Is that really what the manifestation was for? Because I did Alpha 2011 and I had lots of women manifesting. At the end I wanted Melissa, who broke up with me 3 weeks into SM lol.

Of course Shannon would have to clarify this, but that was the deal if I remember correctly. 2010 didn't have any manifesting apparently and at the end of that I met a girl that I had a great relationship with for a while. Not to mention I am already currently manifesting all kinds of new women in my life right now anyway, lol.
2011's manifestations were to cause men who consciously wanted to, to begin manifesting beautiful women into their lives.
What's the deal with stage 1 of Alpha Male and weird apocalypse dreams? Must be some ugly aspect of the ego being dealt with. Stage 1 always does have a weird effect on my dreams. That aside, I wake ever morning refreshed like I powered through some stuff in my head while I slept.

I literally can't remember the last dream I had, I black out and just wake up, or so it seems, does anyone know if that is a sign of anything and how I could start experiencing dreams again?

Get a pen and a notebook and write anything in detail when you wake up
every day.In the beginning it will be very little so you write any impression
that comes to mind and later it will be entire dreams.
Thinking about that,I haven't done lucid dreaming techniques for the last
years.Should be interesting with subliminals.
It's usually zombie-apocalypse. This time it was just your run of the mill nuke dream.
I've never had a zombie dream.. but I've had a few crazy apocalypse dreams.
the last zombie dream i had i took control of the dream. I realized i was dreaming while in a supermarket about to be over ran with zombies. I look at my group i was leading and said "what zombies?" they all disappeared and it was a regular supermarket again. Everything went calm and i woke up nicely.
If i dream of apocalypse type dream its usually more in vein of fallout lol but they are interesting that is for sure.

I suspect that has to do with the new programming being seen as a threat to the old stuff, and the fear response to it from the subconscious - even as the fear response is being attacked as well.
It's just processing going on. 4G uses dreams to enhance processing speed.
I think someone mentioned zombies representing passivity and that seemed to hit home for me.

Usually in the zombie dreams I'm killing them in really violent ways.
So the rage is setting in like last time in stage 1. I get rage from time to time, but stage 1 seems to make me remember more all of the things that piss me off and makes me want to rebel against everything. Of course it's not as bad as last time. I'm much more zen these days, but here and there it's popping up a little. I guess that's a good thing to get out.
