Got cha! maybe its MIRv3 doing it. healing you and all and the energy recourses it take to heal your lungs, body and all??? dunno at this point really what program you are using, but a guestimate is that one. Keith.
I stopped using MIR v3 a wile back because I needed to use LTU instead.
I think it's turbulence from running the experimental I am testing so close to LTU.
Interesting. I'm close to finishing a 3-month LTU run (my third run I believe). All of the other runs have been longer, but this one has been more beneficial. However, I've felt much more exhausted and hungry this time even though my health choices are as close to 100 % as they have ever been.

Sounds like you should seriously consider doing another 3 months.

I'm definitely planning on doing that unless my new job requires a few weeks of ARA just to settle in.
But can I ask you why you suggest an additional 3 month based on my earlier post?

Because LTU takes a while to gain momentum, and once it gets going, it's a good idea to keep going if you have that momentum.
Very interesting!
I am starting to notice waves of DMSI TDI. This is way too early this time.
Note I am on UMS now and not DMSI. Yesterday I thought maybe it was just random stuff. But today stronger stuff are happening.
Looking forward to this one
I too report some similar things samba today
I don't know if it is TID or not for me, it's hard to tell...
I am a lot more focused, I'm more structured and somehow I feel I'm determined for success.
Maybe TID for USLM... I'm ready and hungry for it...
Ho Shannon,
I asked you before what the difference between a dominant man and domineering others people was, and you replied by comparing a hammer with driving a nail - which after some contemplation made sense.
Now I’m reading the product page of the alpha male program and a similar question came to mind when reading the following paragraph :
Quote:Be in complete control of yourself and your environment, and YOU will be the one who controls when, how, and with whom you have sex.
What I’m wondering is what the difference is between being in control of your environment and controlling your environment?
I didn't have contact with females so no TID that I can notice in that regard, but noticed I was more motivated today and worked on my business and worked out a bit even though I was sore.
Maybe TID in that regard, since more people are reporting that today I wanted to report my experience.
Hi @
Shannon
What is the difference between sleep induction aid 5g, hyper sleep and sleep magic (how they work, how long they take and what they’re useful for)?
Can any of them be used alongside the awakener and another 5.75g sub or just alongside (1) 5.75G sub and still allow for both/all to be effective ?
I’m currently using MIR 3.0 but plan on using USLM 4.2 as soon as it comes out as my main sub.
My main issue is that I want to fall asleep and wake up at the same time every day while getting fully recharged/sufficient deep sleep at the same time in the minimum amount required, preferably around 6-7 hours max.
I’ve been falling asleep and waking up at all different times and it really does ruin your schedule and is not very conducive for success.

Being in control of is a status without necessity for action. Controlling your environment requires active participation. You must control, gain control, before you are in control. Once you are in control, action may or may not be requied to maintain that control. But controlling it implies action.
In some ways, there is no difference.

Sleep Aid 5G is a subliminal-only approach. A series of instructions that you use to achieve the goal. Hypersleep and Sleep Magic are both brainwave entrainment only approaches: no words, just a special rhythmic sound which triggers your brain's Frequency Following Response (FFR) to change your state of awareness.
Sleep Magic is two sub-parts. Sleep Shuttle guides you into sleep as quickly as possible befopre fading out and allowing you to sleep naturally. Power Nap drops you to sleep as quickly as possible, holds you in a deep and highly rejuvenative state of sleep, and then awakens you again at the end. This is aimed at taking place as quickly as possible.
HyperSleep is something like the big brother of Sleep Magic's Power Nap. It puts you to sleep quickly, but instead of seeking to just take you down for a nap, it attempts to guide your brain through a high speed version of an entire 8+ hours of sleep in just 2 hours before awakening you again at the end. Power Nap stays at one level; HyperSleep brings you up and down through a high speed version of your natural sleep cycles, from Alpha down to Delta and back and forth, just much faster than your brain does it when left to it's own devices.

You can use SIA 5G with Awakener. The HyperSleep will awaken you on its own. Sleep Magic's Power Nap will awaken you on it's own. Sleep Shuttle puts you to sleep and lets you sleep, and you can use Awakener with it.
SIA 5G can be used with other subs, but not more than 2 loops a day, and it is suggested that you not use it constantly with other subs. The others are fine for use with subs.

Try creating a playlist that starts with SIA 5G, and ends with Awakener. IN the middle, have the necessary loops of the other program, followed by a silence track that plays from the end of the last subliminal track so that you wake up at the desired time. For example:
SIA 5G (30 mins)
SIA 5G (30 Mins)
Sub X (1.5 hours)
Sub X (1.5 hours)
Sub X (1.5 hours)
Sub X (1.5 hours)
Silence (45 minutes)
Awakener
Sub X is just an example. But this demonstrates what I am talking about.

Thanks a lot, so what you’re saying is that using the SIA and the Awakener (with the main sub in between) trumps the use of the hyper sleep and sleep magic?
Also why would I need a silent track in between and where would I be able to download an appropriate one?
