Same for me. It works on my PC but not on my iPhone. At the bottom of the page on my iPhone it says: “Liquid error (layout/theme line 133): Could not find asset snippets/back-to-the-top.liquid”
Dunno if that has anything to do with it

It looks like this doesn't happen in chrome's code based browsers, i was trying with firefox and the audio never loaded.
We really appreciate your feedback, this will be very useful for identifying and fixing this issue. Anyone else got anything else to add or report?
I've also been having issues, but only on Firefox (PC and android phone). Nothing I tried so far has fixed the issue for me. I'm good though because I've been able to play the audio from different browsers just fine.

It is fixed on my end.
Since the outage a couple weeks ago I have had the streaming issues.
It stays stuck on loading and has the same error message someone else posted. I use an iPhone. I tried it on 2 different iPhones and an iPad in safari and Firefox with the same problem. On an android phone and in a windows laptop it loads and plays fine.
I also noticed a change after the outage. Before when I clicked on purchases the latest purchase, MM, which I have been streaming, was at the top. Now it’s the last one at the bottom of the page. I don’t know if that’s relevant or can help figure it out but it happened at the same time so some setting must have changed.

It looks like it has so many features honestly I want to jump during the SM3 but I had a discussion with Frosted maybe you read it on my journal
Basically he thinks I might not have the best foundation for SM3 (which I want to do sooner than later because at some point I want a family)
So he suggested to look OGSF2 which I did,
And then I saw the new EHPRA6 is out
Now it does say EHPRA6 contains OGSF is it OGSF2 or 1? I mean if I might take that route become jumping on board with SM3 I want to know what is the difference between them and what's a better choice
Even though I'm pretty impatient and would probably just continue with SM3
But will see

Hey, I don't have the direct insight, but since both the latest OGSF and EHPRA are 5.11 G (the latest generation), you would be getting Shannon's latest subliminal advancements in either case for handling guilt, shame, and fear. OGSF may have a more direct focus, but those elements are also obstacles to emotional healing, so I'd say it's handled.
I'm also deciding what to do next and I'm probably going with EHPRA6 over OGSF2.

Benjamin I also had subscriptions that I paid for in the past re-appear. They've gone now with the fix.

Based on the excellent results I got from EHPRA5, I'd recommend EHPRA6 to anyone who doesn't have a clear indication of needing something specific. And commit yourself to the whole recommended 7 months - EHPRA5 wasn't an overnight fix, but I benefited from the entire recommended run length.
