@Shannon Regarding the auto-config module, how often can this module recalculate for the same program? Is it possible that what could work for a certain period of time could change in the future? And if so, realistically how often or how many times could that change for the same program?

According to the instructions...
@Shannon , can your BWE programs be used alongside a subliminal program without detriment?

The AutoConfig module determines the optimal usage settings whenever they change.  As the program achieves its goals, optimal usage may change with it, although it will not usually change frequently.  I have never seen it change more than about three times.  More than two is rare.  Each case will be unique.

Only if the subliminal programs are not using state shifting.  But even this has exceptions.  For example, if you are running DMSI, it uses state shifting to try to optimize your state for execution.  If you use Sleep Magic to fall asleep, that would not be detrimental, because:

A) It is being used to fall asleep, and sleep will necessarily preclude executing the parts of DMSI that would benefit from the state shifting script, and
B) You are not using it so much or so frequently that it trains your brain to maintain a specific state, thus contradicting state shifting scripting.

LTU6 does not use state shifting, right?

I see.  I really feel like I resonate with that a lot cause it's already presented itself to me by reducing loops from 3 to 2, and now it feels like my subconscious is wanting me to experiment and tweak the days on/off.  Program is really working with less consecutive days on with an extra day of rest thrown in during the week, but I'll continue to see how that goes.

All of my subliminals, starting with 5.5G, use state shifting optimization in the skeleton script.
Cannot wait until the new MSL comes out.

Out of all the subs, the 5.5G MLS was my favorite. And I also own AM6, SM3, OF 5G, E2, LTU 6.0, DMSI, and UMS.

Go Shannon!
Likewise!

MLS was a great sub for me with some incredible results.

Very much looking forward to the new MLS when it arrives
@Shannon

I know this is a long ways out but I am interested in the UMS 2.0 when it comes out. Will it likely have FRM 5.0?

I am likely to going to run E4 for he’s remainder of the year in order to emotionally heal as completely as I can but UMS 2.0 sounds very interesting
What do you do if you miss a day of rest?

You tell me when I'll figure out enough ways to improve FRM 4.9 to advance it to 5.0, and when exactly UMS v2 comes out, and I'll try to answer that.  Wink

You'd be better off running LTUv6 for a year than E4.  If your subconscious gets bored, take some time off and then do something else before returning to it.

That depends on which program you're talking about.

@Shannon

Ah ok. in that case I may run OF V2 then
