I tried something a while back that I read about which was super dosing zinc for a few weeks gradually building up to 200mg a day. As long as you take 2mg of copper for every 50mg of zinc, as zinc can lower copper, it seems to be perfectly safe. It works very well. It will supercharge your workouts too.


I didn't know that about showering Shannon. I bathe maybe once a week...yeah, I know I'm a dirty bastard, but I never felt the need to that much. I use that thai crystal salt stuff as a deodorant and it kills all the bacteria, so I don't stink and also I have a good diet, so that helps as well. That Androstenone thing makes perfect sense. I do tend to rage out easier when I haven't showered in a while. Not to mention the whole "Love potion number 9" thing.
on the contrary, bathing too often is part of why the Western cul-tures are collapsing socially. Families are in large part held together through pheromonal signals. We erase them when we bathe. It's only in the last hundred years or less that we have started bathing more than once a week.

I find it's a good balance to shower whenever you get sweaty, or every 2-3 days. Sweat metabolizes into a chain of pheromones starting with androstenol and ending with androstenone, from what I remember. Androstenol has a socializing effect and is gentle and signals youth. You can smell it in the "sweetness" you smell in a baby's natural scent when they are clean. Androstenone, the final stage, is the masculine aggression and sex pheromone. It signals a man's raw masculinity, aggression, dominance and sexuality, and it is the primary pheromone women respond to with sexual arousal and desire. But, to them, it smells like cat urine if you have too much. Right before you get to that point, or shortly after if you cover it with cologne, is the sweet spot. But that point and beyond is also where a man starts reacting with a short temper, irritability, aggression and if he gets too much, even blind rage.

I am a calm, gentle, rational man, but under the influence of an androstenone overdose, I become angry for no apparent reason, extremely irascible, I snap at people, and I have even been known to snap, explode, throw and break things. It is no joke. I have hurt myself and others (although not physically) under the influence of an androstenone overdose.

The balance is that it is very attractive to and masculinizing towards women. Give a woman the right dose of androstenone at the right point in her cycle and all bets are off: she MUST have you. I have had women do things to and with me that would have been definable as rape if I was not a willing participant, because of that combination of she was at the right point in her cycle and I was expressing just the right amount of androstenone. I know that because I was wearing a synthetic androstenone, and she always reacted that way on the 21st of the month at that specific dosage. Like clockwork.

So to balance the social and sexual benefits of my natural pheromone production, I shower every 2-3 days, unless I get sweaty. If I get sweaty, I wash it off, because it will OD me on androstenone if I don't, and it will make me smell bad. But if I don't get sweaty, my natural scent is very attractive to women out to 2-3 days, and my pheromone signature has a confidence building effect, because it's not overdosing me. Androstenone is very confidence building at the right doses.

Of course now I don't need it, because I am plenty confident without it. But the standard of showering once or twice a day is frequent enough to make a person have no pheromonal signature at all, without artificial supplementation, and take it from me, you cannot afford what it would cost to create and use a realistic synthetic orchestral mix to replace what you produce naturally.

Not showering so often makes you smell like a man... and as long as you don't allow yourself to smell like cat urine to her, she will be more attracted by it. To prevent that, I suggest doing what the guys n the pheromone board usually do, rinse off without soap every day and only shower with soap once every 2-4 days. (Of course washing your hair with shampoo or soap each time.)
This is an interesting topic. So showering every 2-3 days is preferable to doing it everyday? Hmm..I'll have to experiment with this a little bit. I'm assuming it's still alright to wash one's face with face was once a day?
It's going to depend on the man and his particular physiology and circumstances. If you work indoors and your typing fingers get a workout everyday, as I do, this can probably work for you. If I was to work outside, for even an hour, though, I'd have to take a shower to avoid smelling offensive.

But a shower doesn't have to include soap all over your body. You can wash hair/face and perhaps armpits and pubic areas with soap, all areas which tend to produce a haven for androstenone-creating bacteria, and places which smell funky quickly. The rest you can rinse off, and wash with soap every 2-3 days, which allows you to have a pheromone signature without smelling like a dead cat.
The funny thing is last summer I was seeing this girl I had met, a bartender and major stoner, but a solid 9 in my book and she always smelled amazing to me, but after a little while of us having sex, she admitted she hates showers and only does it like once a week. It threw me for a loop, because she smelled and looked incredibly clean(Imagine a slightly sexier Jennifer Love Hewwit). Of course I didn't care because I'm the same way, but man the pheromones between us were insane. It was absolutely primal.

