You could see it like that but during pregnancy her body will be preparing for all that anyway (dilation etc).

That may be true, but a few guys on good looking loser who have increased their size have mentioned that their girlfriend gets used to it eventually.

Yeah, I'm actually still somewhat traumatized by condoms... I always just got whatever the local stores had, and those are ALL regular size (width is around 53mm or smaller). It was always very difficult to put one on; it was a real struggle to get it past that widest point and even after that I had to try and grab it with both hands and kinda lift and stretch it a bit in multiple places to get it on. And while I was getting frustrated and nervous with that my erection would start to go away (both from the frustration and the compression). It became a negative feedback loop to the point where I was anxious about it when I was thinking about having sex. And I felt next to no sensations when having sex, which didn't really help with the anxiety. It actually wasn't until some months ago that I realized I can order larger sizes from the internet. Now I'm using 'king sizes' (width is around 60mm), and its a lot more comfortable: I can push it down with 1 hand and the feeling is a LOT better. Actually with my main girl (IUD) we'll start out au naturel, and then I'll usually put a condom on towards the end and it doesn't even feel that different.

So if anyone's in doubt its definitely worth it to try different sizes. Correct size is more important than material thickness or the material itself, imo.

Stage 6, day 9. Listening as much as I comfortably can and I'm not getting that tired anymore. Not energetic either. It really feels like I'm on AM rather than SM - I'm working on something all the time and I'm not particularly interested in meeting girls. My schedule could be something like: go to work, eat, meditate, go to gym, study for 1 hour, edge with porn for ~30 minutes (without climaxing), maybe read a bit, sleep. So I thought "shouldn't I just invite a *real* girl over instead". So then I had a girl over yesterday, the sex was pretty good, but now I'm just a bit bummed that I missed my studying yesterday.. did the gym & meditation, though. I still feel great about having my main girl over over, but there are 2 others atm that I can invite over.. but actually it'd be more exiting for me to be approaching some hotties. And even better to just do something productive.

Btw, I'm actually pretty happy most of the time even though it seems I write like I'm depressed of something Big Grin Just my mood today, I guess.

Currently thinking I'll go for EPRHA for a month at least, to test it. I'm not really sure what emotional pain means here, if its just loss, grief, etc. or does it also include other negative feelings. But its a single-stage with OGSF and self validation, so I can't really go too wrong with that choice.

And I started testing a bit of nettle root extract yesterday for a T-boost.

Hey, thanks! :) Umm.. well, so many things in AM, but as social confidence and such goes, they're intensified. Gym, body language, eye contact, playfulness, spontaneous laughter, presence/stability, productivity are all up, and I'm more relaxed, procrastinate less, am not needy, etc. I have been feeling somewhat "gloomy" during the later stages, which is kinda weird because overall I might be feeling gloomy (slight/moderate dark cloud) but then I still LOL at small things, smile a lot etc. It could just be that I'm chronically tired. If I'm ever really rested (rare), then I feel great. Good to hear you're having success on AM btw. I feel like I "have to" run it again soon too, to really get that sense of self-worth and outcome independence to a stable, reliable level. I just hope I won't isolate myself too much this time.


Stage 6, day 12. Well, I guess SM3 has been doing something behind the scenes at least. I really don't talk to a lot of girls, nor do I even go out that much, but it seems those rare times I have a date we always end up on my bed. Messaged this girl on tinder today at 7 pm, met her at 9 and our 1st boinking happened somewhere close to 11, I think. So easy. I mean, I didn't even try.. my plan was to have a fun date, keep it light and not press for sex, kisses or anything, just flirting and casual touching. But I dunno. She seemed to be having fun, though not overly eager or anything. I did touch her more and more and walk her to my apartment, but only because she didn't resist it at all. "...and easily forms a deep sexual connection with them without even trying" <-- I've been noticing this a few times lately: things actually work much better if I'm not TRYING to be sexual or project that vibe or anything, I'm just trying to have a fun conversation. I guess I'm just getting in my own way if I consciously TRY to be sexy. Getting friend zoned is just not possible. Run the program and you'll see.

