Alright, after much thought and contemplation, I have decidedto change how we're going to be doing our upgrade from 3G to 4G.

Previously, I decided that there would be no discount, but after thinking about it, it seems a bit unreasonable. So after considering my options, here is what I have concluded is the most fair for all involved.

If you own a 3G title, and you want to upgrade to 4G of the same title, you'll be eligible for a 50% discount. The exception will be cases where you own a single stage 3G title, and the 4G version is multiple stages. In that case, you'll be getting a discount of $7.50 on the 4G version, which is 50% off the current cost of a 4G single stage program.

If you buy a 3G product and within the next 60 days there is an upgrade of that program to 4G, you'll get the upgrade for free.
Shannon, what If I opt out purchasing alpha 2011 and wait for 2012. Will I still get a 25% discount? (since I have alpha 2010)
Anger Management has been corrected and updated.

If you have 2010 and you wait until 2012 to purchase, you'll get a 25% discount, yes. Presuming I release a 2012 version.
In your case, I would say listen to the Learn Japanese Faster And More Easily while you sleep, and while you are studying Japanese. However, make sure that there is a significant break between sleep and studying Japanese. If you do 14 hours a day you're pushing it, but as long as there is a break between when you sleep and study Japanese (both after awakening and before going to bed) it should be okay in this particular case. You'll want to take a couple days a week off completely from the sub during the day and use it only at night. (Weekends?)

As for the speakers, you want to avoid using ultrasonic audio with headphones or earbuds. Use the masked version for that. Play the ultrasonic on speakers, if it is at all possible.

All three are good options for reproducing ultrasonic audio, but the best is the Koss Porta Pro, followed by the Creatives and then the Genius. However, two of these are headphone types, and I disagree with using headphones, and especially earbuds, with ultrasonic audio.

It is possible that you'll have the ability to hear the ultrasonic regardless of what you use to listen; is the masked version not an option? Using that would save you the hassle and money. But if you want to get one of these, get the Genius. It's the only one that is a speaker design.
I am getting really frustrated. My new contact lenses give me the sharpest vision I have ever had,but are causing me trouble seeing up close because they are showing my brain two different sizes of objects after correcting the light entering my eyes. I basicallyhave to hold one eye closed and that's not working. Switching back to glasses isn't helping because now my brain'sgotten used to trying to correct for two different sizes... so I'm sitting here with no glasses or contacts, and I have the computer our inches from my eyes while I am trying to work.

The point is, this is slowing me down on top of the fact that posting scripts for public observation is slowing me down. I'm going to go back to the eye doctor on Monday, but until then, I'm going as fast as I can do it right.
Cancer healing aid has been rebuilt and the 4G version is now available.

(02-10-2011, 07:28 AM)Shannon Wrote: [ -> ]I was just looking over the Anger management program's script, and realized something interesting, now that I'm not so loopy anymore. The omission of the word "of" in the particular location SubTest found it ["I now completely disconnect from, let go, release and reject of frustration, and I remain completely calm, tranquil and peaceful instead."] actually works as English. It's an unusual and secondary usage where the word "of" is implied, but it is valid. In this case, the effect is to say "I now let go my frustration". The grammar works because the "of" is implied. This form is more archaic and would be more likely to be found in something written a few hundred years ago, but because we still teach works of literature from those periods, we still see this occasionally.

That basically means there is technically no error, but I am going to rebuild the program anyway. The point of posting the scripts is to show you what's going on so you'll feel comfortable using the programs. I know some of you are just as particular as I am, and even something like this would be unsettling. So... today I will start posting the scripts for the programs that were found to have errors, and we can all have fun looking for errors that SubTest missed. Somehow, I doubt any further problems will be found. Smile

Hi Shannon!
This is not an omission, but a "misplaced of" that I was pointing to. Maybe I am misunderstanding what you meant here, but in your comment it seems to me that you are talking about "let go" as an error instead of "I reject OF frustration". To me this "of" location seemed incorrect and I thought you just misplaced it. I've been told "reject OF frustration" is unfortunate! ("unfortunate" was the teacher's word. He didn't say "incorrect" though, and said it would be better to write "let go of". Since he didn't say "incorrect", maybe he would agree with your explanation.)
He is a 50 something English teacher.
I'm not in place to argue about grammar, but are you sure it isn't an error? Because if it is, it means I got GCed Big Grin

Can I ask for an upgrade to Jackie once you'll have rebuilt this program?

