I just ordered Ofv3, I also noticed the last few days I've been emotional when watching tik told, more then usual, I haven't cried but at one point I almost did.

I've had feelings of tenseness and almost had a panic attack today. Might be related.

Me : indeed I've taken this refresher advice to heart and remembered the hell out of it too! I knew this stuff from ages ago,but we can all get rusty sometimes depending on whatever it may be.

I am grateful for the deep reminder that indeed silence is golden,thru and thru.... this one of many reason,Im not keeping a daily report or 'minute by minute- play by play" with AOL nor much of the TID from UMSv2 (3?)..... I can say that both are something else and highly recommend AOL,as over time it indeed is definitely a game changer..etc.....AOL gets deeper and sometimes 'funner' too.
Looking forward to USMv som som' and hope theres a time when we can pre order early,even if that pre ordering is only a few days or a week befire the offical release! onward and upward.

@Shannon is OFv3 made as a focus fire like the previous 2 versions, or is it different this time?

I'm not sure where you got that OF is a focusfire, but V3 is definitely not and V2 was not either.  Don't believe v1 was, but I'd have to verify.  FocusFire is 3 or fewer statements in the key script.  V2 and v3 definitely don't have that and I'm pretty sure v1 didn't either.

Besides, from now on (5.75.7G and later), FocusFire is no longer even possible to make.

Shannon - does OF V3 contain any behaviour training - such as taking action where confronting fear; and given the centrality of fear to a lot of motivation, is there somthing in there to find new motivations, such as seeking the challenge etc. 


I'm a week and a half into AM6 refresh and it's a damn pleasure to run. I'm facing a lot of challenges and enjoying them, far more social and assertive of boundaries  - it's like it was the first time but now with far more baseline security. I note though that my action taking can be non-existent on FRM subs, i guess it's because I haven't let FRM complete it's work yet, however it does leave me a bit bored and procrastinaty whilst i wait do the fear to all be gone - something about taking on responsibility, seeking challenge and enjoying the ride of overcoming fear (to my mind) would help a lot with this.

Hey @Shannon Is the work coming along well for now and looking like its on schedule? Just asking since its been just a little bit over 2 day. If things go well are you trying to possibly look at a weekend release? (obviously no pressure just seeing if that might happen).

I admit I'm quite excited about this release because I have never felt TID like this before. It feels like different and more powerful.

To all my ardent and loyal fans and admirers,

OFv3 is in process.  Today I finished weave out and recording of the scripts, and now I'm processing the audio.  The process is going to be slower than usual because this build makes a number of adjustments for growth, all of which slow down the build process.  I also have to re-define a lot of steps that have been stable for a long time because of some of these new changes.  Please be patient; I'm going as fast as I can while doing it correctly.  As usual.  I'm pretty sure we should be a few days out from finished or maybe less.

Hey @Shannon for how long is the MLS sub on sale? I need it to improve at skills related to the stuff I am doing. I thought I would ask because I need to deposit money into the bank, but I am unsure how to since I don't have a car and my brother will refuse to help me. He does not believe in these subs and thinks I should save my money. Normally, I WOULD save and just keep using UMS but I am having issues with skills related to my means of making money and I would like to use MLS to get over those hurdles. Will I have at least another month? If so, I might be able to pay for it next month when I get more money in my bank account. How long do I have?

The earliest it could be is a week or two from now, and on the other hand, it could take most of the rest of this year.  There are two possible trigger events, and I don't know which one will be the one that I use.  I don't know exactly when either will trigger it.  But I do know that when the time comes, I will give you guys a heads up of as much time as I can.

In 5.75.7G it is entirely possible that Hybrid format is going to be pure overload, and may go away as a result. Please get to know Masked and/or Ultrasonic format FIRST, and understand how it affects you and what it does BEFORE you try Hybrid format.
