That's the sub.

I find working for short periods of time and then taking short breaks works well for me too when I'm doing long, tedious and or exhausting work.

Lastnight I woke up 4 times and had 4 dreams. Dont remember them though sadly but I know they were cool. Must be the sub?

Waking up just as the sub ends is too coincidental to be a coincidence in my opinion.  Waking up 4 times in one night when that is not your norm sounds like it could be the sub.  

Do complete ASRB2 cycles at a time.  Don't just increase loops whenever you want.  I also suggest you should get to know the effects of each level better if you're experiencing results.  More than one cycle at that level.  Once again, more and harder is not always better.  Pushing too hard and too fast breaks things.  That is why I am so cautious.

I understand definitely cant be coincidence. Today was my first day off and I just couldnt sleep. I was waking so many times during the night and had a dream that I some how for the first time actually turned to my advantage but ill explain in the journal post (I forgot all about it but writing here to you has reminded me of it lol). 

Waking up was a huge struggle today due to the broken nights sleep i think.

Yes my apologies if I wasn't clear. My intentions would be to complete the full days on and days off for that cycle before considering a move upwards but yes im glad you have said that, as its better I stay on 4 loops for now to see over time how it affects me as you say to know what its like, to compare it if I do then move to 5 loops. I am eager to find that 'sweet spot' where then we know this is the one to make it happen for me.

Is a poor night of sleep something that has happened for others on off days?

Exta: So I went back to my journal and updated it and that got me thinking maybe to ask you and see what you make of this dream baring in mind today is my off day so I didnt listen to the sub during the night. is this dream of any significance?

"So in the past ive had a similar dream where I would be sleeping on my side and then I feel paralysed and cannot muster the strength to even shout. Its as if my mouth is shut and I want to scream out and say something but I just cant.

Last night the weird thing is, is that I this happened but now I mustered the strength and was able to shout out. I also felt a presence as if someone was behind me spooning me and trying to whisper in my ear but as I shouted out or spoke out they vanished. Now this was all a dream yet almost immediately I was awake and it felt as if it had all happened for real, and when I say almost immediately I mean even shorter than a split of a split second.

No idea what this means so wonder if @Shannon knows."

Quick question. Can a refresher for a 6 stage 5g subliminal be listened to at any time or only followed by a run of the 6 stages? For example I’ve already had the recommended 2 runs of AM but I’ve been listening to other subs these past couple months. Can I run the refresher if I want or do I need to run AM again and then the refresher?

A poor night sleep has been reported, but not commonly and not always in the same way.  Usually that will indicate that you're processing fears while you sleep.

It is possible to use a refresher, but if it's been more than 6 months since using the program, it is worth considering a full re-run.

Shannon, here’s a question I been meaning to ask you whenever you have a minute. What do you think of situations where you meet someone and you get along immediately/is an instant connection and they’re just your type…but for some reason or another they end up leaving. Whether it be they are moving away from your city not long after you meet them, or they are just visiting or you meet them at another city but because of the distance issue things never progress.

I never understood what the purpose of the universe bringing in women into my life who were just my type and we clicked instantly only for them to go away or for them to be far away and me not being able to meet those type of women where I live. It has happened to me many times. It's like meeting a soulmate and the universe snatching them away.

The only thing I can think of is the universe putting women in my path that have the qualities that I want just to remind me of those said qualities…and then being cruel and taking them away. I have never figured out what the lesson the universe is trying to teach me by doing this to me.

I've been running 2 days. Initial results feel like:
-Increased sex drive
-Increased physical awareness of penis
-Tingly feeling in penis at times
-More frequent erections (but no difference in hardness, my erections aren't as firm as I would hope for)

Those could be explained by placebo at this early stage.

I've taken my measurements, won't journal but will report back in about 6 months or so or if I get any sudden results.

You mentioned it would be similar to the penis growth process during puberty. Do you think this would have any hormonal effect e.g. increased testosterone / DHT / etc, or is that not how the growth is achieved?

Is there any self guided listening pattern scripting? My gut's telling me I should do 2 loops per day every day with an occasional rest day for exhaustion if required. Should I follow this, or is the 50% days off routine a part of the growth process?

Hormonal adjustment is one of the ways it achieves its goal. It will increase whatever hormones would result in the goal.

I have 2 question in regard to my use of UMSv2

1- is it ok to practice Qigong during my run of UMSv2?

2- Is visualization required with UMSv2?

@Shannon Have you considered adding the module to detoxify and de-calcify the pineal gland to subliminals other than MLS?

Since the pineal gland is your connection to your higher self, it might be useful in a lot of subliminals.
