Same here, but I will wait until tomorrow to “open the package” because I feel I can use one more day of rest. Also, the 11th is an auspicious day for me, a perfect day to start this important journey.

I just downloaded a file: 307.8 Mb for silent, looks good.
Now if only I could find a way to include the same track seven times in a playlist instead of wasting 2 Gb of precious phone memory by duplicating the file seven times.
Edit: I found a way!
The latest version of VLC for iOS now allows that
Hi Shannon,
I’ve sent a message to you recently on Skype with regard to a customized sub, please let me know whenever you have time.

I use the hybrid Triclikng Stream .flac format.
Hybrid includes ultrasonic. That is not a wise thing to do on earbuds. Especially on earbuds. The volume from the speaker does not equate. it is much higher, relatively, through earbuds. It can potentially also damage your hearing to listen to ultrasonic that loud through earbuds.
I was a bit surprised by this.
Would it be possible for you to briefly sum up the suggested format and volume level for iphone speaker and earbuds for OF?
I am quite sure that I have read conflicting information about using hybrid with earphones or earbuds:
a) Do not do it
b) It can be done as long the volume of the audible (masked) track is well within comfortable range, or one click lower.
A final word on this would be great Shannon. Thanks.
When using ultrasonic or hybrid, it is not recommended that you use it on headphones because it can cause damage if the ultrasonic portion is too loud. Earbuds put the speaker physically inside your ear. That means the relative volume will be even higher than it was with headphones, at the same volume setting.
What I want to clarify is that when I say to use it on your phone at 13/15, I mean that it should be played through the phone's speaker at that volume. It will very likely be too loud through headphones, and especially through earbuds, at that very same volume. Even more especially if it is ultrasonic, or includes ultrasonic.
You can use ultrasonic or hybrid through headphones or earbuds, but it isn't a good idea. If you do, you have to adjust the volume to be appropriate to the proximity of the speaker to your ear by calibrating with an audible source. You also have to pay close attention to whether the volume causes you tinnitus, and either lower it or switch tracks if it does.
That is the final word.
Apologize if this has been my question below has been clarified in another thread, but I couldn't find it anywhere.
Is one format stronger/more effective than another?
As far as I understand from the post below, you can use:
a) Ultrasonic or hybrid on 13/15 on your phone speaker. I guess this also depends on how far the speaker is away from your head, or:
b) Masked on (medium volume) with earbuds/headphones.

The formats are different because they use different methods and volumes to achieve the goal of communivcating the subliminalized script. "Better" and "stronger" are not applicable because it depends on the person. Some people respond better to masked format; some to ultrasonic, and some to hybrid. What is "better" depends on what works better for you. "Stronger" is also relative because A) stronger isn't always better, and B) really there is no difference in "strength" between any of the formats, since "strength" relies on the script, which is the same for each format.
That said, masked uses volume differencing to present the script subliminally, and low volume specifically. This results in a gentler approach which communicates to deeper levels of the subconscious. If you happen to have a certain personality type, this will be much "better" because it is most effective. But for some other personality types, it is not motivating enough to be as effective as one of the other formats would be.
For ultrasonic format, it is more motivating, but may be interpreted as "being told what to do". In that case, it will tend to trigger resistance from some personality types, while others are more motivated and get better results from it.
Hybrid format is both of the other two formats at once. This is as much input as you can get at once, and therefore theoretically the "strongest" approach possible, but again, for some people it's too much, too aggressive, etc. and for others it's very effective. It depends on what works best for your personality type and your specific usage requirements.
I have recently concluded that it is useless for me to try to get specific with volumes, because different phones have different volumes t the same "volume level", and because they also have differences in where the speaker is relative to the microphone, there is no way for me to be specific and have it make sense for someone else. So my advice now must return to what it was to begin with, which is to calibrate volume using an audible track, make it comfortable, and make sure that you can both hear the lowest levels of the ocean surf and the highest levels are not too loud. That should be the right volume for all the tracks, and if you find that is too loud with the ultrasonic track, lower it some.
Hi @

Other than E4 what else is going to be extracted from LTU6?

One factor you might also want to consider is that ultrasonic is more flexible and easier to use, it’s much easier to talk on the phone and watch TV with ultrasonic for example. And you do not have to explain to anyone why on earth you are listening to trickling water. For me personally it’s also the best format to use at night, it does not bother my sleep, unlike the audible formats.

USLM 4.2, possibly UMOP, and there are other possibilities. I will know more when I am ready to look closer at it.
@

Would these extractions from LTU 6 be occurring prior to DMSI or after DMSI and before UMS V2?
Also any idea as to where in your queue lies programs for weight loss and hair regrowth (for bald people and/or people with balding, thinning hair)
And as a side note do you think that it is possible to regrow all of your hair with a subliminal for those that are afflicted with male pattern baldness?

The extractions will happen alongside DMSI. I expect them to each require a relatively short period of time to complete, since I just need to de-tag everything that isn't the relevant script, adjust the Platinum Lake settings and re-build. My plan is to work on DMSI until I need a break from it, then work on one of the extractions for a day or two, then repeat.
Weight Loss v7 (which will not be officially named that, most likely) has actually been in the works for almost two years now. It's a very long, complex list of goals at this point, and I have been slowly developing and testing various key goals. The issue I have with building it is:
A) I want to build it in 6G, which isn't finished yet, and
B) some of the goals are not yet finished being developed to a suitably effective working state yet.
It will be a focus sometime after 6G is finished, but I don't know exactly when. I do know that I'm impatient to see this program finished, because several of the ideas and goals going into it will make this a killer program, provided I can find a way to make them work well enough to accomplish their goals.
Hair regrowth is not really on my radar right now. I'll eventually be doing that in 6G, but for the time being I don't have time to think about it, plan it, research it or develop it. As for what is possible, I will say this.
All things are possible - as long as you know how to achieve them. The key is going to be finding that "how".
part of Shannon's comments from "Frosted"s journal that I just read:
" The ease and smoothness is indicative of more power, more success, more acceptance, more execution.
Should be an interesting journey!"
Me: I could SEE UMS2 having this same kinda vibe and flow...after all why not,right?....with ALL the new technology and such, Da Platinum Lake, new script build - and ,goodness knows what ever else..... as much as you Love UMS1 Shannon,
I could see this being the real deal with UMS2, too,and perhaps something or somethings, new to add into UMS2 by that time.
Im loving the effects and the impact LTU6 is haviing already on the Men here...remarkable,already. damn,Outstanding in fact.
Shannon, how do i know if OF 5.75 is loud enough on US format?
I am listening through powered speakers and i am sleeping 2 to 3 meters away.
I calibrated with the hybrid and it is quite loud, like a loud TV.
Im using an old android spare phone - its on about 90% high.
Should i measure from my sleeping position with frequncsee?
thanks.

Shannon’s current official answer to that question, as posted by him a day or two ago is:
