How long have you been using MHS? What are you using it for? What do you think of it so far?

I have been using DMSI since past few years and jumped on UMS from the time it came. While running these two programs I came across something interesting.
When I was running DMSi, I was getting a few scenes in my dreams on a repeated basis. I cannot recall the exact sequence. But it had to do with choosing one specific route to get to a particular place. And another one about going to a place which is hard to reach. The scenes were almost always the same.
With UMS, I am getting a scene of stopping by a super cheap hotel to eat when it is very cold and late at night. Its a filthy place, but had awesome food that I like. Rats would be running around, but no one else who was eating there seems to mind them.
Again, the set of imagery has come on many many occasions. In December I took a break from USM and played DMSI for a while and the first set (mentioned above) came back. When I restarted USM, the second set of scenes came back.
Till now, I did not know there was a connection between these scenes and the subs.
But the switch between first and second is very consistent and only in hindsight I could see the co-relation.
So now, my question, Do you use storytelling within the instruction set? Because my mind seems to go in a particular route depending on what I am listening to.
I really hope we come to a phase where we can run DMSi and UMS simultaneously.
I don't reveal how I do what I do, so I can't answer that question. But given my current understanding, it seems really unlikely that we will ever be able to run DMSI and UMS at the same time.
Shannon:
1. Chemo damage, i dont know what but i probably have some and before the side effect kick in better to run this.
2. General health, after my cancer experience and chemo in 2019 - i guess i need some healing through the whole body. My cancer is linked to a virus called EBV. Also, there is some argument that cancers are genetic diseases - so i will be running the full 7 loops.
3. Hair loss - genetic disease?
4. My right ear always give pressure, I am a DJ ive always had problems with pressure and tinitus. Again - this is genetic i believe AND could be linked to the nasty EBV virus. Why some DJs even Dj more than me and have no ear problems.
5. Back pain - i have had back pain for several years. Its not pain but rather strain stress that goes away with massages etc.
I dont do drugs or alcohol anymore. I eat very healthy about 80%+ plant based
Ive been listening for 2 nights. I dont think anything of it yet. And certainly havent experienced anything on your scale.
the right ear pressure is gone, hearing is sloly normalising and getting balanced between both ears. note this has healed on its own before. Tinitus is still there.
Back feels different during listening.
In both cases I noticed that i could feel something life my body stretching or healing. Definetly on the ear
I went to the gym today and noticed that my shoulder was still in pain. I mustve twisted it a few days ago. I was suprised it was still in pain as I thought MHS would have dealt with it. Then i thought maybe it handles one problem at a time.
How long should i run MHS for?
Keep in mind, MHS does not heal you. It causes your natural healing abilities to maximize for speed and capacity of healing. So the fact that it healed on its own in the past means you're benefiting from MHS on that now.
MHS is not "instant healing speed". Depending on what's wrong, two days of use is probably not enough to see a lot of difference regardless. It is still working with flesh, and flesh takes time to heal. What we are doing is causing the process to go as quickly as is possible.
So far I have been using the program for right around two weeks, and today is the first time I have seen a really obvious improvement in my response when presented with airborne irritants. There is a pizza restaurant my uncle likes to go to for family lunch, and they always have crushed red pepper dust, garlic dust and vaporized fat particles in the air, which triggers my cough. Last time I was there was a couple days after starting MHS. Today my girlfriend commented on how much better I did with coughing this time. Flesh takes time, and how much time depends on what is wrong.
You should use it for 3 months and then assess what progress you have made.
Hair loss isn't a disease. It is a genetic condition, and MHS isn't intended to solve that issue. If it does, I will be pleasantly surprised. But when you start feeling drained, you'll know that MHS is doing something serious. And if you went through chemotherapy, you will probably feel that drain.
Congrats on making it through cancer. Hopefully the next version of MIR will be able to help your immune system find and kill the EB virus.
If you could make the new MIR not 24hrs 7 days a week listening, that would be great.
When you say dont take a pause with MHS - what about a toilet break? or getting a drink. I mean i dont sleep for 10 hrs. I dont think anyone on this forum does!
MIR 2.1 is not required to be used for 24/7 because I thought that would be fun. It's required because for that generation of technology we did not have the ability to make it possible to use it any other way and have it work. What the usage pattern of the next version is will depend on what passes modeling. It is entirely possible that P6 will be powerful enough that it can be used for less than 24 hours a day. The issue is motivating the subconscious to focus on and power up the immune system to be optimally active without constant encouragement. That may (should) be handled by P6, but I won't know until the program is finished and I see what passes modeling.
When I use MHS, I play it while I sleep. No need for a break. But if I did need a break to go to the bathroom, I have two simple options. First, I play it on my phone, so I just disconnect my phone from the charger and take it with me. Second, every 30 minutes of audio there are 15 minutes of silence (ASRB of 30:15), so I can just go during a period of silence.

Seeing your post i have remembered that Shanoon said that MIR and MHS will be together, i wonder if in this case we will have to listen as well 24 h 7 days, i suppose only in the cases you are ill...
There will be a stand alone MIR, along with a version in which MIR is combined with MHS and GPR. I also have plans for a version that is MIR + GPR, MIR + MHS and GRP + MHS, but these are not quite as certain.
Listening time requirements will depend on the specifics of the finished program. We have come a LONG way in advancement of the power and technology of these programs since MIR 2.1 was released.

