Shannon thank you very much for your quick and prompt response. I can definitely feel the effects of the gamma training, my mind feels like a well oiled machine, and I feel much more quick-witted and smarter. I will definitely do what you've suggested however I think every now and then (probably right before a test) I'll use the gamma track.

Quote:yea I feel the same way Blueness. In fact I can't even wear most colognes anymore because it causes problems for my sinuses. I've been going all natural (of course with deoderant) for the last 4-5 months.

Like both of you, I've gone "natural" but only temporary so I could better gauge the effects of the subliminals. I don't think pheros are wrong in anyway (unless you deliberately use them for bad purposes) however I do feel that they can become a crutch IF you don't take the time out to work on your own game which all of us here are doing by way of Shannon's subliminals. I'll probably dive back into them once the Alpha Set is over.

I would really like to see your opinions on why your still use pheromones? I have nothing against them, I just have a negative feeling when I think of using them again. I feel like I am covering up for something...

I still use pheromones because of two things. First, they are useful! And second, I can make mine sit up and do tricks.

That is to say, I can figure out exactly what pheromones and doses will give me the best possible response according to what it is I want to do.

Pheromones affect my mood, and thus my actions, and thus my future. If I wear the right pheromones, things go better. If I wear the wrong ones, they go worse. Sometimes, the calculator tells me that pheromones will not improve what I am trying to do: in which case, I don't wear them.

But I have found them very useful for a wide variety of things. I get more respect from certain rather frustrating people in my life because of them, which translates into being treated better without having to go into an argument I cannot win because they can't see what's going on. (Who argues with a fool, but a bigger fool? And by the way, if you're reading this, chances are pretty damned good it's not you I am referring to.) I can adjust my social responses to suit my mood. I can get men to respect me more, women to treat me with more respect or think of me in a more sexual manner, or choose to open me more often, or be honest with me, or trust me faster during first photo shoots, or make myself more comfortable doing things that normally I would not be quite as comfortable doing, like taking the lead unexpectedly in a situation I am unfamiliar with. I can reduce depression when I am down, and make people of a specific age group see me as more approachable. If I am working with a group of younger people, for instance, I can form a much better rapport with them through pheromones, which results in better work done. If I want to attract the interest and attention of older women, I can do that too.

In short, pheromones act as a tool for me for making my life more what I want it to be, quickly and easily. I use them with subliminals, and I use them when there is benefit to doing so.

Now that's not to say I use pheromones all the time, because I don't. But they are very useful for extending whatever result I want further into the direction I want it to go.

Nothing wrong with pheromones. And nothing wrong with not using them, if you don't want to. I just happen to know how to play them like an instrument and get what I want from them.
Shannon, I've been using Max Memory for the last 2 months.  I listened to the sub in conjunction with other subs.  Max memory was not the primary sub until about two weeks ago at which time it was the primary sub I listened to.  Primary meaning that I get 10 hours of exposure.  Prior to that I would get around 2 - 3 hours per day.

I just recently started to notice changes which I attributed to the max memory sub.

I've now started AM11.  What is your opinion regarding continuing to use max memory as a secondary sub to AM11.
There's no reason you can't do that. Just don't use anything more than those two at a time if you do.

What sort of results have you noticed?
Mostly the ability to remember names.  I will give more details in my first alpha post.

Next question.  How similar are the first stages of Alpha  Male 2011 to Achieve & Maintain Your Ideal Weight, with regards to removing garbage.

I've listened to AMYIW as my primary sub up to the start of AM11 at which time I suspended listening to it (two and a half months total exposure).

I noticed several similarities between what I experienced while listening to AMYIW and what was experienced by others who were listening to the early stages of AM10.

I plan to follow the directions and complete all AM11 stages as prescribed, I'm just interested if I now have another round of clearing in the near future.

AMYIW and Alpha Stage 1 are similar in a few ways, but primarily they are different. Both are working in some sense to make you healthier emotionally and improve your self image, self esteem, self respect and sense of self worth. The primary goals, however, are different enough that the result is about like having the road fork at a 45 degree angle. They definitely aren't going in the same direction.

AM Stage 1 clears other things in different directions also.

However, you can't use those two together; they're both too complex for that. Only one of them at a time.
Thanks, I have no plans of combining both together. I plan to resume AMYIW upon completion of AM11 but will combine it with Exercise Motivation & Enjoyment.

Will AMYIW decrease the effects of AM11?

All subs up to the start of AM11 where in prep for AM11. So now that I'm using AM11 I'm full of questions.

