Quick question, Shannon...
I'm planning on doing either Happy/Joy or Attract Positive Thinking with Alpha Male. My main goal is to whip out the depression I've had most of my life once and for all...what do you recommend most for this purpose?

Yo Ryan, some friendly advice...use Absolute Self-Confidence. Seriously, it's good stuff man, and you'd be surpised just how much happier you'll be with a simple confidence boost. Plus...it's free too.
And this leads into my question for Shannon: I'm 4 days away from completing Overcome Procrastination and I'd LOOOOVE to use one of the new Attract your perfect "whatever" subs you made but I don't want any insecurities on my part to screw up the relationship because I'm assuming whoever I attract is going to be extremely attractive which may cause competion from other men and I want to be able to handle that. Would you recommend I use ASC for a month before diving into one of the Attraction subs?
Doesn't Alpha have ASC in it?
I've used it before with WM last year and it did make me happier actually...that's probably the reason for my huge boost of happiness about 1 and a half months after using it =) But thanks for your advice.

I believe it has some in it yes, but ASC focuses purely on improving Self-Confidence, and it doesn't require you go through six stages to do it either. If time and money are both issues, ASC seems like a better choice however you know personally what you need the most so it's still your call at the end of the day. Just making a suggestion.

yea I'm definitely going to run ASC while I do my refresher for Alpha male before diving into Happiness and Joy for a couple of months.
I just remember feeling pretty good about myself for the couple of weeks I used ASC about a year and a half ago.

Without knowing what's causing it at the root level, I can't really speak from a position of sufficient knowledge. Have you tried our depression relief aid yet? If not, that is definitely worth a try.
If you have tried that, and it hasn't helped, I would say that happiness & Joy, combined with Positive Thinking/Attitude, is a great way to go. But not both while you're doing alpha.
If you're adamant about doing alpha, I think I would choose to do one per month and alternate. Alpha and H&J month 1, alpha and PTPA the next, and then back to H&J with alpha the third. and so forth for the entire six month course.
But if you haven't tried the depression relief aid, definitely give that a go.

I recommend you do what I did. Put away your fears and your desire to control, and your assumptions. Then, just let the program work. Remember, perfect means perfect. There's nothing to worry about as long as you choose what you want with some consideration.
That said... running ASC never hurt anyone. But I recommend doing the attraction sub by itself, if at all possible, to make it work as quickly as is reasonably possible.

Always trying to get around the directions, aren't you guys? lol You know what the directions say. Follow them, or not, as you will.
I decided to stp for the night, after driving a day and a half to get to Yosemite National Park, only to discover it's been turned into a damned city in the woods... I was so disgusted I just turned around and left. And five hours drive later, with nowhere else to go... screw it. I'll get a room for tonight.
So Here I am, and I am going to put up a couple more programs and start working on the Abuse Recovery Aid six stage set.
