It's incredible how at ease I feel all of the time now. I think it's that I am relaxed and becoming so disconnected from concern of what anyone thinks of me. Even when I have a very stressful week like this one has been, I am completely at ease. Circumstances don't matter anymore.

I'm all about the Abraham-Hicks teachings. Bashar is really good as well. As logical as I am, it's weird that I enjoy that sort of thing, but it works very well for me.
I got back to the gym today, lifting some heavy weights today and it felt so good. I really went there for the sauna or hot tub. Either one of those to take away my aches and pains from drinking too much wine last night and not sleeping enough, but to get the reward I had to lift the weights. I feel so good too. I'm in pain from a Christmas party last night...yes my company has them two months late for some reason. Anyway, I took my girl as my guest and we had an absolutely fantastic time. When we went in, we got a free beer ticket and a free wine ticket, I'm all about beer, but all they had was PBR so I stuck with wine. As I sat at my table, people kept tapping me on the shoulder, giving me their wine tickets. I guess just looked like the resident alchoholic, lol. My girl was driving and she wasn't really drinking so I felt free to indulge. Fun times...not so fun mornings.
That happiness and joy sub does look freaking awesome! decisions decisions!
