Hey guys, I wanted to correct a statement shannon made about the database - and no fault to him, just a slight miscommunication and we all have been working long days
The database is not damaged, no pieces are missing, or anything like that.
What happened was that the old data had to be formatted in such a way as to fit it into the new store. In some cases last names and phone numbers will now say N/A, whereas they were blank in the old store. This is because all fields had to have input in order to make the database migration work. Or in other words, if you r last name was blank in the old store, we had to put N/A instead to make it work.
Which brings me to the next topic - some of your orders are missing. That is not, as far as i'm best aware, a result of any data missing from the database. I believe it is a Shopify bug, or possibly related to certain products for some reason. I understand this is frustrating, and I really appreciate your feedback and understanding while we sort out these bugs. No release in the history has ever been free of bugs
Just gotta find em and squash em.
I'm attempting to comb this thread for other bugs. I am taking your input into account even if I have not commented directly.
Cheers

Steve, thanks very much for the heads up. much appreciated. Just sent cha a PM.
Im just about to get up and will continue everything in the next few hours, if you are missing downloads can you specify which ones in your emails please.
I know its annoying but either I cant see which ones arent coming up with downloads from my end.. or I haven't found that option yet if its there.
@
UniversalMan and anyone else who is still in the process of buying single stages of LTUv6:
I have arrived at a solution. It is as follows:
The store price will be going up to full price today. When you are ready to purchase each next stage, simply inform Ben that you are eligible for the $114.95 price and if he can verify that you purchased your previous stages at $114.95 per copy, he will issue a coupon for you to use during check-out. This solves my side and your side.
As of a few minutes ago, I have determined that the optimal price for 5.75.7G subs is $240.00 per stage. Now I will be figuring out the optimal price for all 5.75.0 to 5.75.6G subs, which will be lower.
Because of how hectic things are right now, I will be at dinner when 6:30 PM rolls around, and if nobody else has time to start changing the prices, it will fall to me. I will do it when I get back from dinner. May take me a bit of time to determine the prices for 5.75.0-5.75.6G subs. In the mean time, they will remain $114.95 a copy.
Today was supposed to be a day off, but like every "day off" I have intended to have in the last couple weeks, it has not really been a day off. So tomorrow and the next day I am going to stop working and take off for real, because it's getting to the point that I am so exhausted that even high doses of caffeine aren't helping.
Ok i'm going through emails and recreating orders as needed so downloads work, but there's quite a few to go through so this is going to take a while.
For the moment i'm prioritizing orders and downloads over product enquiries because the orders/downloads are from current customers. I'm going to do some Qigong to relax and then get back to more emails.
The full price that comes out of the models for if I lump all subs 5.75.0-5.75.6G subs into one category is $129.99 per stage. I am going to use that price. Much lower than I thought would result, but:
A) I limped several sub-generations into one category, and
B) I would rather have the agreement between my customers and the price, because that results in more happy customers and therefore more profits.
C) I'm too tired to worry about calculating each one individually, and
D) I don't really feel like being as specific as © above would require. Keep it simple, stupid.
So enjoy. I was expecting something along the lines of $149.95, $169.95, $189.95. Those showed up in the final list of options, but none showed as much profit as $129.99, so let's go with that.

Holly molly as of today UMS v2 stage set is at $720 rate. Feeling super cool to own high valuable subliminal like that. The day before I bought UMS v2, I can't sleep and my mind keep saying, "You must buy UMS now" it repeated for hours, then I decided to buy the subs for the sake for sleeping without issue.
Intuition sure are helpful.

First of all on the downloads page, I am for sure missing the last product I bought, and I am not sure about other products I will need to check with my archive which is on another pc.
Second thing.... I personally do not like the download page.
I understand that the site now is "smartphone friendly", and understand why all that make up but...
Everything is sorted alphabetically, instead chronologically.
It is confusing to find anything there, the product pictures use too much space.
Download section was better before with just product names, without pictures, sorted chronologically.
But that is just my opinion, not of the majority of users.
Third ting is when the last LTU multistage came out, you wrote that if we buy the first stage in presale, the price will be locked for all stages to 114$ until we who buyed in presale buy them all.
So, my question is.... is that statement still valid, and if it is not, what happened that you gave up your word you gave to us all?
Btw the opening of the store in the end of the month, prices tomorrow go up...what about us that get the pay check once per month around the 10-th?
I'll have Ben and Steve see what they can do about the issues you're experiencing, but you will need to email Ben on the back end out the missing order history if you haven't already. He's got a lot of emails to sort through, so please only send one, and be patient.
As to the price of LTU, thank you for reminding me. It is valid, but we have to find a balance. The idea is to give everyone an opportunity to pay the original price for the set. At the same time, I can't leave the original price in play forever. What stages do you have left to buy?
Setting the prices to go up tomorrow was not my desire. I was going to have the store open in April, and have then go up then. Then things went haywire and the new date set was August 17th, and that was missed. August 23rd was the best we could do.
I unfortunately haven't had complete control of everything influencing our decisions, or things would have been a lot different. I have no control over when my customers get paid. So that I cannot do much about, unfortunately. No matter what I do, someone will have something be less than perfect for them, so the best I can do is what I did.
I bought first two stages, and a friend of mine first three stages....I simply cannot follow with your productivity, cause, you did a lot of titles that interested me so I bought them before (the friend also), that is why I did not buy every month a stage of LTU. but from now on, I think I should be consistent with buying LTU stages.
.....Btw if I see it right today, the increase is 15$?
Got most of my files back.... thank you Ben,Steve and Shannon !! feel much better now. Shannon Im doing 5 loops a day of UMSv2-Stage -3.....today is my last day of this cycle. I Believe Im going to take 2 days off and then begin again. Thanks again for the Hard work,Men! Keith

The models indicated that $129.99 was the price at which the most profits resulted if I was going to group all of 5.75.0-5.75.6G subs in one category for prices. So yes. It makes sense, since 5.75.7G is where the big difference was. Not what I'd hoped it would be, but I'm not pricing things based on my personal opinions. I'm going to use whatever price the models tell me makes the most possible customers happy.

We try. Thanks for your appreciation.
I don't even remember everything I've purchased, but I'm pretty sure it's not all there

The issue doesn't seem to be with the orders, on the first page they seem to be coming up. It's more in the downloads section some of them aren't there.
