Hmm.
I do believe that if you're going to be doing your loops, do them concurrently, and once per day/24h period, to get the best results.
Otherwise the secondary ASRB gets off-kilter.
Shannon's been calculating this stuff for a reason.
EDIT
Also, there's two weeks on - one day off for ver. B, and one week on - one day off for ver. A.
Yes it's best not to break ASRB and to do all the loops without pausing.
I'll be trying to switch to daytime listening, so I'm doing my loops of ver. A now.
They are currently feeling really, really good. I found myself saying the "I now choose to blah blah" statement to myself out of the blue without having to consciously force it. Neat.
Also I'm becoming kinda hungry. This is boding well.
Ver. A is very relaxing compared to ver. B, especially in recent times.
Interesting. During the first loop, I was mostly getting morphine-drip like effects. Since about midway through the second loop, I've now got pleasant warmth coursing throughout my body - and it's not just on my skin, but inside too.
This is new.
Ver. A feels good right now. I still can't listening to the Blade Runner soundtrack, lol, especially the End Titles theme. It is very interesting - I am wondering what sorts of associations exactly are bringing this about. I find the track very powerful and uplifting, while also a bit aggressive (the timpani especially). I oftentimes experience symptoms of the morphine-drip while I'm listening to it.
(Here, have listen if you're interested, kind reader, lol:

I've come to the conclusion today that I'm well on my way to achieving MSI, and all that remains to do is to keep at it, and accept, resolve and then dissolve anything that is hindering me and yet remains internally (and I have a pretty good idea by now of the particular issues that require resolution). Simple as that.
I will note, though, that all the DMSI extravaganza is distracting me from work a little bit, of which I have plenty and *keep getting more*, but I'll be fine. Totally gonna relax a bit come next month.
Liking ver. A. External results I am getting right now are more subtle than what I'd notice on ver. B, but they're more consistent. Also the subconscious shielding seems to be working and is a welcome relief - I can now focus more of my conscious faculties on, f. in., working. I am SO looking forward to having a day off, though - Saturday at the earliest, though. Physical sensations indicate progress and stuff going on under the hood. Let's keep at it. Listening to my loops right now.
Ok, after tomorrow's morning rehearsal I'll be past the biggest hurdles (because at least I'm going to be ble to get enough sleep
). Then still quite a bit of work until the end of June, but not at this level of intensity.
I think I'll finish up this week using 4 loops, then do another one at 4 loops, and then start increasing them, perhaps testing out 5 or 7 loops of ver. A.
Noticing promising effects, external and internal.
Funny story - I ran into a pretty high-ranked heavyweight boxing prizefighter at the store today. I looked at him for a short while, in a "hey, I know that guy! What was his name?" way - and he seemed to become scared of me for some unfathomable reason, due to the bit of attention.

My theory is that professional fighters get leery of public attention due to the increased likelihood of being challenged to a random fight on the spot due to them
being pro fighters, whether the challenger is kidding or not.

That was my thought too. I've seen cases of that often, guys mouth off etc., either they "never made it" and want to try now, or just ego, jealousy of the guy's success, the works. I get static from guys, usually when they're half-pissed, for the same kind of reason at times. Just a side-effect of success.
I'm very curious, I follow boxing a lot, I wonder who it was. Have at ye, you can message me in a PM if you want for privacy, but I'm very curious who it was.

This is very possible, especially given the fact that the person in question is black, and this is Poland. I'll send you a PM.
Hmm. Interestingly enough, I'm not getting much conscious static, as in healing-related unpleasant thoughts, recollections, etc., and am outwardly calm, but I've noticed that I've been *extremely irritable* these past few days. On the brink of an outburst several times, especially during rehearsal yesterday. So there's probably some serious healing/clearing going on under the hood. There's a good chance that ver. A has taken up where ver. B left off and is digging further.
Continuing.
On my second week of ver. A. I've increased the number of loops to 7 - gonna keep this number. I sometimes doze off while listening to them, and I can tell in that state that yeah, there's some serious clearing/healing going on (so no wonder I was irritable there for a time). But, for instance, today, I'm feeling much better (I'm on my third day of 7 loops) and my mood's better.
Also, it's using heaps of juice - I've not been this hungry in a long time, and I'm not storing the energy in any way.
Still got an intense schedule until Friday, with in-town and out-of-town rehearsals, but that's only 4 more days. After that, I'm going to chill for a bit and focus on that porn novel which I've been somewhat neglecting lately. I'll probably work on it while listening to my loops - this way, I should have a first draft of the translation ready in about 7 days (yeah, the text is straightforward enough for me to do it this fast at this speed, I believe). Then I'll be polishing it, moving on to some new repertoire and hopefully reaping more results of my DMSIng by strutting my stuff around town. It's summer!
Had another one of 'em "interesting days" today. So apart from working my ass off I basically spent it interacting with various females.
Three more days of hard work to go. Setting my loops for the day on and going to sleep.
But tomorrow left of hard, hard work, and then I'm home free! Wooohooooooo!
Also, Saturday's break day, so that I don't forget, lol.
Still going with 7 loop ver. A and gonna stick to it for the time being. Starting my loops for today.
