Day 2 part 1 - Update (Snapchat girl, Tired!!, Broken ARSB - ANGRY! Sad, Lesson Learnt, Plans for today, part 2 is in next post)

(TIRED!!)
I woke today around 9am, and was tired, super tired. I went to the bathroom, came back and stayed in bed on my phone, reading posts here or jumping from sites to emails and back all over again and did this till 12pm. I wanted to sleep but just didnt want to either. I then got up and went to make pancakes. It is snowing outside so I wondered if the cold made me tired.



(Broken ARSB - ANGRY! Sad)
Today I thought ok ill make pancakes so will listen to day 2 loop via my headphones. My cable is super long. It got caught on a kitchen handle and pulled out of my phone. This happened at 11mins.

I stopped the listening angry at this and decided I will restart the loop later in the day after a few hours so that I still get another loop.

***Shannon if you are reading this, is this the right course of action?***



(Lesson Learnt)
Do not listen to loop while in kitchen/cooking as cable could pull out. Listen to loop ONLY when sat at my desk from now on.



(Plans for today)
Ate pancakes, so off to have shower then will get back and see about the 2nd loop - will update later if need be. However for today the plans to stay home.

I have another addition to write here so will type it below...I just remembered so bare with me people.....
Forgotten update for Day 2 - Part 2 - (NO FAP)

I posted the above post and forgot about this even though I realised today in the morning that I should add this to my update so im writing and posting this up now, seconds after posting the update above.

As you read, I woke today tired. I was in bed and checking out sites and yes some were dating sites, porn sites etc.
I kept going from arousal to not but I wasnt fapping.

I think this may be a significant feedback or something for me or you all to look back on because I wondered why am I not fapping.

I have had this happen before where I thought to myself, whether I was getting too old and losing the Testosterone lol but today I didnt fap even though 90% of the time in this situation whilst being in bed tired but awake I would have.

Significant to Dmsi, anyone wanna say?

It's really nice to see that it's working from Day One. I have been in this addiction for years and it has destroyed me. Been here on IML since 2013 just to get rid of this and now I see hope.. Keep us updated.

haha thanks zane, so already from 1 day of listening, no masturbation may have kicked in. We shall see as we go along but looking at porn sites isnt making me fap (this has happened before), but want to see in time if this is definitely the case.

Note to thy self:

Flight mode isnt enough - put phone on do not disturb as well because even on flight mode an app caused my phone to bing which annoyed me.

Flight mode turns off all outside annoyances from connecting to me - ie: phone calls from friends etc

Do no disturb makes sure no app or calendar notification, which are internal disturbances disrupts the playing of the loop.

I am listening to the loop and for half a second my phone beep beeped alerting me to something on a game - ive deleted that game and another out of anger and have placed phone on do not disturb.

TWICE in 1 day I feel disturbed externally from listening to dmsi - not happy at all and hope this hasnt fucked up my day 2.

ridiculous where the hell is the Ultra Success in this sub hahaha - joking!
Day 2 - Part 3 - Update - (Craigslist Girl, Beverages)

I am listening to DMSI, for day 2 and my disturbance is recorded in the above post.
I posted the above post then went to check my email before sitting down to finally do some reading and saw that the craigslist girl has decided to go pursue another guy she claims has intrigued her interest.

Yesterday I had sent the email she sent me to a female friend here (someone open minded) to get her take and she agreed, that the email from her was both vague as well as too good to be true.

I found the Craiglists girls email far too vague, no matter how genuine she may be, to offer me any information as to what she actually wanted besides just sex, because she was just general about wanting adventure and passion, well im passionate about chocolate so what she wanted me to dip her in some and then push her out the door - thats an adventure alright hahaha


anyway so that saga is finished.

At the moment the only thing I have is the snapchat girl, and she has a bf and I therefore doubt that shes wanting anything other than friendship.

so in that case nothing to report as yet for DMSI on Day 2.



(Beverages)
Also the only liquids I drink are coke zero, or some other carbonated beverage in a can but usually coke zero, otherwise its tea, english tea. I know caffeine can affect dmsi but im hoping these are alot better than drinking coffee which I dont do.

I do want to eventually start drinking more water and green tea.
Day 2 - Part 4 - Update

So listened to DMSI 6hours ago.

So far no tiredness, no fatigue, no nothing.

At the time of listening I was getting angry at posts I was reading here and commenting to about guys that cockblock me and others but nothing since.

I havent felt any different and concerned I may be stonewalling again but i hope im not.
Day 3 - Update

No Fap
Its 11.28am now, I woke at 10am. I havent listened to DMSI as yet for day 3.
However I may normally have had a morning fap by now and didnt. I realised this was a little unusual.

I kept thinking about it, and I was checking my phone both for any updates on this site as well as tinder, and other sex dating sites.

I then thought I would come here but instead I came to my laptop and checked out craigslist and some porn.

Nothing to report except that I still HAVENT fapped.

I had some arousal, my dick wasnt hard but it was tingling however I still didnt grab it and choke it like I normally may have done by now.

Its fucking cold outside, -5 or -10 and thick thick snow too, so I avoided class. The teacher is a bitch so ill come up with an excuse.

I will go out to a prior appointment via taxis so wont have time to listen to dmsi until I return as im going to pop into the shower.

I wanted to share the no fap right now as its possibly due to dmsi, a few more days and im sure ill be sure!

So the big question is, if I have stopped or reduced fapping and it is due to DMSI after 2 listens, then when will everything start for me, from procrastination to anxiety, self esteem and women?

I'm pretty sure this just related to the order in which Shannon has implemented the parts to prevent us from doing them. Has nothing to do with when these will kick in. Just have some patience folks - it's only been very few days...

I think u r right. Also it's been hardly a week. Need least a month to see where this goes.