But it showed me that for some reason some people don't need to bathe as much as others, but yes arm pits and face should definitely be washed.
The women I knew smelled like a rotten fish after three days without a shower. Don't get me wrong: copulins are one of my favorite smells!!
I did say "wash your pubic area" for a reason. That area, along with the armpits, gets too strong quickly, in both genders.
Quite nearly to stage 3...

-I got a very nice raise yesterday and it looks like I could easily get a promotion later on the year and make much more. Just one step closer to my goal of being able to get as far away from society as I can. I'm pretty far now, but I'm talking off the grid for good, hopefully.

-I'm getting a lot calmer, relying on my rationality more.

-I'm being very respectful and nice to people as much as I can be.

-My ego feels like it's at an all time low, truthfully I don't even like thinking about "myself" that often anymore, at least not in the terms of what anyone thinks of me. That's very freeing. It let's you see the world around you better.

-I feel a lot happier lately.

Just the things I noticed for now...
Has anyone on here ever gone back and read some of their posts from years ago? I did just now and it doesn't even sound like me anymore. Well, that's because it's not me now. God, after two run's of the AM set(I'm on my third now) and the other subs I've done, coupled with my life experiences since then, it's very nostalgic to look back.

I have grown up a lot on the time I've been using these subs. There's lot's of validation seeking things I used to do that I don't anymore. Chief amongst all of those is constantly searching for casual sex and I'm glad for it...it took up too much of my time.

That Zen mindset sub that Shannon just upgraded looks like just what I want to do after AM, btw. It's already the direction my mind is headed. I think that will strengthen it quite a bit.

Starting stage 3 in a few days...
I did that a while ago with my first Alpha journal (2011) and it definately is enlightening.

Now that you mention it I will do this with my 5.0 journal which I just finished, it will be interesting.

I've decided to temporarily halt AM5 to do "Get Rid of Chronic and useless pain". I do this out of necessity because this back pain is getting intense and I'll be damned if I'm going to start taking pain pills. I hope it works well.
The Pain relief sub has done me some good, along with my hardcore program of rejuvenation. I wish I hadn't let it get that bad to begun with. A serious back injury is no fun at all, especially when you've injured your hip as well. I have a good threshold for pain, but it was getting to where it was very painful just to walk. Working definitely wasn't fun and I haven't been able to work out like I want in about a month.

However, I went jogging today and worked out and that's some serious improvement. I've been applying DMSO gel and taking MSM lately, those two will help you more than just about anything. Also, I've been eating about 80% Raw organic foods(Mainly nuts and high fat vegetables) and juicing vegetables a lot. It's pretty crazy what your body can do when you give it the right nutrients. I didn't notice any immediate relief when using the sub, but I think little by little over time it's helping out.

If I weren't in so much pain, I'd be more interested in the fact that exactly the type of girl I like and usually get with(Slender,brunette,beautiful) just kind of appeared in my life and has pretty much what I like in a girl. She's modest, traditionally raised on a farm no less, very feminine and she doesn't even have a damn smartphone(That's a major turn on these days for me.) So this girl obviously has a huge crush on me. Now mind you, this not the type of girl I look for when I just want some unattached sex, but that sort of thing hasn't interested me for a while now. When I really want to get to know a girl, this type of girl is exactly what I look for and seems like a rare thing these days. I think I'm starting to like her a bit, but I'm taking this one slow.

My point is, before all this, I just had the thought in mind, wouldn't it be nice to meet a girl that I actually enjoy being around for once and the girl I had in mind was pretty much what I crossed paths with, but who knows where it will go. We'll see. I just thought it was pretty cool how that worked out.

So now after I decide I've had enough of the pain sub I'll have to restart AM5, since I had to stop halfway through.

Wow, you pulled up an old one. I don't remember exactly what mirror affirmations I was doing at the time, but I think it was something along the lines of...

-I know I am a sexy man

-I know I deserve to have whatever I want

-It's Ok

-I know that I love myself

-I know that I exude confidence and masculine sexuality everywhere I go

-I know that I am free from fear

-F*** Fear

Etc. etc. I didn't have a huge list of them, I just said each of them a certain number of times after first staring in to the right eye of my mirror image for about five minutes until I REALLY started feeling/getting in to trance and then said each of the affirmations about 5 times each while really feeling them and then at the end said "Let it be so".

It takes dedication, but it really works. Like Shannon said before, though, make sure none of the affirmations would interfere with any of the subs you are using. Enjoy!
