Day 3- update 2:
Maintenance guy came and left.
Landlord came immediately after to take my bills that I am contesting im being overcharged for (see previous journal updates).
Something new happened, normally I would talk to the landlord and basically be a polite chump and wait for him to leave irrespective of how much time he spent. This time eventually I realised the conversation is going no where until he makes the relevant enquiries for me so I told him I had shit to do and need to get going. This could be UMOP but I liked it whatever it was!!
I since have had my first meal of the day and watched some more big bang theory.
My energy levels are still low, im tired and sleepy and dont understand why.
I hope its not a pre-diabetic slurge/slump of some kind but rather hope its simply me resisting the sub lol
Anyway I have to get myself moving again and get on with things so will do that now and see what happens....
Day 4 - Thursday 20th Sept 2018
Time:7.22pm
Lastnight UMOP woke me up.
I slept late again but managed to wake up as planned eventually and get to uni. (the adaptogens ive restarted taking from today have surely helped me).
Today uni was another waste of time, and was short as the lecture was just watching a video that I have already seen.
I was in the mood to go for a pizza so 2 friends and I went to the mall not for pizza but still a good meal and then watched a movie (predator) - hilarious movie!!!!
We came back to mine, they left and since then even though I have had the feeling to actually do some studying im doing everything I can it seems to avoid it.
I therefore havent got past this issue as yet..... early days as yet though.
Day 5 - Friday 21st Sept 2018
Time:8.27pm
Nothing to note. Went uni at 8.30am, finished around 11, got some food, ate, slept woke at 6pm, feel lousy cos of it, ordered delivery and gonna take today off as a day of rest.
Intention was to study and do things, but none of that has happened again for now.
Day 6 - Saturday 22nd Sept 2018
Time:12.18pm
Yesterday ordered delivery, watched a movie online and chilled.
Didn't sleep till around 4 or 5am.
Caffeine in coke zero definitely keeps me awake but I can't stop drinking it as it really helps me enjoy and digest my meals. Will have to try and stop drinking it after 3pm.
Anyway now in bed while today's loops play so have to wait till all 3 are done.
Stopped 1st loop at 23mins for a 10mins bathroom break and restarted. Mentioning incase relevant.
So far no results from this sub at all. With 3.2 I had stopped fapping by now.
3.2 was listened to 1 loop in the day with headphones. I can't dedicate 3hours 24mins to headphone for this sub in the morning let alone in the day due to time and overheated ears.
The struggle to execute IML subs continues.
After Shannon's reply I went back to check and the noise was there on my s4 phone but ONLY on that. It wasn't on my s7 or my macbook.
So I deleted and reloaded it to my s4 and so far believe it to be fine now without any issues so will proceed and monitor.
Day 7 - Sunday 23rd Sept 2018
Time:11.37am
Final day of 1st cycle before 2 days break.
1st loop woke me up again and I'm currently listening until 3rd loop ends.
Waking up meant needed bathroom break again hence had to stop play after 1st loop ended and restart upon my return.
Observations:
Seem more tired in the morning
Woken up by sub usually
No change in taking action and making progress in any way. - it doesnt mean im not doing things, I am such as going to uni, eating, etc but not doing things in a scheduled strategically efficient or beneficial way as yet.
3.2 1 loop caused execution by now of no fap, but with this sub no execution it seems so far.
Conclusion:
Perhaps headphones work better but impossible to implement in morning regime unless protocol is changed to allow me to listen with headphones in afternoon.
Day 8 - Monday 24 Sept 2018
Time:3.45am - (Break Day 1)
I seem to have reduced or lost desire and motivation to do much. I seem to just want to eat, sleep, watch movies and do nothing else.
Tomorrow I fly back to the UK and even packing seems to evade me :/
You are responding exactly like I was in the beginning.

yeah im on my 2 day break then will restart so if it fluctuates with me then i wonder what the fluctuation means?
Day 11 - Thursday 27 Sept 2018
Time:6.47pm - (Cycle 2 - Day2)
Back in the UK - playing through my newly bought Logitech Z150 Speakers that are 20khz frequency response.
First night of Cycle 1 - slept like a baby.
Second night of Cycle 2 - got woken up during the sub.
Any Results: NONE
Day 17 - Wednesday 3rd Oct 2018
Time:3.07pm - (Cycle 2 - 1st Day of Break)
Ok so nothing to report however I have been chatting to Shannon on his thread so will share that here...

So far the only thing I have been able to do to figure this out is build, observe, adjust, repeat.
The next few versions of DMSI are going to need to be tested by the most challenging of you. I'm seeing a definite pattern in why the resistance is happening, and what is behind it. Figuring out how to change it to execution is what I'm working on now.
The only thing I can suggest is, keep doing DMSI when it comes out, and stick to whatever instructions I give you during the run.
Thank you @Shannon.
Therefore shall I immediately stop UM/OP?
And if so may I have a refund for this which will help me towards further versions of DMSI?
I will try my best to give you as much data as I can from my journals and ask that you ask me anything specific as we go forward should you need more information from me.
Thanks buddy!
If you're using UMOP, keep using it. If you want a refund, you have to follow the refund policy. It is in place to be fair to both our customers and ourselves. Ignoring it on a whim makes it useless.
I have run you through the models, and these are the results for how to get results from UMOP.
The best results (which look really good) for you come from using it for 11 loops per day, every day.
Second best results come from 5 loops per day.
11 loops a day is vastly superior, of course, but may be difficult for you to get in a single day. If it is at all possible, do 11 loops. I think you'll be very pleased with the results.
Don't worry about DMSI until you're done using UMOP for three months, as instructed. I think it is important to find a way to get past your fears without focusing on so many goals at once. UMOP is a much less ambitious option for the time being. Let's try to take baby steps, shall we? And if this doesn't work, we can go back to DMSI.
I think you'll find, once you break through your resistance to UMOP, that two things happen.
1. You're going to really enjoy UMOP.
2. You're going to feel a lot better because you'll see that you can break through that fear and get things accomplished.
