Yes, definitely. It was my sister who's been acting like this since we were children. She's been an expert at this. To her great benefit. I guess merely seeing her makes me feel inferior because that's always been the dynamic. Especially when my parents are in the same room, which was the case. She simply puts me down as hard as she can, as often as she can, guilt tripping me and pretending she is doing so to 'stand up' for my mother or father and thus gaining their respect. In this case, her children were in the same room as well who she's stoked up against me as well. This became so blatantly obvious in that moment, and it's done so shamelessly, that it broke my heart. It's just a situation that's impossible to endure. I guess I know consciously & subconsciously before entering the room or meeting her, that I'm lost.

For your situation, I would suggest a combination of the new DRS v2 in 6G and Overcoming Guilt, Shame & Fear in 6G.

Got some questions, I'm posting them here. I hope is ok for you.

I started this April 1st Stage 1 of the UMS 3.1 (6G).
my questions are regarding:

1. Listening instructions
   a) Approach using Headphones
   b) Version used
   c)Volume used
2. Subscription to Stages given Cycle durations
3. Missed Plays and Off Days not Taken

I’ll provide some context for clarity:

**1. Listening Instructions **
CONTEXT: I’m currently taking care of my 8-month baby - full time. This makes it difficult for me to listen with my cellphone at arm’s reach. She’s often too close, or I can separate too much from her. Her naps are rarely longer than 45 minutes. At night my Wife is around. I wonder if listening to the subs with her around could be an issue.
*a) Approach using Headphones* - I prefer using earphones (over ear, with Frequency range ‎20Hz - 20,000Hz). I’ve used this method for hypnosis previously, with some successes. Also used this method for USML 4 for more than a year with good results only the first weeks (got refunded after 21 months using the program but no results - from your suggestion). I started UMS 3.1 after consulting with you (Ben) as advances in this program might solve the issues that were blocking me in USML 4. Also tested the Confidence program 6G. I couldn’t feel anything, but after 1 month I noticed I somehow stopped looking for confidence books, programs, articles, etc. at some point of that month - as confidence is something I felt lately I was lacking of. Also, I stopped feeling worried about my future (stopped looking for a job because of my Baby).
QUESTION: Can I confidently use earphones when using the UMS 3.1 6G?
*b) Version Used* - I’ve been using the Ocean Surf version. The reason is that I can’t tell when Ultrasonic is playing. As I’m using the subscription version, I can only use the browser in my phone and the Wi-Fi of my home. After some tests, I noticed the WebApp crashes and sometimes it doesn’t sound, eventhough it plays. Might be an error of the browser or my phone. But I can’t tell, unless there’s some sound to assess. Also streaming in 2.4 GhZ in Wi-Fi creates some latency, and makes the audio choppy. So I need to make sure I’m at 5Ghz. But the Wi-Fi connection is automatic, and it’s better to have continuous audio such as the Ocean Surf sound, so I can assess everything is playing continously.
I've followed the approach of Volume Calibration in https://subliminal-shop.com/pages/general-instructions to hear with my earphones. I used the Hybrid Ocean Surf track and made sure I faintly hear the lowest volume areas of the ocean surf while the highest levels of the ocean surf sounds are not too loud. This was achieved at 13% of volume (Android Phone – One Plus).
QUESTION: Is it ok to use the Ocean Surf version for UMS 3.1 6G?
*c) Volume Used* - I am using 13% of volume in the Ocean Surf track: after calibration Ocean Surf at 60% is too loud in Earphones. Anyway I must say that when I tested the "Optimal Self Confidence 6G - Free" program with earphones I used 60% volume for 1 month in Ultrasonic Format.
QUESTION: Is it ok to use 13% volume, considering I followed the calibration process you recommend for previous generations?


*2. Subscription to Stages given Cycle durations * As mentioned, I’m using the subscription, as I can’t afford the current price of 6G. Considering that 4 Cycles in this program equals 33 days. That’s longer than a month. Does that means, that I will have to pay at least 2 months of subscription for Stage 1 in order to complete the 4 cycles as instructed, even though I would only use 3 days, as I’m supposed to switch to Stage 2? 

QUESTION: Is it possible to have the different stages in on subscription or charge the subscription per 4 cycles so there’s no “waste” in days in traditional monthly subscriptions?

* 3. Missed Plays and Off Days not Taken* As I was testing the first days, I noticed that probably 2-3 days were silent, so I actually didn’t listened to a loop. Therefore, I haven’t stopped the two first days off…. Today (supposedly the off day of the 3rd cycle).

I woke up with a big shift from OGSF3 and I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation. I also know that you’re working hard right now and that things seem to be going wrong, so I wanted to remind you of some of the impact your work is having. I was also going to ask a question, but then I realized I probably knew the answer to my question at this time.

I've got a problem with an old subscription of EHPRAv6 the order number is 2402 and hope you can help @Benjamin. The subscription is cancelled since last year, but I still see the 'Stream Now' button for E6 under downloads.
Could you please deactivate it for me, as I cancelled the subscription? Thank you for your help.

I remember recently reading that between 6G titles the bloom breaks can be skipped. Between 5.11G titles I remember the instruction was to take two weeks off between experiences for bloom. Going from MM 5.11G to OGSFv3 6G, is the recommended time off also different?
I'm guessing the two weeks break should be fine but wanted to confirm with you @Shannon. Thank you for your work

That will have to be something Steve will have to have a look at, as we can't see a reason it happens in some cases. Thanks for letting me know.

I think you've taken the comment where Shannon said that there 'may' be less turbulence between 6g as meaning don't take any break at all.

I can bet Shannon would say it's still best to take 1-2 weeks as a break instead of instantly just moving onto the next thing, especially at this level of input.

Yes, I think we are referring to the same comment. Thanks for the explanation, it's clearer to me now. I will stick with the two weeks off before OGSFv3.

@Shannon Hey, I wanted to know if there was still any chance eventually that any Psychic subliminals will be coming out within like 2 years or so? I remember that was one of the subliminals that was highly voted on before 6G but you said you might need to wait on it for a while and also you said you would need to make a specific psychic sub for each ability as a general psychic sub wouldn't be very useful.

Another thing I wanted to ask was when you might work eventually again on MLS? Also do you think it would be possible to increase the effects on the IQ component of that subliminal or even come out with a IQ subliminal standalone?