Hadn't blow a load in a week and the 1st time was impossible, felt like I'm going to come no matter what I do. 2nd time was much better, though. I'm feeling a bit bad b/c I have my main girl coming in tomorrow and I might have to postpone that by one day.. she's not that easily satiated and idk if I'll have the energy :D

^^That kinda troubles me. There's definitely some insecurity around sexual performance - quality, stamina and frequency. I think frequency/recovery interval is the most troubling one for me, because too high frequency causes massive self-doubt, which causes performance issues. Not sure how much of that self-doubt is factual vs. mental, though I'm pretty sure I could go a lot more frequently to just porn (no pressure) than with a real woman. Another round of SM might help, but I feel I'd rather move on to WM. I'm not looking for an exclusive GF, but I'd like to be able to talk to girls more frequently and more easily, to form more emotional connections again, to feel more deserving of the classiest ones and to have a bit more "wonder" around them. Some of that past wonder I had may have just been neediness, but still. Of course, the more times you see a girl you like, the stronger the emotional bond is going to get anyway.

Still juggling whether to run EPRHA, AM6 or WM2 next. EPRHA seems like a winner and maybe it'll help with those frequency-related worries too. "Effortless socializing" is what I've always felt most lacking in, so WM might be more beneficial than AM, who knows.

ION: I'm reading The power of neuroplasticity (credit Geodude) and its really recommended. I have read his previous book on self-talk too, but this one's much more convincing and empowering than that was. No matter which sub I'm running next, I'll be focusing a lot on my self-talk. Its actually pretty darn easy to talk myself into a great mood, and just doing that seems to prevent most negative/pessimistic thoughts from appearing.

Btw, there has been a lot of comfort eating lately, though I somehow remain in great shape.

Thanks, that's good advice. I have thought about it a few times, too. I was just hoping EPRHA, AM6 or SM3 would take care of it for me so I wouldn't have to "waste time" on it specifically. I do feel a bit stupid running titles like Overcome ED or PE right after completing SM3 :D Anyway, I might do that. Or, fingers crossed, maybe Shannon has combined some OED in that new OPE 5G he's working on currently..

Yes, you are right. As much as I know (and I think Geodude talked about that too) the first step is to experience the desired outcome in your head. You just image what you want to achieve. If you did that a few times and it's getting easier and more natural, you can make the next step to try to get the result in the "real world". Your brain can't see the difference between real and fake, so by imagining you are building new pathways in the direction you want them to go.
By doing that the brain and body will try to do the things to replicate the outcome you did write into your brain.

It used to be great forum with big community of people similar to that board who knew everything about PE. I 've learnt tons of stuff about simple manual techniques of increasing your penis size from that board before these guys decided to close the board and make some money out of their knowledge, turning them into products similar to that one.

In my humble opinion you don't need any devices or subs to make some good gains, there are 3-4 simple exercises which you do for 5-15 minutes daily, that's all it takes, it's a bit hard for first 3-6 months (you can get injured especially from stretches) but after that it's a smooth ride Cool
- jelq (this is the BEST exercise for girth, it helps with the length too if done correctly. You can do just that one and make some great gains)
- ferrari trio (level 2 exercise, great for girth, there are different variations - adding it to jelq and girth will explode)
- pc flexes (can be done anytime, anywhere)
- stretches for length

I've been doing these things for +2 years, now just in the maintenance mode. Seeing it from the point of view of the person who had sort of a 'pencil d/ck' before i'm certain that PE is possible and also wouldn't be surprised to get some gains from that device Sarge recommended, had a quick look how it works.

Yep, I've been doing kegels every work day during my bus ride. I did 100 1 sec hold, then 150, then 200 and now I'm doing 3x 1min hold + 100x 1sex holds. I finish with some reverse kegels, which I'm still not sure I know how to do. I've been noticing some difference after switching to the 1min holds, stronger erections.

But the thing that's bugging me pretty much purely mental. I know because just today I've now "checked" three times that I can easily get a boner. And still right after, once I let it down, I may be worried about performance (or worried about performing a 2nd time). I should be able to say 'no' more easily, but she's frigging hot and I don't want to have to say no just because I can't (if I'd otherwise want to). Anyway, I already bought OED.
ED is mental if you're young. Visualize yourself alone with a woman and having a dick so hard that it's like titanium. Practice this in your head over and over and it will fix your problem. Source: I used to get horrible performance anxiety and this fixed it.
