My mom said I was crying in my sleep. She told me that if I am sad, I should cry in waking life, and that I shouldn't suppress it. Wow. Wonder what was being healed last night?
I Can't say I feel sad at all, after waking up.
Edit: I had a craving to run B instead of A last night. Upon reflecting on the entire scenario, I figure my subconscious was trying to escape clearing whatever had to be cleared. But since it couldn't escape, it gave in and cleared. I'm so glad it happened while I was asleep, lol. that clearing must have been DEEP.

Does your mom know you're doing some deep healing work, and it's being done in ways that prevent your conscious from being negatively impacted? Perhaps she should.

yeah she knows i uses subs, and she especially knows that i've been using a super high powered, state of the art sub that is designed to clear to day 1 on certain issues. but that doesn't stop her from wanting to give her son advice on his emotional state

yeah, always. pretty much as far back as i can remember. i move, toss, turn, make sounds, wake up intermittently, etc. but can't say i've ever cried in my sleep. not that i remember it, anyway.
the weirdest thing just happened, btw...... as i was writing that previous sentence, i started to cry. for like 5 seconds. couple tears came out. I am currently listening to v3.0.1 @ 43:50 into my 1st loop. the shield is pretty freaking solid right now, though, and it was solid even while i was crying. i have a pain in my heart now, too. like a sharp shooting pain. I have been told by multiple ex girlfriends that I regularly speak in my sleep. And apparently, I speak languages that I do not know how to speak when I am awake. One time we recorded it, and I was able to identify it as Latin. I took it to my old HS Latin teacher, and she further identified it as ancient Latin, and the discernible speech was a sentence fragment that did not have enough of the sentence to make a lot of sense.
I have been told I speak French, German, Latin and other languages when I sleep. Of course... I have no memory of this, and recording it is a pain in the ass... but it's amazing what we have access to when we sleep. I only speak and understand English when I am awake.