There's 30 minutes of primary ASRB breaks during each loop (90 minute loops). You should be able to find time to pee or get a drink without breaking ASRB.
Wait a minute... maybe there is something that I have never fully understand.
I thought that the primary ASRB break was basically an implementation detail and you couldn't really tell when you are inside it because it is 30 minutes of audio simply not containing any subliminals.
Are you suggesting that each loop playback should be spaced by 30 minutes? How do you program that within a MP3 player, lets say VLC?
Primary ASRB is X minutes of audio and then Y minutes of silence. In the case of MHS, 30 minutes of audio and 15 minutes of silence. This is easily seen by looking at the ultrasonic or any hybrid track in Audacity. Those tracks that are masked only will have a continuous masked track, but there will be no subliminal audio during the silences.
(01-03-2020, 09:22 AM)Ruffian Wrote: [ -> ]From the MHS v2 product description:
"This program uses a special technology known as the Audio to Silence Balance Ratio (ASRB) that builds in short periods of silence (in this case, 15 minutes for every 30 minutes of audio)..."
So the fifteen minutes of silence runs from the 30 minute mark to the 45 minute mark, and from the 1 hour 15 minute mark to the 1 hour 30 minute mark (the very end of one loop.)
Correct. Minute 01-30 is audio, 31-45 is silence. Minute 46 to 75 is audio, 76 to 90 is silence.
Hey @
Shannon these few posts have prompted me to find the asrb for UMS for said loo breaks. Its not on the sales page and I've tried searching to no avail. I figured it'd be in your Journal Vol 2 - but I'm not getting access to that.
So my question is - what is the asrb for UMS?
Thanks

You can easily find the ASRB for any program by taking a quick peek at the ultrasonic track in Audacity.
Question Shannon. You've acknowledged that from here on out you will be focused here on out on getting DMSI to work for the majority and ignore outliers. With this in mind:
1. In laymen's terms what characteristics does a user/customer have that make you say "I want to help, but I can't/may not be able to"?
2. What about users like myself who have achieved designed goal at least once or twice but who have had sporadic results with DMSI? Do we make up the majority or the minority?
3. From the first inception of DMSI you've stated there is a % of users you want to see achieve design goal within a certain amount of time. How will you determine/calculate this percentage? Is it based soley on forum feedback or from other sources?
Thanks for your time. Also, FYI I am purchasing MHS 5.75G for myself to help heal my ears. I've had good results from using just MHS 3G to help with them (tinnitus) in the past so I look forward to seeing what the new version does for them.
I brought your name up Catman because you've brought up something that I have been and still am curious about:
How does Shannon tally the percentage of people who are/are not getting results or are not getting the results that he believes would allow him to call DMSI "finished".
This point is being brought up because I have not seen a large % of people (meaning over 50%) achieve design goal for DMSI and if they did achieve design goal I haven't seen a majority (once again, more than 50%) achieve design goal on a consistent regular and/or semi-regular basis at least not on the forums.
I'm not trying to pick on you. Yes I believe you are a somewhat unique case however as you have stated just now there's a number of people who are NOT achieving design goal and NOT achieving it on a regular/semi-regular basis. I'm not trying to attack you because as I just said, you have brought up a valid point(s) that require inquiry. Everything else that exists between you and Shannon is between you two.
Also I'll make this clear as well: this is not mean to be a "when is DMSI FINAL COMING OUT OMG!!!1111" post. It'll get done when it gets done. Shannon's already forewarned us of the upcoming cycle and I've had a chance to use some of his recent stuff like LFC so I know there's good stuff coming down the pipeline. I just had a simple question. Nothing more nothing less.
EDIT: As of 8:01 pm Eastern Standard Time I edited your name out of the original question. Peace.
I love talking about DMSI... Honestly, for me it did open up a new realm of possibilities. I did touch the magic at least twice.
Idk what is reasonable to expect. My fantasy would be to experience some sort of a Hank Moody's "curse". Is it realistic? Idk. I have been rambling about that on several occasions in my journals. I try to keep an open mind and see what happens on each run.
That being said, I take full responsibility for it not happening. For one, it is quite rare that I sit down and say to myself: Wow, I have some free time, lets go out and meet hot women and live an adventure with them. I'm too busy. I'm an ambitious workaholic.
I don't have an exciting lifestyle that could suck in women to share exciting adventures. All I do is work work work and crossfit.
I have a terrible time management skill. Having to juggle multiple dates in a single week seems an impossibility to me. I hope that BASE will help me changing that.
Improving my time management, bringing me success so that I can give myself time for enjoying life with leisure and travel and simply just good time is my current goal with BASE. I also think that changing my current life situation to one that will make DMSI success possible is possibly the #1 factor determining if DMSI will work or not for me.
but at every new DMSI release, I'm hoping for the best. I'm open to quick unexpected changes but realistically, I know what I have change consciously to make DMSI goal a sure thing.
but I'm also curious hear Shannon on the topic...

Hi @
Shannon, I'm sorry if this was asked before, but where do you think the next iterations of USLM and UMS are in the order of programs to make?
Also, I thought you might find this information interesting when it comes to producing anti aging subliminals. It looks like the epigenome plays a massive role in aging. David Sinclair has also been on the Joe Rogan podcast a couple of times, but I've yet to watch those.

Thanks!

I loved this post because it mirrors some of my experiences as well. I have openly acknowledged my thoughts and views on DMSI in regards to its current state in regards to the design goal however one thing I haven't mentioned enough is that during some of the high points of DMSI i did see some of the "background" work it was doing in regards to improving my social circle, getting me access to events, and opening up avenues to meet women. Once these things started happening I then had to take a step back as you did and examine myself and that's when I concluded I needed to work on myself more to ensure that I was able to take full advantage of the opportunities the program presented (which ironically may have been a form of me executing DMSI
). Bottom line, I did achieve a great deal of growth from DMSI usage. But if we're being being honest, we know why we're all using DMSI.
One thing I will say is this: the technology and products born from DMSI have been pretty phenomenal in their own right (LFC, DRS, etc.) and it does go to show the power of DMSI's potential.