My next question deals with brain bandwidth required by targeted subs for the target and for non-targeted listeners (I’m not asking about the effects of instilling a new behavior)

In regards to sub exposure, what bandwidth reduction (effective reduction), is there to listening to a names embedded custom subs designed for someone else or a sub designed for the opposite gender. An example if two subs were played back-to-back on a loop for 12 hours and one was designed for a male while the other was designed for a female or one has the name John embedded while the other had the name Jill embedded and both John and Jill had a full 12 hours of exposure. I would expect that both would get 6 hours of targeted exposure which would consume 6 hours of brain bandwidth (decode store assimilate).

My question is what bandwidth is consumed during the other 6 hours of exposure (non-targeted). Does the brain shut off upon the beginning of the affirmation when it determines that the affirmation is not intended for it or must it decode the entire affirmation, examine it then determine it is not for it, and thus not store it (all of which consumes brain bandwidth)? If it's the second then the net brain bandwidth consumed for the 12 hours is much greater than 6. Does the bandwidth used by the non-targeted exposure count against the total recommended exposure time limits per day.

In other words, what percentage of the non-targeted exposure time counts as down time and would allow for the assimilation of the targeted sub? When determining the total exposure time would John and Jill both calculate 12 hours of exposure or 6 hours or something in between?

Ideally it would be great for both John and Jill to each get net 6 hours of brain bandwidth reduction when the back-to-back loop is played for 12 hours. The concern is when the loop is played for 24 hours, is it possible that both would saturate and reduce the overall effectiveness.

Thanks, I have no plan to combine both together. I plan to resume AMYIW upon completion of AM11 but will combine it with Exercise Motivation & Enjoyment.

Wow now I'm posting double vision
Very interesting question, OldMan. Smile

However, your basis is slightly skewed. Comparing data input to a brain to bandwith on a computer network connection is only a partial fit. You must realize that the brain, through whatever method it uses to store data (looks like some sort of quantum interaction, so far) has effectively limitless storage capacity. It's input capacity is not limitless, nor is its energy, however.

You are receiving a steady stream of data from at least five senses, and probably more like 7 to 10 on a very fine grained temporal resolution, 24/7/365 for life, and every bit of it is stored.

The subconscious can process, separate and comprehend as many as 12 different speakers simultaneously while also running your heart, lungs, digestion, autonomic systems like the blood vessels, maintaining body temp, and receive, process, store and respond to data from all of your senses. You, sir, are a truly astoundingly capable being in that sense. It is positively mind boggling, compared to what we consciously believe ourselves capable of.

That said, when you listen to custom subs as you have stated, all data is accepted and recorded. Some monitoring and action is required to screen out each statement you hear that is not intended for you. This does require energy. However, it does not fill the full capacity of input. So you can expect that doing as you suggest will probably consume about 7 hours of action out of the 12 hours of exposure. 6 for the 6 hours you are fully targeted for, and about 30 to 90 minutes worth for the rest.

As for how much it counts towards the rule of letting the brain rest, I recommend an 8 to 12 hour chunk of time each day without exposure to my subs for a complete rest period. It's about like doing curls with a 50 pound weight for 6 hours, and then using a 5 pound weight for 6 hours. The workout is a lot less intense, but you're still not really resting. The time off completely allows for full processing to take place for maximum impact, just as the time to rest after a workout allows the body to rebuild and improve the affected muscles.

As for using the weight loss and alpha subs together... they will both be trying to use all of your "system resources", and in doing so, they only get about half the resources they each need to do the job, and neither gets very far. Both will have a little impact, but it will actually be less than half of what it should be, based on the experiments I have done. The programs are so finely tuned for focus and individual power, that two major programs almost cancel each other out competing for the resources to get the job done. It's not worth it.
Thanks for the skew adjustment.

"together", I interpret this as combined. I do not interpret it as follow-on. I plan to use AMYIW post Alpha. Have I interpreted "together" correctly?

My questions arise due to the number of custom and male/female targeted subs I've purchased.

I've hijacked your thread with these questions, can I continue to ask questions on this thread or should I wait until I've started an alpha journal.
Together would be using either while trying to also use the other. Using one to completion and then the other is fine.

You can ask questions here if you like, or put them in a journal or a specific thread. I don't mind helping you.
Hey Oldman,
I'm curious, how did achieve and maintain your ideal weight go for you?

I also asked similar questions and decided to use the exercise motivation and enjoyment along with alpha male. But will probably use the ideal weight one after i'm finished.

I plan to post my results shortly but will do it in the Testimonials. Hopefully it will bring in more business for Shannon and company.
Much obliged, OldMan. I am looking forward to hearing your results as well, because the more data I have about how each program works, the better I can make it. When that program goes 4G I have serious plans for improving it.
Shannon, I'm interested in using Maximum Learning Speed (since my next semester will start shortly) but the script seems incomplete on the store page. If you would be so kind to update it, I would like to have the ability to look into the script.
