*Crazy* instances of synchronicity today, one after another after another, which started occurring soon after I came to a certain DMSI-and-healing related conclusion.
So today I was walking around, doing my thing, thinking about this part I'm working on, and suddenly felt like crying as I was in the middle of ordering food, and it would not let go for a pretty long time; apparently my train of thought hit upon something emotional that is, yeah, physically linked with the weird sensation somewhere along the left of my rib-cage I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, because the area in question started pulsating just as this was unraveling. Now I'm back home and feeling a little bit better, but tired.

EDIT

Adding a suggested affirmation to be used with the program here, for future reference:

"I now choose to willingly consciously and subconsciously execute all of the script of DMSI 3.2 B (or A) and I do."
Having moments when I'm feeling very *light*, physically and mentally, and enjoying a happy buzzing throughout my body. Also experiencing much increased appetite, kinda like I did on ver. B.

Outside results seem to be progressing in the right direction. Getting them steadily in increasing numbers and scope. Also some very interesting developments professionally and money-wise.

Also would like to note that once something gets healed/cleared on ver. 3.2, it *stays* healed/cleared. No sudden "back to the same 'ol" type of deals as far as I can tell, even in response to heavy triggers.

I'm using the affirmation I've cribbed off of Shannon, in the post above, and am using it daily. I do seem to be starting believing myself whenever I do indeed say it, heh.

Continuing.
Heh, nearly inadvertently broke secondary ASRB twice in a row; fortunately I double-double checked both times. Break day's tomorrow, listened to my loop today, resuming on Saturday.

I wouldn't even call this resistance at this point, lol.

Hey thanks for the affirmation idea, think im going to start using it too.

Edit: Forgot to ask, did Shannon give any specific instructions with it like how many times/ how long to repeat it and if you are supposed to visualize with it or not? Thanks!

I have no idea, to be honest. I actually saw it in one of Benjamin's posts in a different forum topic.

I simply say it to myself, either audibly or in my thoughts, every now and again; I make a point of doing it whenever I feel any kind of anxiety or nervousness or suchlike.

I'm also using the 'ol method acting trick of attempting to say it in a way that makes it sound true/authentic. Basically, "say it like you mean it". Repeat until you do.
Shannon gave the affirmation when someone else suggested a different one and said this one is preferable. No information on how many times or whatever, I guess experiment.

Don't do it before bed though, I learnt that when I did and then was executing and was warm and couldn't sleep for hours.

I actually like doing it before bed, though. I just do it in my mind. As per the usual, your mileage may vary, I guess. Smile
For some unfathomable reason, I find myself unable to stop listening to the song "Kickstart my heart" by Motley Crue today. Like, seriously.

Mmm, maybe just *once* more, lol.
Started my fourth week of ver. A today. Had an interesting day.

Now, I think it's time to consider further moves as regards DMSI, namely: should I continue with ver. A until and as such, or try out the 'ol switcharoo? I'm leaning towards the latter, as this was my original plan all along (1 month ver. A, then switcharoo). Also, I'm curious what effect this should have, especially with trying out ver. B after a month of ver. A.

Shannon, if you're reading this, feel free to let me know whether there's anything in particular you'd like to test out in general or on my person in particular DMSI-wise; I'm up for everything and anything really, lol.

The switcharoo would follow the protocol of: 14+1 days ver. B, 7+1+7+1 days ver. A.

EDIT

BTW., still can't stop listening to that song, lol.
Something must be clearing/healing through, for it's the first day on DMSI ver. A in some time when I'm feeling kinda sad.
Felt much better after listening to today's loop. Should be interesting to see what gives this week, as I'll have much less time to think about DMSI-related stuff due to the fact I'm touring until Friday.
Had another healing-related breakthrough today, I think. Fortunately, I was alone when it occurred.
Doing good further progress, I believe. Some heavier stuff healing up, also. A most interesting translation gig has presented itself, too - it's pretty much certain now, and will be most beneficial, as it should allow me to earn decent monies (in USD, not potato! So more monies in practice) without too much effort, at my own leisure, and without distracting me from singing and stage stuff. Also, the subject matter should make for a very good pick-up line at the very least, lol.

Totally going to have a busy next month, but I really and honestly do not mind, and actually welcome it.

Outside results also appear to be progressing.

I'm still leaning towards the switcharoo once this week of ver. A concludes, so switcharoo it shall be.
