hi @Shannon i started second month of self development today. And its working slowly. Its calming down the voices in my head. Making me less stressed. I want to use it mainly for job and business, change my life and path and eventually move towards starting a business . Hence why i thought its a good sub for a foundation. However, I noticed now Self Confidence is out - which is at the top of my list and also its 6g. What do you think, keep using self development or switch to Self Confidence due the new tech i would benefit more?
I was reading the product description of OSC and noted that it didn't "painted the picture" of what the program was able to achieve as I remembered OF V.4 did under the section What Is Life Like Without Fear?. As OSC is a potential entry-point for new clients, perhaps it would benefit of something similar? I took the freedom to use Chat GPT to give you something that perhaps could work as an inspiration.

You know what? We'll never find the "right" answer for everyone since there's no such thing as a One-Size-Fits-All approach IMHO.

I don't mean to sound rude or disrespectful here, the whole point should be more about eliminating the possibility of Shannon telling anyone "there's something wrong with your phone" or "you didn't follow the instructions since you weren't even using your phone correctly" etc. Let's say we've got a "certified" device plus another pair of "certified" headphones. Exact instructions are given and followed accordingly, now what?

At the very least we're actually doing something about confounding variables that are related to the volume itself. Not too quiet, and not too loud that is. Obviously that still wouldn't be considered a "perfect" solution at all, not even close. The costs of building an entire system (just for the sake of playing subliminal audio programs) from the ground up would be incredibly high, therefore we could only go for something that's supposed to work reasonably well:
  • We don't want the operating system to screw things up with Sampling Rate Converter
  • We don't want any wireless antennas to interfere with audio playback
  • We don't want to be interrupted by system notifications / incoming calls / text messages / alarms
  • We don't want any unnecessary apps running in the background that would drain the battery
  • We don't want Delta-Sigma DAC chips since they're always oversampling the audio no matter what

So far I couldn't find anything affordable that would check all the boxes, especially when almost all mobile devices are relying on Delta-Sigma DAC chips to begin with. The only "unicorn" on the market (i.e. non-oversampling R2R DAC) turned out to be HiBy RS2 and thankfully it wouldn't cost a fortune.

Other than that, I could only think of some fairly decent Dongle DAC options that are connected via USB Type-C:
  • Cayin RU6
  • HiBy FC6

Not exactly ideal since USB cables could still be disconnected, while cheaper ones might not be all that reliable for obvious reasons. Only useful as a backup plan of some sort.

Of course we'll still need something portable that's running Linux, either put postmarketOS on Android phones / tablets:

Or try DietPi with stuff like this:

And then we've gotta understand why cookie-cutter solutions won't get us very far:

https://www.arup.com/insights/aural-diversity-toolkit/
https://www.arup.com/globalassets/downlo...pdf#page=6
Quote:The term ‘aural diversity’ refers to the wide range of different hearing experiences in the human population. Aural diversity impacts everyone to some degree, due to minor differences in physiology like the shape of our ears, temporary changes in hearing due to infections, or the change in our hearing range as we get older. The context, situation and listening environment will all have an impact on a person’s hearing experience.
Even identical twins seemed to not THAT identical at all:

Quote:In addition, identical twins often had different responses to identical foods, and shared just 37% of their gut bacteria – only slightly higher than the 35% shared between two unrelated individuals.
https://www.kcl.ac.uk/news/one-size-does...w-research
Quote:These variations could only be partly explained by their genes - identical twins who share all their genes and experience the same environment often had different responses to identical foods.
In the end nutrition really makes a HUGE difference, Roger John Williams already figured that out back in 1956:

Not a panacea, though it's definitely essential to work on our cognitive health in order to maximize the potential of subliminal audio:

https://alzres.biomedcentral.com/article...24-01387-x
Quote:MIND or MED diets could help to preserve some cognitive abilities in midlife, particularly episodic and visuospatial working memory. Effects may be mediated by high dietary fibre content and increased abundance of short-chain fatty acid producing gut bacteria. Longer follow-up with repeated measures of cognition will determine whether diet can influence changes in cognition occurring in older age.

I just want to discuss about your subliminal prices, it seems your prices have gone up substantially in compared to where we were 3-4 years ago. Especially the premium stuff.
The forum member who reaped the most benefits from the premium stuff didn't even follow any instructions whatsoever.
(12-05-2024, 03:29 AM)samba99 Wrote: [ -> ]I just have few questions,
1- do you really think/believe you get what you pay for in the subliminal industry?

2- when considering prices, do you take a look at competitors and what they offer, their current tech?
Because when it comes to second question/point, do note that us customers we will always look up prices and technologies across industry, while we are 100% free to use any company subliminal, I still care to know how you price your products.
Personally I haven't tried anything other than IML subs for a long time, just wondering if any competitors were actually providing instructions that must be followed to the letter?

But then again it wouldn't make a differences since I'm not even interested in trying anything other than 6G.

Hi, Shannon. I might have a better and more simple solution, viable for playing through speakers.
Do you mean that giving an ideal dB level wouldn't serve when measuring with the same device that's playing? The solution to that is having a second device to do the loudness measuring, such as with FrequenSee. That way you can even account for the hearing distance, from ears to speakers, by instructing us clients to measure in similar distance from microphone of the measuring device to the speakers of the playing device.

