Easy question but I can't seem to find it by searching the forums. What's the rest time after doing a 6 stage 5g sub before I listen to my next sub?
2 weeks is good I do that
Yeah a week or two is fine.

Not sure how long, that depends on what Shannon says. Yeah it's around 5 pages of them, they can also be found in the seperate categories.

I haven't had time to read much outside of research for a long time, so unfortunately the list will be very small.  I have one book that I have read that might be useful.  I read it years ago, and I only remember the title of it.  It is entitled, "Succeed".  Beyond that the subs are working to put you in the optimal state already since 5.5G.
In the process of building LTU stage, all in 5.75.5???

G'day Shannon, couple questions for you whenever you get the chance:

1.) FRM 4.9 when it's imbedded in a subliminal that's not OF is going to clear out fear related to the goals of the program. That said, USLM is designed to help you achieve your goals which of course fluctuate based on the user and whatever their goals are. So does this mean that the FRM's focus will also fluctuate?

2.) I'm finding that the DRS for USLM V4.2 isn't as...potent as the standalone. I steel feel the negative energies or "vibes" of others so to speak which definitely sent me into a minor tailspin a couple days ago although I acknowledge that could be a combination of temporary resistance to the FRM and other stuff. Could standalone refreshers of the DRS take place during off days for USLM?

3.) Sleep Magic is pretty dope! I found an old copy on my USB disk and it's been very useful in grad school. I even have a sleep app on my phone that monitors my sleep quality and like clockwork nights that I use sleep magic I'm in a deep sleep for the majority of the night and night's where I don't use it my sleep quality drops.

LTUv6 Stage 7 has the script of all of the previous six stages in it.  So in this one stage, you have all six stages, all built at 5.75.5G level.  

Spinny wheel thingy lands on... we shall see.  I'm not done building this behemoth yet.

FRM is directed, within a script, to help you clear out the fears that stand in the way of executing the script.  It has nothing to do directly with the consciously chosen goals.  Once you are executing, the rest takes care of itself.

It is possible.  You will have to try it and see how it works out.  It will be a bit distracting to the main program.

I created that originally for myself while I was in college because, as you probably know, full time college makes sleep a very precious resource.  I was also simultaneously trying to have a relationship, take care of an aging mother, take care of an aging grandfather and start this business.  So sleep was more precious than anything but air, food and water to me at that point.  Glad you're finding it useful.
