Quote:I had bad acne during my early teens, which I'm sure, caused me to develop a mild form of BDD. Concern about my looks was an issue for me, and the beliefs I'd created about myself like, "Why is my face more ugly than everyone else's?" did erode my self esteem. I worked a lot on this issue pre-Alpha to great success. Alpha Male itself also really helped as well. The difference here is the beliefs I'd created where linguistic, and so could be tackled with affirmations (or subliminals). This is probably my last remaining demon, it's pretty much gone but occasionally I'll have 'ugly' days. Luckily, I know how to handle these days without them getting anywhere near my rock solid confidence.
I really think it depends when you developed this issue, if it is a problem belief ingrained latter on in childhood then a body-image, face-image subliminal could really help. If it more primal than that - something like toxic shame - then therapy may be the best option. Keep going with Alpha Male though Jay.
I have a mild acne problem that is corrodes my confidence when I have it. What do you do to make it cease to exist?

Benzoyl Peroxide is the only thing that worked for me. It's crucial you get it in a low concentration though (2.5% and no higher; less it more) and moisturize well after it. Honestly though I think the main thing was just growing out of it. If I'd of known about subs at the time when I had it bad, I'd have been all over the Acne relief sub.
Because of various external demands on my time and attention, I am thoroughly exhausted and falling behind on the SM. I was almost finished building Stage 2 when I was forced to stop; now I am going to have to wait for tomorrow to do that. In order to get back on schedule, I will have to pull a "double shift" tomorrow. But... it will get done.
Shannon does the AM2011 program in any way deal with immaturity? I read elsewhere how this is a program that should be marketed to guys raised by women .I had a very non existent and immature self absorbed father growing up and honestly never learned a lot of things most boys do. As pathetic as this may sound at almost 43 years of age I still have no idea how to check the air pressure for the tires of my car or how to change the oil.I crave self reliance and that extra thing that makes a man a man.I want to come out of my shell and stop giving a damn about what other people think of me and allow myself to be the man I have always wanted to be.As I've. Said in another post I am married so I'm not concerned getting with another woman but I want so badly to be the man my wife deserves. Can I achieve these things with the AM2011 program?
I forgot to ask for the breakdown of what each stage of the AM2011 program does? Thank you
James, the breakdown of the stages is in the forum. I am currently not able to find it, nor am I free to devote the time to going back through the script and re-explaining it. Please take a look for yourself and see if you can find it. Perhaps one of the guys knows where that post is; if anyone finds it before I can, please link to it here for me.
As for maturity... that is not dealt with directly, but happens as a natural consequence of the other things going on. The program is designed to cause several things primarily, and also to trigger several more as "side effects". Some are user-directed, and based on what the user wants to achieve. I see no reason why that wouldn't be a benefit of using the program for you as such.
So I can have the AM2011 on repeat all night while my wife and I are sleeping and its ok?
2011 is designed to program the subconscious minds of men only, specifically so that those who have such circumstances can use it safely.

I was wondering, from a astrological point of view, who might see faster results and who might be more slow to see changes from subs.
Thanks
Faster results will come from being more willing to be influenced and allow change.
It takes a certain degree of experience and skill to look at a natal chart and know how resistant a person will be to subliminal influence. I'm not sure I am even what you'd call "very skilled" in that direction, because really, I haven't done it a whole hell of a lot yet. But here is what I have noticed.
Fixed signs are more likely to resist change than Cardinal signs, and Cardinal signs are more likely to resist change than Mutable signs. That said, I have a lot of fixed placements in my chart, and they affect me just fine - because I cooperate and allow them to. "More likely" doesn't mean "will".
Elementally, Water seems to be easiest to influence, then Fire, then Air, then Earth. Again, this isn't a hard and fast rule, as the element will be sometimes countermanded by the other qualities of the sign. For instance, Pisces is usually easy to affect, but being dualistic, can be very resistant as well. Scorpio is the most "water" (emotionally sensitive and deep) of the signs, which suggests easy influence, but is also Fixed, and tends strongly to resist subliminals because the sign rules secrets, control and psychology, and is very wary of being "secretly controlled psychologically". So if a Scorpio placement is secure in itself and does not feel threatened for control of itself, it will be easily influenced; otherwise, almost impossible. This is the polar response of the Fixed triplicity.
Taurus, Fixed Earth, has the inertia of Earth and the Fixed triplicity, and is the sign opposite Scorpio in that axis. Where Scorpio and Taurus both resist for self control, Taurus may do so for no other reason than to refuse to cooperate if it is acting out of it's negative pole of expression, whereas if it is acting out of it's positive pole, stubbornness becomes strength of will, which is controlled, and may allow for relatively easy influence if that is the desired choice. Scorpio usually resists on the basis of fear of losing control of itself, but again, more mature examples are more secure and will make the choice, instead of reacting blindly.
Aquarius and Leo are the other two Fixed signs. Aquarius is difficult because it is so much of the conscious, logical mind. This actually impedes access to the subconscious mind to a degree, and the tendency to fixity usually makes it very resistant to changing being influenced by new ideas. Leo is Fixed Fire, and like all Fixed signs, tends to resist out of a desire for security and stability. But for both Leo and Aquarius, which are on the same axis, there is an issue of the pride of being right or not. Those examples of these placements that operate out of the negative pole (indicating less maturity) will tend to resist change even if they know they are wrong, just for the sake of not admitting they were wrong. It's a different kind of stubbornness than we see in the Scorpio/Taurus axis, but stubbornness nonetheless.
I could go on and on. It's very complex, and there are possible reversals even within a single sign. Understanding a whole natal chart and blending it together for the answer of how easily someone will accept subliminals is not easy to answer this way, but it can be done.

That said... Stage 2 of SM is finished. I can't believe how difficult it is proving to be to build each of these.
Shannon, just wanted to thank you for recommending Ultra Motivation for me. I took 5 days off from all subs except AM11 however I decided to test my "Prepping" trick and made sure to build up a passionate desire to be motivated prior to exposing mysel to ultra motivationf. I felt the sub working within a few hours and now on day 3 I feel the effects building more. I actually CARE about school again and I've been feeling more productive too. In a week I'll feel unstoppable!

You are quite welcome.
That's the point... finding the path to success!