@Shannon, I have a method I use, due to these problems I identified long ago. Quite simply, audio is not standard across devices so I needed a more workable solution. Also, like I reported before long ago, for some reason, the subs always seem to be louder on the right side, I'm not sure why. This has happened across devices, so it isn't just one device being faulty. We talked about this long ago, just wanted to reiterate it, just in case it's related etc.

What I do is, I have a listening device. PC with headphones, or a speaker for example. Then, I have a second device, my phone with a reliable decibel meter app that I've proved can measure your ultrasonic frequencies, then I adjust as necessary to get it to max out at like 70 decibels. Which, according to the ASHA, is the loudest "safe" volume that can be listened to as long as you want without issue. So I be conservative and make sure to ensure the hearing is safe, but have a standardised system now regardless of device. May not be perfect, but it works and is safe.

Maybe you should have a similar guideline, with an app that is accurate in general, but also able to accurately measure ultrasonic, of course. Perhaps someday, you could expand and have an app for IML to get around this. And bundle it with programs, that would be fantastic and would help aid people. Maybe as you like to have specific volume levels, certain "presets" could occur for the programs and be workable and accessible for users to make happen on their end reliably. Maybe instead of just a decibel meter, it could incorporate a media player as well in the app so it's an all-in-one solution. Food for thought. Hopefully it helps.

Also, I did have some results I think on 1511. I think it may be further along than you may think for many. 1600 would be a dream come true. I really think it's worth building now, truthfully. The idea of spending many more months uncovering every last piece of GSF in my life, even everything that has nothing to do with why I came here, instead of building on the possible foundation 1511 gave me is not the path I wish to take. Everyone has different sticking points, and I feel I was closer than I have been before with 1511. I am positive 1600 can get me there. I know you said earlier that it won't take long to make because it's build is already very close to 6G, I guess. It may not take much to finish upgrading it, that makes sense. I'd be so grateful, Shannon, truly. I really think it's the key for me to take that next step.

That said, I wonder what you've been up to lately. We havent heard of a release, I thought you were thinking of what to make next and you seemed to be leaning to OGSF. Just wanted to ask what you've been up to.

Hope all is well and the heavens are manifesting ribeyes! "Manifest Your Perfect RibEye 6G"
I don't know much about volume, sound engineering and such so I can't comment on this part.

BUT..

Bignoise, you are being blatantly disrespectful to Shannon and then turning around and manipulatively telling him that he is treating you like a child.. while you are doing this exact same thing.

When Shannon's response was a genuine response asking for assistance, seeing that you are 'apparently' some kind of engineer.

Stuff like "that is a joke" "you did it again" while doing that exact thing to him.

Then writing a whole post that is even MORE disrespectful and treating Shannon like a child..

And pretending that this quote you made up was from Shannon, and that is a problem because others might actually think it was written by him. The quote function is to quote peoples actual posts, not to pretend they said something that they did not.

How is telling someone not to ask stupid questions on the forum treating them like an adult? If Shannon did say that to someone then he would be doing what you're saying to customers, but you are the one doing it while blaming him for it. While also trying to tell him how to talk, like you would actually do to a child.

Yes I know you have issues with the volume and may have something to add if you have knowledge on this and it's fine to have that discussion. But you are doing it disrespectfully. That is not what we want here.
Shannon,

In your opinion, which sub can show my most authentic unfiltered version? Especially when it comes with talking to other people or social interactions
Shannon,

Regarding the new overcome fear gult and shame,

can it clear below fears?

- fear of being alone
- fear of unknown
- fear of illness
- fear of poverty
- fear of evil of any kind
- fear of authority people (police etc)
- fear of death

Either OSC or OGSF (i'd wait for the new version instead of getting the current one) as in my own experience it was less about not having 'social skills' and more about issues with confidence, insecurity, fear and such.. i've noticed as i've become stronger in myself, more confident that i'm more comfortable socially.

Seconded. OSC is very good in this regard. OGSF can be helpful as well, but mostly if you are experiencing actual social anxiety and similar unpleasantness.
I think it’s 20% social skills and 80% inner issues. We’re born able to socialize, it’s just us getting in our own way. If you remove the blockages and heal, then you can learn anything you need to with ease (socially).
Congratulations to Shannon for reaching level 6G. I've tried the OSC product for a few days and it's indeed transparent and smooth. For the UMS 6G, is it going to be multi-stage or single-stage? I need to ask this because of the 6G pricing and to prepare well in advance  Big Grin
Hi @Shannon , hope you are doing okay.

Just asking, are you now imminently planning on releasing X4A-1600 or DMSI 6G? I ask because the last 3 nights in a row I've had dreams directly related to those programs and women. That's highly bizarre for me, I rarely if ever dream of those situations and women. Thought maybe it's the TID you've spoke of occurring, since it's so far out of my normal dreams etc., and wanted to report it to you just in case.
Not Shannon but IIRC no further updates were provided for X4A-2000 after the meeting with Shannon's designated tester(s) was re-scheduled:

Now I'm just wondering if we're gonna deal with similar issues or not?

  1. We have only two people who can test it, and both are seriously involved in LTRs they want to keep, so both of them are the worst possible option for testing this program to see how it would respond to being used by the actual intended audience (guys who are free to actually respond to interested women).  This is why it's taking so long.  However, our only tester suitable for testing these won't be able to test until August, and testing will be over by then.
