For five nights of time missed, I would just add 1.5 times as many extra days to the end. Basically, add 7 days.

This sounds like a job for Ultra Motivation Blueness. It motivates and also the motivation it gives you makes you more energetic which makes you more proactive, which means that you get stuff done. The 4G version is probably much stronger so look into that.
Shannon, what are the difference between "Deep, Restful Sleep" and "Sleep Optimizer", and how well will they work together?
Shannon, as a more general question I was wondering if you you use real voice actors or make use of text-to-speech in the process of creating subliminals? And would there be a difference in effectiveness between the two?

Based off the above thread, Shannon recommends 64 days of play time if you play each subliminal for 4 hours each.

We are getting to the point with so many subs that it is getting challenging for me to remember what's in all 210+ scripts. Part of why I am posting them as programs are converted to 4G. But, to the best of my recollection, Life Tune-Up also has stuff to work on that. LTU is doing a lot of things, though, so perhaps we need to make a specific adjustment for the existing Overcome Procrastination? Got any suggestions?

Deep, restful sleep is a subset of Sleep Optimizer. It does only those two things: deepens your sleeping brainwaves, and maximizes restfulness. Sleep optimizer goes beyond that to optimize things like the amount of time you get rejuveantive REM, etc. They should work just fine together.

I would prefer to use voice talent, but at the moment, that is not a realistic option. It would slow down the creation process so much as to be ridiculous (one program per week, maximum), make the programs much more expensive to produce, and would not allow for the fact that I do not have an audio-clean recording environment. (Voice talents don't usually want to come over at 2-3 am, when it's quiet around here, to start recording.) Otherwise I would have things like phones ringing, car horns honking, children screaming, dogs barking, motorcycles going by, planes, etc. in the recordings almost every take, which would only serve to frustrate the hell out of me and make me lose any and all motivation to actually build programs.
The sane solution, until I can afford a proper recording studio in my home, is to use Text To Voice. There is a minor difference in how effective the two are (natural vocals vs. TTS) but it's not significant enough to be worth worrying about. The difference comes because of the ability of a voice actor to be able to emphasize, emote or inflect in specific ways. But since the subconscious mind is very literal, the difference in end result is minimal in actual impact. Otherwise I wouldn't be using it.

Making a subliminal program permanent requires more than 64 days of exposure. You very seriously should consider 90 days PER SUB an absolute minimum. Depending on specifics and circumstances, it can reasonably take 6 to 12 months of exposure to make a subliminal's impact permanent. There is no hard and fast answer because each person is different.
Shannon, I read your posts about active manifestation and how it is faster than passive manifestation, but then you don't always get exactly like you expected. I can say that my experience shows that as well, that is if you do consider visualization with theta music, active manifestation. Do you?
When are you going to come out with some of the single manifestation subs (attract your perfect large breasted female lover) in 4G. I am just so curious if 4G would even decrease the time for some of the manifestions subs to work. I have been turned off by these because sometimes it says it takes a year to get the results. I would hate to try them for this amount of time and see no results. If 4G would possibly decrease the time, then I would love to try them out.
