I'm looking for some advice on how to notice when I'm at a good point to start my Maverick journey.
I've been running E4 for some time, and I still notice I'm healing different aspects of myself. From DukeTogo, I've understood that Maverick will take you on quite a ride, so I want to be in a fairly prepared state when embarking upon it. Still, I want to avoid getting into the position of keeping to find "a little bit more to heal", and thus staying unnecessarily long in the "healing-corner".
I know it may be a tricky question to answer, but what I have to go on right now is the product description, as well as Duke's advice on "having a strong base" to go on. Perhaps you could give me some guiding indicators I can use to assess my level of readiness, or perhaps suggest a method I can use to ask my internal/higher-self/subconscious about it.
Or it may just be as simple as I will "just know" when it's time and shouldn't worry to much about it.
Maverick creates an opportunity 'bubble" around you. I mean that in a semi-literal sense. If you aren't sufficiently ready to take advantage of the opportunities then Maverick is not going to be of much benefit to you.
You won't be on a forced march with Maverick. I've said it before and I'll say it again...Maverick 'allows'.
I'm not sure when I'll run Maverick again (I'm enjoying US), but I believe that the next run is going to be a lot more fun than the first now that i actually know what it was doing. Also, the development I'm experiencing with US ain't gonna hurt one bit...
My best advice for anyone running Maverick is to try running it for a month or two. By the end of that period, if you're ready for it, you'll know and keep going or you'll drop off the sub. Maverick is also something that takes time to get closer to and understand better. Even if you're first run isn't long or successful, it's something you can come back to every few months depending on whether you're running something in a spiritual vein to it, such as Nomad has with US.
The second run of it, if you only got through one month the first time, the second time try going for two months and increase every few months when you come back to it. Two things will happen, there will be a bloom period after every run which allows you to understand how the sub works and adapt more to it, and by coming back to it, the sub can get a little further along with it's goals.
Maverick has a lot of potential, but, like anything, you'll need to be ready for it and part of that is growing into the sub. Another thing is that Maverick will do it's own thing. Everyone who ran it previously wanted it to make them a playboy or suddenly inspire their trading systems, and other such things. I said at that time, Maverick may show you the futility of what you're doing if it isn't where your highest potential of return lies. We often fall into the gamblers fallacy, and nothing could be more true with where we spend our time. We assume the longer we stay at the table, the higher the chance that we'll hit our stroke of luck.
When you run Maverick, just run it and go find the things that inspire you, no matter how stupid or crazy it may seem. If you wake up one morning craving good ice cream, go venture out and find a good ice cream spot. You don't know what you're going to run into, what will happen, or what you find. At best, you might come across something that leads to something else. At worst, you'll satisfy a craving. Maverick is about exploration and learning to explore more, not to restrict yourself to what you think you want or know. It's not an intelligence sub; if you suddenly want to get better at trading, I would suggest running MLS for that or UMS possibly. Maverick is about exploring potential - the thing that no one seemed to get in any of my last posts is that potential is something unrealized with exponential possibilities.
I refrained from talking about Maverick previously in my posts because I was hoping someone would have picked up what I was saying by reading between the lines. The only person who came close was Nomad. So, there you have it. Hopefully this post is much more clear regarding what potential is and reaching it and also how to use something like Maverick no matter where you are in your sub journey.
