Subliminal Talk

Nothing of note to report except for the fact that I'm feeling like a zombie as well today. Not sure why.

Day 8 & 9
On day 8, I listened to the sub during the day. Didn't have much food in my body, but had enough that I wasn't feeling hungry.

During the second loop I could feel tingling sensation (dmsi drip or h drip, whatever it's called) on my left leg, around my neck area for most of the second loop.

I don't see any heads turn when I'm out.

Had dreams today. Weird ones... was at a medical practice in my dream (could see the glass pane and name of the practice very clearly in my dream). I had this thought today that the reason I'm having is weird dreams is just because I'm waking up during the dream cycle/stage of my sleep and that's why I remember the last few moments of the dream. If I start going to bed earlier by just a little bit - it may help.

Was very sleepy and exhausted the whole day today (day 9), in fact had a 3 hour sleep during the day. Also, listened to the subs during the day - don't know why

Now I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight. What a start to the week *sigh*

Day 9 & 10
I'm already confused on the days. Anyway, after sleeping for 3 hours in the evening, I must have slept for another 7 hours or so during the night. Night sleep was very light and was full of nightmares.

At times I had dreams that I was screaming out of fear, but I couldn't scream. I am not sure if I actually let a scream out.

The whole night was like that. Surprisingly, despite a light sleep, I woke up really fresh and was like that for more than 14 hours during the day.

Old ladies interacting and even smiling while crossing the street. Gosh! that's not my target audience

It starts with the old ones! !!! Bahahahah. Those were the first to respond to me, too... XD

Hahaha nah I haven't really had that happen. But an old woman got really happy when I dropped some yoghurt in the supermarket and said "damn" in a really flirty way and I ran away.
