Lets see how stuff goes

Lol you sure we aren't twins haha

I'm going to begin without trying, such as not make a to do list but go with the flow.

If after this I feel I have to make conscious effort then I may make a list to see if it helps the sub more.

Not entirely sure though as this is all a dream for me until I actually start.
Jake, if you're so adamant that you stonewalled DMSI and most times you talk to Shannon you bring up how you're not executing, why do you think that you need a full 35 day break? If you really didn't execute, the P6 part didn't either, right? You can't have it both ways. Which one is it?

I cannot recall saying recently how I never executed, and my tag under my name remains the executor. Perhaps you as many here remember my past comments and feel I still say that I havent executed but let me explain...

I follow the instructions as best as I can so that I can not say it was due to this or that reason that I didnt execute.

I also know I executed on 1 loop with only no fap. I havent said (intentionally, so if I have it was a mistake) that I havent executed but that I havent when I "increased the loops". For me not fapping though a start was too insignificant but its still something to work with.

As well as this im giving myself a clear break for any and all subs from the past too (even though I know they arent in my head by now) so that I give UM/OP the biggest chance possible.

Finally, I already know I wont be able to listen with headphones to 3hours+ (3loops) upon waking, my time isnt that vacant due to classes etc and so ill be using my speakers in which case I want to also give it that break to have a clear mind in which the sub can work with.

Even though I can justify with all the above, that doesnt take away my desire to start UM/OP asap but im trying to be sensible about it as I usually am with all subs.
I am now experimenting with using a night stand speaker while asleep. Doesn't seem to wreck my sleep. May be an option for you to try since you said headphones for 3 hours is an issue. Getting those loops in reliably with no gaps in listening time is key daily.

Yeah, i got problems listening to them during the day too without interruption. I listened during some naps and had some weird dreams about it, woke up feeling a little pumped. I will try listening during sleep at night.

thanks bro, thats what I have set up for when I go back but you know I always doubt it cos you know how it is when you sleep, and then its also about calibrating the speakers right. I wish it wasnt 3loops, cos then I could manage 1 loop but yeah thanks, once im back im going to set the loops to being playing 3loops (around 3hours 24mins I think it is) before I have to wake up so that then an alarm wakes me up and I get on with my day.

thats the plan.

hows your procrastination? I havent noticed any new updates from you recently.

I have speakers (A2+ Audio engine - got it from amazon) set up around my bed. The bed is a double or kingsize, and I dont sleep in the middle but on the left side so im closer to the left speaker more, way more than to the right but im sure this doesnt affect things too much.

I found an app to play a playlist when you set it as an alarm. So at a chosen time it will being to play the playlist. I am hoping once im back at uni, I can set this up and then get started of course.

On DMSI 3.2, I was listening to 1 loop (around 70mins I think it is) with headphones which is doable as you can always find 1 hour at home but any more meant sacrificing doing other things for 2hours straight which isnt easy at all, so for me doing 3hours is near enough impossible.

Also with this sub, Shannon says try to listen upon waking, so to me that means either wake up and listen to 3 loops, again its not easy for me unless im at home for 3+hours every morning which I doubt I will be as a university student, otherwise play close to waking up, hence the plan ive laid out for myself as above.

What app?

Today I listened during sleep and it wasn't such a good idea, it was a restless sleep, full of nightmares and weird dreams, woke up like 5 am feeling fear and anxiety. I am having a bad reaction to this sub (reversal resistance) which shows me that I really need it. I will use it to pass through the resistance.

The sub is called: SleepCast and its on google play store for android. I have decided to share its now here publicly since ive been asked about it twice now.

I hope this helps.

Its a real shame this sub has a somewhat tricky listening protocol when its needed by so many but it is what it is and we will have to do the best we can.
Now that it is the end of the day, i found that it was better to listen to the sub while sleeping, i had fewer feelings of resistance during the day (anxiety and fear), i will try to listen to it in the last sleep hours like you suggested, let's see what happens.

Yeah try that. It does mean you have to be a little more disciplined on your sleep but that is a good thing so aim to get 8-10hrs sleep daily if possibly, and calculate the time to start to it finishes 3 loops 10mins before you need to wake then set an alarm to wake you up if you need that. If you wake during the loops, just stay in bed and get that rets you deserve.

Good Luck and jump back on here and let me know how it goes for you as it will help me too. thanks.
To Anyone who is reading this, please can you recommend to me some cheap speakers that will play the required 20khz frequency, in the UK.

Provide links if possible. I need to buy some fast.

Any that havent caused you any issues as some ive read now have an auto off function and I do not want that.

thank you
Hey Jake,

I have a pair of these hanging from my bedroom wall:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Samson-MediaOne...n+speakers

No auto-off, and go up to 27kHz. Works fine for me for years. They can be used via bluetooth or cinch cable. Blluetooth isn't recommended though as it's using a compression standard that is not lossless.
Creative Labs A60. Been using them for 4 years. You should be able to pick them up from Currys, for £15.
