I hate getting ghosted. Sad
1. It is better to break ASRB and get the stated number of loops, than to get too many or too few loops.

2. Since DMSI draws most of it's energy from FOOD, fasting seems like a pretty good way to derail it. "Powered by the sun" is an addition to help, and I'm not expecting it to be anywhere near the primary energy sourcing.

In other words... fasting conflicts with DMSI. Which is why you ghosted, most likely. The machine needs to be plugged in to turn on.

What about intermittent fasting for fitness (or other) purposes? Like eating from 2pm-8pm and fasting from 8pm-2pm the next day? In other words having a 6 hour (or however long) eating window everyday? Rather than the normal eat breakfast as soon as you wake, then dinner, maybe a late snack, etc.?

If DMSI requires energy, and it can only get, say, 25% to 33% of the necessary energy from non physical sources, then it must draw its remaining energy from physical sources - i.e., food.

If you deny it food, then it cannot work.

As to the specifics of fasting this way or for that long... I don't know.

I do know that all forms of engine need fuel to run. Deny it energy, and it does not run. So if you want to fast while using DMSI, don't be surprised if you get no results, or significantly degraded results for your efforts.
Speaking of eating, I ate about 90 minutes before going to the gym today. I never do that.

The buddy-buddy vibe was off-the-hook with my lifting partners. I thought perhaps I noticed some increased looks from women, but honestly, there wasn't anything that floored me.

Regarding the effect it had on my lifting partners, the guy I don't know very well was affected the most. I brought up going to a nearby pool this summer, and how the women there are unbelievably hot, and that I was getting a family pass so I can take my son there everyday. He piped up that he goes there. I said, "Yeah, I'm going to get in some trouble there this summer," and he replied, "Man, I'm going to be hangin' out with RTB at the pool this summer, we goin' be gettin' into some trouble, ha-hah!" Then he's fist-bumpin' and shit...Not typical behavior coming from him.

My workout also went really well, I felt like I had a lot of energy to do some pretty difficult things. Could have been the difference between working out after eating, and my usual empty tank.

I'm beat now, though...Feeling a nap coming on!

how is logan?

Really damn good. I loved it. This is the Wolverine we've all wanted to see - Logan going berserk and plowing his claws through skulls, appendages, throats...Brutal. Big Grin I didn't count how many times he dropped the F-bomb, lol.

I laughed a lot, but the movie is quite bleak. It occurs in a timeline where things didn't end up well for the X-Men, or mutants in general, and it really pulls at the heart-strings at times.

Well-scripted, good story, wonderfully acted, awesome action, and emotional. See it.

Yo, how about that final shot where the girl did the thing to the thing?! Was so touching.

That thing-to-the-thing was touching. Most excellent.
Trained one of my older-lady clients this evening. I don't know why, but I started having major hot flashes, and then got a slight headache that is persisting. I'm listening to my loops now, and I'm just burning up. The headache is still there.

I don't think any of this had to do with her in any way. I've mentioned her in previous DMSI journals, especially the earlier ones where the old gals were affected heavily. There's less than zero attraction there - sometimes I find myself praying she'll cancel her session, just so I don't have to see her (which I find myself feeling bad about, but damn, she's a strange old bird). I think she was still affected by my baseline aura, however, as at one point she was on all four and allowing her shirt to droop so I would get a full view of her cleavage. Undecided

I don't know if this has something to do with the LDS, or something involving healing. I ate way more than usual (as I'm on a cut for summer) today. I didn't eat more because I was hungry, necessarily, but more intentionally to see how it would affect execution of DMSI.

I'm not sure if you have WaWa gas stations / convenience stores where you are, but if you do, try one of those superfood salads. Sent my aura into overdrive. I actually have some "superfood" smoothie mix that I'm going to try in the morning with some orange juice, see how that goes.

I don't, unfortunately - I had read about your salad in your journal, and thought I'd really like to try one. I may have to check some of the local chains like Eat Fit Go or the Evolve Paleo food kitchen and see what they have available. There's also stores like Natural Foods and Whole Foods.

WaWa - that originally made me think of a kid wanting water, lol.

Anyway, if I get a hold of something like that, I'll report on it.
WaWa is the most idiotic name for a business I have ever heard. I think I will boycott the on that fact alone.

Yet another thing we agree on.

That's 3 Wink
Went to bed last night, and just as I was falling asleep, my son started crying. He may have had a nightmare, so I went to check on him. Unfortunately, it was just enough to wake me up to the point where I was flooded with thoughts of subjects that irritated me, and people from my past I still hold grievances against. I'm not sure how long I lay awake stewing over them before I drifted off...

I don't remember the dreams I had last night, but woke up with my usual morning stiffy.

I began my morning with some caffeine, and then turned on my 10,000 lux full-spectrum SAD light while I started reading forum threads this morning, I suddenly felt a burst of anxiety. The anxiety then transformed into a crazy body-high, palms and soles blazing with energy, and even my tally-whacker. Then, anxiety. Then, back to energy in my jimmy, and back to my solar plexus. It's still going back-and-forth.

My wife just got home from her night shift. She didn't sleep but 2 hours, so she said immediately that she was going to bed. Now she's sitting down on the couch, chatting my ear off. What happened to going to bed?

As I finish typing this, my head is pulsing, energy is flowing down from the outside of my shoulders to my wrists. I feel like I did when I used to practice astral projection. After lying there for awhile, I would be able to feel my etheric body vibrate out-of-sync with my physical body. That's what this feels like. Crazy!
Feeling of vibrations you mentioned is something I've experienced on DMSI once too, when first starting 3.0.1, as I've listened to first loops, like being tickled by water jets in a spa. I haven't seen others reporting it. Is this what astral projecting feels like? Is there other explanation for this on DMSI?
