, LTU4 and LTU 5 I used strictly during the night, UMS I used in the afternoon or evening. Volume was always loud enough that I can hear it good, but for example when I use it during sleep and I notice that it is pretty loud, I tone it down a step so I can still hear it good but is not too loud to sleep. On my MP3 player (Fiio X1) it is 15-20/100 with headphones.
Huh... I don't get that problem. I sleep just fine on UMS. Usage pattern is eratic.

Alright. First suggestion. Try it with speakers instead of headphones.
Second suggestion. Try using it when you're not sleeping. The most likely way to solve, or help with this issue is to use it when you wake up, not while you're sleeping. This gives you ~ 12 hours for it to integrate before you try to sleep. Should allow your mind to be less active when you go to bed.
Third suggestion. Try using different volumes. This should only be attempted if and after the other two have been used for
at least a couple weeks each without success.
If none of these help, let me know, because there's one other thing you can do.

Here is an example, imagine I have a friend called Emily. Now based on my current perception about Emily (which I based on because of experiences etc etc), Emily is not attracted to me sexually. However, I now consciously" choosing" a different perception. Meaning I alter my own perception of Emily, this new perception, Emily is heavily attracted to me sexually. Which therefore will result in a reality which Emily is attracted to me sexually.
Notice I used the word CHOOSING, since all realities exist, I'm not changing but simply choosing another reality.
Now, remember my first perception was chosen by me, not Emily. I am the one who behaved in a certain way which made Emily not attracted to me initially and formed my own perception. Therefore I have the freedom to choose a different perception at any time.
If you say you don't want to take my own free will (not Emily) my free will of choosing a perception, then yes, that is a valid point, we don't want you to take our free will of choosing a perception.
But if you say, you don't want to take Emily's free will, then that is not a valid point. Because it's not about Emily but my own perception, which is myown freedom. I base my perceptions and I switch to different ones as I please. Isn't that what is the true power of human beings?

With 5G programs I never had the problem, also not 3G or 4G. It also does not start directly, the first 2-3 weeks it is ok, after that I can't easily fall asleep and sometimes lie awake nearly the whole night. It does not matter if I listen to that program at that time or not. Even if I stop completely with that program it takes like 2 weeks until I can find sleep easier again. So in that case I don't think it is because I used the program while I was sleeping, but non the less I will try it out.
Thanks for the suggestions, maybe I am the only one with that problems. It seems like 5.5G and above are powerful enough to push my subconscious into sleepless nights.

I simply cant sleep with subliminal technology of ANY kind running thru the night. not even audible spoken affirmations set on repeat lopp mode...its as if Im sleeping in the middle of the floor of party and its going on all around me,all night
Im a total Odious Ogar the next day...my nerves have been frayed to the limit.
Sooooo I ONLY Listen thru out the day,starting in the mid to late morning on thru is the way I do that and handel it and by sleep time anywhere from 10pm to 4 in the morning...I sleep just fine. I've tired nuberous times running different types of programs over night and its ,no pun intended ,a 'Nightmare". do what works for you,but thats MY solution to all of that.

First, where are you getting that quote from?

Second, you are misunderstanding something. Just changing your perception does not necessarily result in a drastically new reality. You can change your perception to whatever you want, but if you do not follow up with the right things, you're just changing your point of view, and the rest of the world does not shift.
Thirdly, if you do shift to a reality in which Emily is heavily attracted to you, you're not taking away her free will, you're choosing the reality ("channel") where she feels the way you want her to feel. Since all possible realities exist, all you have to do is choose one where she feels the way you want her to feel, but does so as a result of her own free will and choices.

As stated above, if you don't like the rap channel on the radio, you can choose the rock channel, the country channel, the jazz channel... whatever. All you have to do is choose a channel to experience in which - as a result of her own free will choices, she has come to feel the way you want her to feel.
That reality exists, regardless of what you do or do not do. You just need to choose to experience it.

Why do you believe you cannot sleep at night in response to the later generation subliminals? Is it fear? Too much activity? Something else?
