Trauma started @ 00:44:22 and kissing etc. started @ 00:52:30 respectively, here's an excerpt from that fascinating interview:

Somehow they're neglecting / ignoring the importance of Lifestyle Medicine while pouring all that money down the drain for whatever reasons:

Quote:Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a multicausal mental illness with a lifetime prevalence of up to 17 % and an annual economic burden of $100 billion, making it one of the most common and debilitating neurobiological disorders worldwide (Ashtari et al., 1999; Pezawas et al., 2005; Ressler and Mayberg, 2007). Although a number of effective antidepressants are available clinically, they are ineffective for a substantial proportion of patients (Boku et al., 2018; Schloss and Henn, 2004). For these patients, novel antidepressant strategies are highly needed (Schloss and Henn, 2004). In MDD patients, one of the most consistent findings across studies has been the observation of high levels of peripheral pro-inflammatory markers, notably C reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1ra) (Dahl et al., 2014; Howren et al., 2009; Liu et al., 2012; Schmidt et al., 2014), suggesting an imbalance in pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory immune status in the brain. Regarding immune regulation, cumulative studies have shown that Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides (GLP) possesses a wide range of beneficial effects with therapeutic potential, including anti-inflammatory (Habijanic et al., 2015; Wang et al., 2014), antioxidant (Cor et al., 2018), antitumor (Shen et al., 2014), antidiabetic and neuroprotective effects (Xuan et al., 2015).
Not even trying to provide any kinda advice over the Internet, though taking Ganoderma lucidum (a.k.a. Ling Zhi or Reishi) several days in a row really calmed me way down. As always YMMV because of Biochemical Individuality.
Then we've got something else that could very well be even more relevant for this forum:

Quote:Gut-directed hypnosis (GDH) is a complimentary therapy for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), that can be learnt by patients to practice self-hypnosis. GDH in IBD has augmented remission and improved inflammation. GDH has a history of successful use for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

Other than reading the book
Answer Cancer: Miraculous Healings Explained (The Healing of a Nation) written by Stephen C. Parkhill, let's do a quick search on Google since I wouldn't post direct links to any NSFW videos:
- Adinas Single Session Anorgasmia Cure
- Mark cunningham renegade hypnotist adina anorgasmia to orgasmic
Regression hypnosis part began around 00:26:30 and please don't watch any of that in public, both of them were fully clothed but those screaming orgasms after the cure would sound pretty much like the real deal.
Gerald Francis Kein mentored both Cunningham and Parkhill in the past, therefore we might find some similarities here and there.
For those of us who are interested in "supercharging" the effectiveness of DMSI / X4A series in the future, it wouldn't hurt to give semen retention / multiple non-ejaculatory orgasms a try. Read up on Mantak Chia's books should be a good place to start, while Alexey Welsh also talked about those topics on YouTube recently.
I started my own journey after watching Brandon Maxwell's
The Maxwell Multiple Climax a long time ago, doing lots of Kegel exercises afterwards while strengthening my PC muscles. At some point the term "refractory period" became virtually irrelevant once I figured out how to coordinate my waist / hip / leg / pelvic floor muscles whenever I was getting closer to the point of no return. Though the orgasm(s) would become so intense to the point where it's just totally exhausting after having quite a few of them in one go. Never tried any recreation drugs / magical mushrooms etc. at all so I wouldn't know anything about them for the sake of meaningful comparisons, though it just felt quite "stoned" to say the least or maybe it's more like high as a kite?
FYI - there's a little something called the sister of Elsa's Archive from Arendelle where other noteworthy mentions could be found:
Carlos Kadosh
- Male Sexual Potency: Pompoir - The Kama Sutra's Gymnastic (Sexpert)
Steve Bodansky Ph.D.
Quote:Steve received a Master's in Molecular Biology at SUNY at Albany in 1979 and a Doctorate at More University in Sensuality in 1992 with an emphasis on female orgasm.

Bodansky's work is definitely legit since I really enjoyed listening to so many podcast interviews, though it might seem to be somewhat similar when compared to the likes of The Welcomed Consensus (RJ Testerman) as well as OneTaste (Nicole Daedone) for sure. Both Testerman and Daedone started a cult / pyramid scheme of some sort, while Bodansky is a good guy.
I wasn't evening running any subs for so long, though chicks would still stare at me no matter where I was going. Looking forward to DMSI 5.0 in 6G since my aura could become mighty interesting.
