Shannon can't remember if i ever asked this before, i keep meaning to. Have you considered offering a subscription to keep the cashflow up. I expect i'll end up spending money on IML every year and if a subscription gives me access to select subs as they come out I don't mind 'preordering'.

I like this idea too.  I would probably pay $50 a month for access to all future releases.  You could program the anti-piracy script to have the sub not work if you don't have an active subscription.

I don't think subscription is a fitting pricing strategy for a subliminal product. 

• Paying a monthly subscription even up to $100/month is unfair to the amount of value users are going to receive from IML subs and if we multiply the number of users to 100,000 it means IML will lose an even greater amount of value. Furthermore, $100/month is too much. It will greatly reduce users' willingness to buy.
  
  
  
• I think a one-time payment (the current pricing strategy) is already a great fit. I think the business decision is to stop free upgrades and building products that aren't producing significant revenue and produce titles that are a great-fit with users such as Sex, Money, Self-improvement, Study/Education, Mental/Physical Health, and Social aspects (attracting new friends, dominance hierarchy, etc).

I am in between running OF or E4 and I think OGSF would be the best of the worlds

It's going to take me about a week per stage to build the rest of LTU6.  I will be building the next stage when I get home, and then DMSI 3.3.3, which will require 1-2 months.  During that time, I'll be extracting what I can from LTU6 to build and sell to keep us financed.  Then I have to build UMS2, which will require about the same amount of time as LTU6 did - about 3-4 months total.

After that I'm not going to be discussing what I am working on.  I'm going to work on what I think is the best option, and do it without announcing it until either a short time before release, or when I release the sub.  So the answer here is... we shall see.  Soon is also relative.  OGSF is a big change from OF this next time.

So according to this does that mean that we will be getting UMS2 in about 8 months or closer to 3-4 months from now? 

What I mean is that will LTU6, it’s extractions, DMSI and UMS2 be built in a round robin style or in a kind of back to back style (not counting any breaks in between)?

I will be building Stage 2 of LTU, then working primarily on DMSI.  While I am working on DMSI, I will release extracts and Stage 3 as necessary, but try to focus on DMSI as much as possible.  Then I will most likely finish building LTU6 and then begin working on UMS2 when DMSI is finished.  So however that works out...

A subscription was considered long ago.  There are multiple serious issues in the way of that happening at this time.  I would not be surprised if that never happens.  TouchyCat also makes some good points as well.

EHPRA contains OGSF.  OGSF is a subset of EHPRA.  So no.

I'm thinking about this more as a short term measure and aimed at people who want to support IML. There are a few ways this could happen. If it's a matter of cashflow, then - for example - i wouldn't mind paying an amount every month and then netting it off against a new release that comes out in the future i.e If I'd paid $50 a month over 10 months and LTU came out at $600 I'd just pay the $100 additional. I mean if you want to give a discount or something as a reward, say 10%, for the support then great but it's not necessary. The point is I trust that I'm going to spend the money on IML subs and I want you to succeed and be free to work on the things you deem correct - I'm sure others feel the same.

I swear to Gandolf, and the wizard of Id, that if I could I"d go ahead and pay the 600 bucks for UMS2 in September,even though it wont be out for several months....I supposes theres always 'gift certificates,I could buy,in that amount of close to it and just wait,which of course is what we are doing any way, I however just REALLY REALLY like idea of set it and forget it. I do NOT want a subscription based purchasing plan.... I like it the way it is and yes I read all the abouve commnets responses..Im glad it'll remain the same. Soooo many changes in 2020,its nice to have something stay the dog gone same,for a change( pun intended!)

Ok great in that case do you feel like UMS is closer to 3 months out or 8 months out 

I’m asking because I’m curious if I have time to do a run through of LTU6 before it comes and then jump onto that (if not then I’ll just continue running OF until UMS comes out)

Also as a side note: does ltu6 include anything to directly/indirectly help with the following:

1. business/finances,/abundance/making money, etc
2. Physique/appearance
3. Sex/love life