Ps: I downloaded the language learning subs today. Thanks!

You're going to find that experts in all fields disagree with one another. In this case, the situation represents an error according to the most commonly used modern rules of usage of the English language. That I don't deny.

However, it isn't an error under all rules of usage. As I stated before, the rules of usage and grammar in the English language do change over time. This omission of the word "of" would be considered an "artistic usage" of the grammatical structure, more common in the time of Shakespeare.

This is not the time of Shakespeare. That's why I agreed to rebuild it. Smile Yes, you can ask for an upgrade.

Alright Shannon, I get your point. And Thank you by the way Smile

Do you mean it's available?
On the website the Shakespearean anachronism ^^ is still there in the script.

I know this is your journal, but I have two more question if it's okey.^^
A day is 24 hours: I sleep 8 hours, School 8 hours, Study Japanese 6 hours and do random things the other 2h.
How long/When is it most optimal to listen to the Jap Lang sub? While sleeping/While study jap/While sleeping+Study jap/While Sleeping+2h random things?
The Jap Language sub is the only one I'm using, and the goal is to learn japanese as fast as possible. English is not my native language(Swedish), more like second. (:

I also suspect that I can hear high freqv slightly to well, so I'm thinking about buying new Speakers or Headphones or In-ear with 23/25Khz instead of 20Khz= More silent?
(Which one?)The 3 Product im thinking of, Koss Porta Pro(15-25KHz), Creative EP-630(16-23Khz), Genius SP-i160(80-23Khz): http://www.prisjakt.nu/produkt.php?j=14838,27749,598188
But i suspect that the Genius is a "mono-speaker"(no idea) and thats not optimal. :L

Thanks in advance!
Regards r3mpuh

I wouldn't go for the Creative EP-630 as far as subliminals go. I have them myself. Since they're in-ear it's pretty annoying when you're listening to "silence" and can't hear much in your near surroundings. The world seems very desolate through them, also it's very annoying to remove and then plug in the earbuds when you have someone talk to you, and you can't listen to other things like music or television without upping the volume pretty high on them.

If you're looking for earbuds, I would personally recommend the Sony SHE4500. They're 23,5 kHz, not very expensive, don't fall out that easily and you can hear everything outside of you happening. The only annoyance with them so far is that it has a volume control on it.

I hate when that happens with contacts. Had an eye doctor do that to me and he wouldn't listen to my complaint about it... needless to say i went somewhere else.
Shannon, the script displayed on the description page for Develop Irresistable Charisma has a typo.

On the last line it says:
"I now develop absolutely irresistible charisma for myself, with attracts others to me quickly, powerfully and in obvious ways."

It should say:
"I now develop absolutely irresistible charisma for myself, which attracts others to me quickly, powerfully and in obvious ways."

Also could you upload the full script to End Self Sabotage when you have the time? I am seriously considering using this sometime soon.
Hey Shannon, I posted an idea for a 6 stage Wealth set under Men's Title Suggestions, I'd like to hear what you think of it.

You should not be using earbuds or headphones for ultrasonic subliminals. Why? Because since they are "silent", there is too great a risk of accidentally damaging your hearing through using them too loudly and not realizing it. Even ifyou think you have them at a "normal" level, most people I know listen to earbuds WAY too loud even with regular music... Please don't use earbuds or headphones for ultrasonic subliminals.
Okay, here's what we're going to do.

Everyone who has found an error that hasn't been fixed - except the anger management one, which has been fixed, but apparently I didn't update the script on the product page when I upped it - please start a thread in the Scriptorium with the script of the program in which you found the error, and put the area with the error in bold and color it red. This way I have all the problems available for me to work on at maximum speed, without having to spend time looking back through this thread for the programs, and through the scripts for the errors. SubTest, I believe you have some work to do. Smile Your post is on page 64 of my thread, by the way, if you want to reference it.

From now on, post errors you find like that. Copy and paste the entire script into a thread titled with the name of the program - if it's not already there - and put the error area in bold red. If you find a new error, post about it in the thread for that program. This will make it much faster for me to work, and we'll get this taken care of and I can start working on something like sex magnet faster.

Oh, and Subtest, just in case, try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page, 'cause I thought I posted the corrected script.
