Just a thought...for OPH 6G...
Have you considered running the grounding shield against these two possibilities?
1. The Black Hole Shield - maybe to "disconnect and focus on oneself" while healing. Kind of a "lick the wounds in private" deal. I know the 4 day time on the standalone could be a roadblock obviously, but depending on any constraints that can possibly be removed around that just for this specific sub, it may be possible to consider that sub. (Conflicts with energy flooding subs, such as OPH)
2. The Transformational Absorption Shield - maybe to assist farming energy for the program's goals, which would no doubt require a great deal? This sub always seemed very interesting. I know DRS is what it is, but I've always thought this one sounded intriguing somehow.
I have run all those and more through the models. Interestingly, the BHS would work with this program, because (as a safety measure) it is only active while you are actually listening to the subliminal. This means that it would also be useless for once you're done with your loop or loops... and thus... not appropriate.
The TAS also is inappropriate because it requires such an amount of energy todo the transformation part, which would steal from the healing and distract from that focus also.
Only the Grounding Shield is truly suitable... as you would expect, since this is what it was specifically designed for: the healing process and subliminal.
More than 10 different shield variants were tested, many of which I have never even spoken about. And no, now is not the time to speak of them, oh curious cats.
Fair enough, just spit balling!
Your answers make sense.
And oh yeah, curiosity has helped us meet our end many times, indeed! Peeking into the Area 51 Bunker of IML would be amusing, one day. Play with all the 100G stuff down there!
By the way, message received from Ben. Thank you for your diligence and your time spent. Thank you very much.
I just checked the product page for DMSI 5 and 5.1, as I might run this in 2 months or so, and noticed a discrepancy in the instructions for Normal case.
On the v5 page, it says to run 1 loop (20min) daily.
On the v5.1 page, it says to run 4 loops (80min). Why would they be different?
It’s a big difference in listening time.
Hi Shannon, you mentioned in a post extreme hard cases but in the instructions on the dmsi 5.1 page only has normal and hard cases, what are the instructions for the extreme hard cases to use?
Thanks
Josh.

The difference between 5.0 and 5.1 is... DRS. You really think that isn't going to shift usage time considerably?

Shannon At what point will you make the manifestation subs? I want to find my perfect romantic lover, but I'm having a hard time with that. I'm running DMSI to get rid of sexual subconscious issues. I know DMSI is not used for romance, so I get that, but I've always wanted to try DMSI and see what happens to me once I finish one run through. I'm running the hard case.
I have a laundry list of subs in 6G I want to run. AM7 being the next, then an AYP, and then MLS 6G.

Manifestation subs are coming. Exactly when, I don't know.

I’m nearing the end of my second OGSF3 run, and I’m loving the results I’ve gotten so far. I want to alternate E7 and OGSF3, but I was thinking of maybe squeezing in one more OGSF3 run before I do that. Do you think I can push for another run, or do you think that would be less than optimal?
If I do run OGSF3 again, should I take a 1-2 week break in between, or just continue without stopping? Thank you for your hard work Shannon. I really appreciate it.
You can generally take things to about the 3 month mark before you start having lessening impact because the subconscious starts getting bored, or numb, to the endless repetition. If you're beyond that, I suggest switching. I would take a week or two off and switch to E7 in that case.
If you're not at or near 3 months on OGSF and you can run it again, and you want to, then take a week or two off and run it again if you like.
You're welcome. I'm pleased that my work is helping you.
From what you're saying it sounds like multiple OGSF3 runs in a row is less optimal, even with a break in between. If that's the case, since I'm only 3 cycle away from finishing this run, I'll finish and then start E7 after a break, alternating with OGSF3. Thank you for the guidance.

Shannon I’m sorry but I’m kind of confused by this tbh. I’m currently running OSFG 6G as well (this is my first Run through). I was planning on completing this Run through (which is 3 months long), taking a week to 2 week break and then doing another run through after that.
From what you’re suggesting it sounds like it’d be better to take a break and run a different sub for a while and then come back to OFSG after that sub’s run through is completed.
I’m confused about this because in a previous post it was mentioned that when running OSFG you don’t want to take a really long break between run throughs as it’s doing a massive amount of work and needs the safety net of the program in order to complete the goals of the program. I can’t find your (Shannon’s) exact post on this but I do recall seeing on @
Frosted’s thread this post
https://subliminal-talk.com/Thread-OGSF3...#pid268687 of him talking about what I had also seen from you in another thread regarding the proper instructions for using OSFG for multiple run throughs.
I just wanted to ask for clarification on this in order to make sure I’m using the program correctly and get the most from it that I can each time I use it. I hope my question makes sense, if not please just let me know. Thank you!

Boredom at and after the 3 month mark depends on the personality type. It does not always happen starting at 3 months, and may require more than 6 months to start happening. In some cases, it never happens. For OGSF specifically, if you encounter the program's effects slowing down at or after 3 months, then it's time to take a break and either wait a while, or take a break and then run something else for a while. Ideally, we want to use OGSF as much as possible for the time that it's doing something, but we have to take into account this unfortunate variable.
If you find that this is happening... and you want to continue working on emotional healing... switching to E7 from OGSF, or vice versa, is a good idea to keep the focus and continue making progress, but also deal with the effects of subconscious boredom.
You will know this is an issue under one or both of two conditions:
1. You start getting messages from your subconscious that it is bored with the endless repetition - this is relatively rare.
2. The effects of the program begin to taper off. This is necessary to distinguish from acclimation, which is an entirely different thing. Acclimation happens when you just get used to the effects of the program and simply normalize them as they become your new standard experience.
If you need to differentiate between "boredom fade out" and acclimation, hake a couple weeks off the program and observe what happens. If you're experiencing boredom fade out, you'll notice little to nothing noticeable changes during that 2 weeks off. If you're dealing with simple acclimation, you'll see a change as what you had acclimated to stops and your baseline shifts to what would happen without executing the script.
6G should make it significantly more difficult to experience boredom fade-out, but we don't have enough data just yet to know for sure what the specifics are.
